Buonissimi piatti, pesce fresco. Servizio ottimo e bellissima location sul mare. Ci tornerei volentieri, l’unica cosa la l’inguine con vongole e cozze erano un po’ salate.

Ristorante Le Chaudron

02/04/2026: A historic restaurant in Bordighera under new management. The interior is very nice, and there's also the option to eat outside. Not much choice for starters and main courses, but I ate well. The rabbit was really good... portions were just right, as were the prices, and service was average. Worth a try.
01/04/2026: Truly beautiful place, with a warm, authentic, and meticulously maintained atmosphere. The brick vaulted ceiling and wooden furnishings create a welcoming, characterful atmosphere. The dishes were top-notch, beautifully presented, and tasty. A place where you eat well and enjoy being there. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!!
