16/05/2025: Very inconspicouous restaurant from the outside, but inside it hides a gem in fine dining with focus on seafood. The decor and subtle furnishing both add to an intimate and pleasant ambience. We also loved the open-kitchen concept. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, and even provided our daughter with a coloring set. The food was extraordinary. Beautiful to behold, deliciously seasoned and savoury. The portions were fine in terms of size, just enough to enjoy every bite. After finishing our meals we seriously wanted to taste the desserts as well, however, the waiters never asked if would like anything else, so we just paid and left. Otherwise, our experience was very positive and we enjoyed our dinner here very much.

15/05/2025: I'll start by saying that I love sushi, fish and experimental cuisine. We had dinner at this seafront restaurant and we ate really well. I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the refined search for new flavors. The mussels with pepper sauce were very good, quality ingredients, the tartare was excellent but the idea of ​​combining Sicilian fish cuisine and sushi struck my heart. I recommended the green uramaki with tuna, but I would have gladly tried the others too!! They have a wasabi made by them that is spectacular. Normal location, prices in line with the quality. Highly recommended, well done ❤️

Excellent quality of raw materials and great kindness of the staff, very helpful and present in the room.

Abundant dishes and delicious. The owner passes through the raw cuts of meat before going to roast them.

10/04/2025: Una scoperta entusiasmante. Una Trattoria con la T maiuscola. L'ambiente è carino ed accogliente. La cucina è buonissima, la tradizione che non trovi più con qualità eccelsa, un pò come essere a casa della nonna ma più buono ancora. E poi in ultimo ma in realtà ricopre il posto di rilievo: la proprietà. Una famiglia che ti accoglie in famiglia. Cordiali, sorridenti ed entusiasti di ospitarti a casa loro che diventa anche un pò tua. 26/04/2025: Great experience, even though it was a busy and public holiday. We savored delicious, genuine dishes, with local products, all presented and served with care in beautiful local ceramic sets. Further applause must be given for having prepared, with advance notice, the exact same menu also in a gluten-free version, including the many delicious appetizers, two fresh pasta first courses and many desserts of your choice. Which denotes the love and passion for the work they do, also paying attention to dietary needs, especially on a busy day. The service at the tables was also excellent, very helpful and smiling waiters, and also the organization in general. Despite the many tables arriving at different times, all courses were served at the right time, and in generous portions. At the entrance they have a well-stocked shop with their excellent products. The place is in a somewhat inaccessible area, but it's worth it. The view is also suggestive, from the top you can admire a large valley until you glimpse the sea. We will definitely be back!

28/03/2025: Traditional knowledge and flavors, prepared with care and attention to quality. A very fascinating place, certainly worth the trip along rugged roads that lead to this corner of the Sicilian mountains immersed in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

07/05/2025: Siamo stati in vacanza in Sicilia ed abbiano mangiato doverosammente un canolo al giorno, tutti buoni ma quello di cannolia ha qualcosa in più, sarà per gli ottimi ingredienti, sarà perché è fritto, sta di fatto il migliore. Così abbiano deciso di farne spedire 10 a casa x i figli,ma purtroppo il pacco è arrivato schiacciato con le cialde rotte. Abbiamo contatto Davide e ci ha rassicurato che il plico è assicurato e prontamente ne ha rispedito un altro. Arrivato integro e con la ricotta della fresca in un contenitore di polistirolo e dei ghiacci. Bravi seri e di parola, ma sopratutto molto molto buoni.

Cucina da 30 e lode, ho mangiato un macco di fave semplicemente strepito! Per non parlare degli antipasti, sublimi come anche i dolci. Andate, ne rimarrete entusiasti.

I have seen its evolution over time, they have improved over time and also adapted to the modern era while maintaining their historicity. I have celebrated every important event in my life and that of my family there (baptisms, communions, confirmations, weddings, graduations and recently my father's retirement). Fantastic owners, polite, friendly, helpful and professional staff. Quality food, fresh, with contrasts of flavors, variety of courses. It never disappoints me. I hope to be able to celebrate many other important events in this welcoming and familiar place. I recommend to everyone
