08/08/2024: Consigliato da ex Ristoratore di Gallipoli, piacevole scoperta…. Il pescato è FRESCO e di qualità eccezionale… servizio cordiale e rapidi nonostante la stagione…. Onestamente non capisco le recensioni che parlano di servizio lento e non all’altezza. Prezzi assolutamente in linea col posto e la stagione…. Da tornare!!!

04/08/2024: Let me start by saying that I have never written a review, but in my case it was necessary. I stayed for 5 days in this hotel with my partner, the first two days were with a Smartbox, the remaining three at my expense. During the booking, I wondered whether breakfast would be available during the three additional days, as it was not specified anywhere and I did not have the possibility of adding it in any way. For this reason, on the day of Check in, I asked reception for clarification on this matter and was told not to worry because we were entitled to breakfast for all 5 days. On the third day we had breakfast peacefully and our room was on the breakfast list but on the fourth day we were told to go to reception because we were not on the list. Not only were we denied breakfast on the last two days, but they made us pay for breakfast on the third day, after the receptionist had reassured us that we would be entitled to it for the entire stay. Furthermore, the very aggressive and unprofessional receptionist on duty veiledly accused us of trying to use it for free. Drawing conclusions, it is a structure with a lot of potential, ruined by little care, poor hygiene (cobwebs in the room in many parts and too many ants entering the bathroom wall), poor alignment of the staff. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, breakfast cost us €15 per person for a miserable buffet in a 3 star hotel. The only positive note was the receptionist Gabriella (the lady who caused the breakfast error), very kind and professional, the only one who apologized for the mix-up several times and who felt it was necessary to offer me breakfast, but having my hands tied by bad management I didn't he was able to do it.

03/08/2024: We had the pleasure of having lunch at the restaurant of this hotel. We took mostly fish courses; all very good. We recommend the paccheri with seafood, the linguine with clams and the orecchiette with sauce, sausages and rugola. The service was impeccable, Livio served us, very kind and super helpful. Highly recommended place to eat delicious fish dishes.

16/03/2024: Excellent rotisserie of various kinds prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Internal room to taste the dishes directly. Easy place to find and with convenient parking. Kindness and courtesy from all the staff.

10/06/2024: Excellent place for a quick break: sandwiches, sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs served by very kind staff in a comfortable and fresh environment.

29/08/2024: Ordinazioni stile Sagra. Compili un foglio dove è indicato il menù ed il costo di ogni piatto. Compili, indichi quante persone e vai alla cassa. Paghi e ti assegnano un numero. Pochi minuti e ti chiamano e ti danno un vassoio con tutto ciò che hai chiesto. Quindi attenzione ai piatti caldi, si rischia di mangiarne uno freddo. Prendi il vassoio e ti cerchi un tavolo dove mangiare. Ci sono ragazzi che velocemente puliscono e liberano i tavoli che si svuotano. Ottima la qualità del pesce e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Il costo è adeguato al fatto che non c'è il servizio, le vettovaglie e non attendi le varie portate, quindi, ottimo.

27/08/2024: Un format perfetto che concilia ottimo cibo con un ottimo prezzo. Menù vario e di qualità con la possibilità di mangiare in uno splendido giardino all’aperto. Menù vario e porzioni generose, buona la scelta dei vini. Il prezzo è unico.

30/07/2024: I haven't found any reason not to give it maximum. The dishes are excellent. The setting is among the fig trees, a little low to be honest, the service is accurate and quick. What about better?

01/09/2024: Actually, it's not worth the effort to write a report. Anyway, here is my experience. We reserved a table, which worked wonderfully. A waitress then came and offered water. Unfortunately, the glasses smelled of fish and so did the water in the glass. All the dishes here are cleaned with the same machine? Over 35 minutes passed before someone took the order after we asked. After that it went quickly. The salad was good and crispy and fresh. Then came my main course “Entrégotes” & “French fries”. The waiter asked how I would like the meat, I ordered “midium”. Then there was a 3-4 mm thick slice of meat with tendons. Fried to death and dry. With a thickness of 3-4 mm it is also difficult to get anything bloody in the core of the disc. My leather belt would have been even more delicate. The fries and house wine were great! My wife ordered local vegetables. She had broccoli in the pan. And she ordered fried potatoes with it. So a finely put together vegetarian menu. The brocolli came in an oven pan, completely soggy and unseasoned. Less salt is supposed to be healthy ;-) Then her fried potatoes came much later than the broccoli. They were good, but she soon stopped feeling hungry after eating half of my fries, which I don't blame her for. The atmosphere was bad, there was a football match on the screen that everyone had to watch. Does this have to be the case? No other restaurant had to have this. The staff was young, probably too young. They acted like they were busy. In reality, they were not organized, which was felt by customers who had to wait a lot. Payment then went smoothly, with card and correct billing. We've now been in the area for another 5 days and we definitely won't eat here again.

30/08/2024: A pleasant surprise: first time in this seafront restaurant despite having seen it several times... everything was delicious, from the starter to the dessert. All in all, waiting times for dishes were normal, although a little longer than usual due to the fact that everything is freshly prepared! Delicious artisanal ice cream, tasty and non-greasy fried food, tasty and al dente first courses, very fresh grilled prawns. Friendly and helpful staff. We booked the night before, thus avoiding the risk of not finding a seat or having to wait for others to finish. Finally, excellent quantity - quality - price ratio! What else can I say...full 5 stars, well done!

06/08/2024: Experience not to be repeated, very simple environment, moreover bathroom located outside the structure. On paper modest and accessible prices, while the recommended dishes of the day displayed without the price. One expects the prices to be more or less in line. Went to the checkout for a plate of Paccheri with lobster, price 30.00. I advise you to avoid it, I believe you can find much better in the surrounding area.

07/03/2024: Average pizzas, the quality of the ingredients could be better given the price paid. Courteous and helpful staff.

Antipasti con prodotti genuini dell’orto, primi della tradizione e carne alla brace cotta a vista, vini a prezzi più che onesti. Per dolce ho ordinato una cheescake ma era panna montata. Personale attento, disponibile e gentile. Prezzo ottimo

09/08/2024: I camerieri molto gentili e disponibili. Per quanto riguarda la cucina meglio stendere un velo pietoso... Antipasti miseri ( ed è un complimento) , carne nella media, pizza che non era una pizza, ma una pinsa indescrivibile ( ingredienti di qualità scarsi). Sicuramente non ritornerò in questo posto!!!

29/08/2024: I had lunch on 08/28/24 in this "restaurant". We ordered three pizzas and a puccia. I ordered a margherita with chips and another one arrived, acceptable pizza, but it gave me an intestinal problem, not recommended
