The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every course was prepared with great attention to detail, perfectly balanced in flavor, and made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was clear that the kitchen respects tradition while also bringing a sense of refinement and modern creativity. I haven’t enjoyed a meal this intensely in a long time — I was genuinely impressed. The service was professional, attentive, and at the same time very natural and welcoming. The staff felt calm, friendly, and sincerely interested in their guests. I felt truly welcomed and taken care of by people who clearly enjoy what they do. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant completed the experience — a pleasant setting, wonderful energy, and that special feeling of being in a place you already know you want to return to. If you are looking for a restaurant in Palermo where outstanding food, professional service, and authentic Italian atmosphere come together, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Though we (4 pers) were lucky to get the only free table without reservation short after opening in the evening, do make a reservation even during weekdays. The food is gorgeous, the service is professional and attentive, and the prices are quite friendly for this quality.

07/10/2025: Absolutely delicious pizzas served in a brand newly decorated room. very generous pizza (one of the best I had with mortadella). If you don’t finish your pizza you can take it away. Service was Quick and efficient. They have a high chair for kids !

02/03/2026: Very good sandwiches, prepared with care and precision. The owner (Valerio) is extremely kind and helpful. Hygiene is excellent, so much so that the sandwiches are prepared entirely in full view of customers, with complete transparency and professionalism. It's a shame that the place is small and has only a few tables for those who want to grab a quick bite to eat in; otherwise, takeout is the best option.

04/03/2026: Patience, kindness, courtesy... a delightful place in Palermo, where you can have breakfast with good coffee, superb cakes and pastries, and a wonderful deli. I loved it from the first day I had the chance to sit outside at the tables and enjoy their delicacies. For lunch, they have wonderful first courses and sandwiches... impossible to resist!

03/03/2026: I've been going to this bar since I was very young and, honestly, I love it. The arancini are incredible; I don't think I could ever live without them. I've even introduced the place to friends and family, and everyone has been amazed by the quality of the food compared to the price. Besides the arancini and the pieces, the desserts are excellent and the staff is helpful. It's now become a go-to place during my study breaks; I highly recommend it.
