We ended up here by chance and will probably never come here again, but this review was important to us now! Absolutely recommended!

20/05/2025: Very good Winebar. Large selection of wines also by the glass at reasonable prices. Perfectly composed snacks, you can see that the owner cares about the quality of the products and the wines served. A small gem on Via della Giudecca in Ortiggi. I recommend it if you are looking for a local winebar with a good selection of wines and a nice atmosphere.

16/05/2025: We chose the tasting menu for two people. Everything was delicious and at a very fair price. The staff was very friendly. The osteria has limited seating, so I recommend making a reservation.

13/05/2025: The place to go. Get out of the city center and experience the real Palermitan vibe while sipping one of the best selections of Italian craft beers in a cozy atmosphere. We didn't eat, but they also serve food made with quality ingredients

I don't understand the combination with some sunshi dishes. I haven't entered a Chinese restaurant. I don't even share purified water. We won't be back again!

11/05/2025: Dining at Sapio was an incredible culinary experience. In a restaurant like this you don't go to eat (although I must tell you that the courses are generous for a tasting menu), in a restaurant like this it seems more like going to the theater or a live concert where the dishes become emotions. The tasting menu is a journey in which the amazement begins with the appetizers and ends with the desserts. Variety and taste, quality and creativity, aesthetics and the value of time… In there we lost track of space and we could have been in Catania or New York... suspended within olfactory and visual suggestions in which the palate is enhanced by every single flavor in the awareness of the mix of ingredients. Everything is in its place and meets on the plate to then give a pleasant sensation of surprise. The service is fantastic. In the dining room we found young and very approachable staff. In starred restaurants you might expect a bit of snobbishness but here you can perceive the desire to work well, the desire to work as a team, the awareness of having the mission of serving the customer to ensure they have a truly unforgettable evening. I think it's all thanks to the chef who, in addition to being an artist of taste, is a humble and approachable person who managed to satisfy my dietary needs (and believe me I'm very difficult) allowing me to be able to experience his cuisine too. At the end of the evening, an unexpected anniversary surprise and dessert, a treat that made us feel even more pampered. I would also like to mention the location where the right lights, colors and artistic installations manage to give an immersive and lively experience, we were not inside 4 wallpapers but inside a contemporary art painting. And the cellar? It's worth seeing... wood and stone, two living materials that meet. Lines and curves protect the highest quality wines. Thanks Sapio I recommend everyone to come and live this experience.

09/05/2025: We had the tasting menu at Sapio, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The food was exquisite, with every dish showcasing exceptional quality and flavor – the blue lobster was a particular highlight. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous number of courses, each one a delightful discovery. Beyond the amazing food, the service was truly top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and made us feel so welcome. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommended!

13/05/2025: We had lunch and then smoked a shisha here. Lunch was delicious, a true blend of Italian cuisine with Arabic influences! The owners are very friendly. And it's the only place in town to smoke a shisha, I recommend it!

16/04/2025: Overall a special experience with regional food. We came in the early afternoon (young children) and were the first customers. We sat in the charming courtyard and ordered a mix of dishes, everything was delicious, especially the mushrooms. Extremely good value.

They were a little surprised to see us (Americans) but it made it more enjoyable, especially being able to try speaking a little Italian.

27/05/2025: Esta es una joya de un restaurante en la zona de Agrigento. Estábamos buscando algo fuera de la zona del centro de Trapani y encontramos este restaurante en un hotel. Tuvo buenas críticas en google. Entramos en el patio y nos quedamos sorprendidos con la belleza del hotel y los jardines. Fue absolutamente impresionante con una vista de los templos. No teníamos reservas, pero fueron capaces de encajar en nosotros. Esta fue nuestra primera comida en Sicilia y fue la mejor comida de toda nuestra semana de viaje. El personal es muy profesional pero amable. Todos estaban muy orgullosos de sus productos elaborados en sus fincas (el aceite de oliva era el mejor que teníamos). ¡Todo estaba bien! Tenían vino por copa, que estaba delicioso. Pedimos el aperitivo Zuchini relleno. Tuve el pasado del pesto trapani y mi marido comió bistec. El pasado estaba perfectamente cocinado y los sabores eran increíbles, todavía lo pienso! El postre era genial también. Todo era muy razonable. El restaurante es muy encantador, con vistas al jardín y al templo. Estuvimos allí en mayo pero me gustaría poder venir en verano cuando las mesas están fuera. Este es un restaurante muy romántico. Gracias por darnos una gran experiencia. Sin duda recomiendo venir a este restaurante y hacer una reserva
