04/07/2024: Very nice location with attention to the smallest details both inside and outside. Large outdoor area which is very pleasant in summer, kind, friendly and helpful staff. Hot appetizer with fresh chips, panelle, croquettes with mint and delicious shorts! A great variety of delicious classic and gourmet pizzas with very light dough! We have just spent a very happy evening with friends, just like at home. We will definitely be back to try new dishes.

I can say that it is a true culinary jewel, made even more special by the extraordinary hospitality of Mr. Franco and his wife Giovanna. Their friendliness and attention to detail transform every visit into an unforgettable experience. Each dish, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, reflects the authenticity of local cuisine. The attentive and never intrusive presence of Franco and Giovanna makes Casa Modó a place where you can truly feel at home. A visit I can't wait to repeat!

27/07/2024: Last Saturday, just like tonight, I celebrated my graduation at Casamodò... well, what can I say! Splendid location surrounded by greenery, elegant and refined with its outdoor spaces...impeccable service, with attention to the smallest details by Mr. Pappalardo, as restaurant manager, and by the maitre, Mrs. Giovanna, two people with infinite courtesy, who I warmly thank you for having complied with my every request, giving me a dream evening! The food was excellent, from the buffet to the cake, served with elegance and respecting the necessary times in serving the dishes. Thanks again to Casamodò!

27/07/2024: When I'm in the area, this restaurant has been a regular stop for years. Over time I have seen the cuisine improve and the prices have been kept a little below the average for the area. Furthermore, the courtesy of the owners and all the staff is another plus. For example, last night, in addition to the friendly welcome, 15.00 euros were deducted from a bill of 200.00 euros and I was offered a digestive. In the five restaurants in which I had the opportunity to dine in recent days, restaurants of which I have been a customer for years, it was the only one in which I had this privilege. Recommended dishes: mussels au gratin, marinated anchovies, sliced ​​tuna, baked aubergine parmigiana, cheesecake, decomposed cannoli.

20/08/2024: Year 2022 Skipping the appetizers we enjoyed an excellent first course "pappardelle with mushrooms", although the house recommended one was linguine with hazelnuts and a second course of mixed meat. Reservations are recommended on Sundays. It's worth the road to get there! Really courteous staff. August 2024 I have often returned to this restaurant and I must reiterate that I have always had a good lunch or dinner. A few evenings ago we wanted to eat a pizza with friends and we stopped right in Ucria, welcomed by Lorella always with the usual cordiality and friendliness. We ate one from Messina and one from Naples: two masterpieces. It's been many years since I've tasted a pizza like this, well cooked with the right thickness and garnished in abundance so much so that it reminds me very much of the Neapolitan original purchased in my youth from the train window. Well done, you deserve the success you have among the restaurants in the area. I will return soon with my wife, children and grandchildren to enjoy another Messina experience.

07/08/2024: We stumbled across this place on a stroll looking for dinner in Palermo - there was a wonderful mandolin player in the square the restaurant is in and it was a magical setting for dinner. Reservations are recommended in busy periods / weekends because it does fill up. We had the grilled sea brim - perfectly cooked, simple and flaky; anchovies salad - incredibly fresh produce, delicious; grilled vegetables and the shrimp and clam skewers - were not my favorite. The service is wonderful and attentive.

01/08/2024: It was really tasty again, we ate here several times last year. And last night we had the "TAGLIATA DI POLLO" twice and the "TAGLIATA HYBLEA" once. The “Patate Bastarde” potato wedges with Ragusano cream are highly recommended. Prices are also good and the Coperto is not excessive, something we have already experienced elsewhere this year. Keep it up and my wife will come for the pistachio cheesecake 😉
