04/10/2025: I spent €26 for a mixed seafood grill (as pictured), water, and cover charge. The wait was a bit long and the prices were a bit above average for the area, but the quality of the fish and the perfect cooking made for a decidedly positive experience. Recommended for those looking for well-prepared seafood dishes and fresh ingredients, regardless of the final bill.

08/03/2026: Unfortunately, there's no point in serving excellent food when you're then forced to SCREAM to converse with your guests at the table, given the screams and shouts of rude children running around the tables the entire time, with their parents completely indifferent. Unfortunately, in Vieste, when there are no tourists, this seems to be normal, as the same thing has happened to me in other places. Perhaps a separate dining room or a children's area would be a good idea. The service also isn't commensurate with the price, which is quite high. The exterior, a beautiful olive grove, deserves special mention.

23/10/2025: Review: Chalet Degli Ulivi (visit in August 2025) Unfortunately, our visit was a disappointment – ​​even though we were really looking forward to it after reading so many good reviews. The service was completely overwhelmed: only one waiter was allowed to take orders, the others seemed to wander around aimlessly, only allowed to serve or clear away. The wait was correspondingly long – and even when our glasses were long empty, no one thought to ask if we wanted something else to drink. Our child's meal arrived 20 minutes before the adults', and our plates arrived one by one with an even longer delay. Nothing is more uncomfortable than when one person at a table is already finished while another is just getting started. The playground area was also a disappointment: there was a charge, although this wasn't clearly communicated anywhere – neither on the website nor on Facebook. We came specifically for that. Food? Mediocre. The pasta and pizza were okay, the meat was actually good – but when the wrong side dishes arrive (four sad potato slices for €5 instead of fries!) and the "mixed salad" consists only of green salad, without the fennel or cucumbers as advertised, you eventually lose patience. The ambiance is nice, yes. But a beautiful wooden house alone doesn't make a good restaurant. Anyone who relies on its view instead of organization, service, and honesty won't have satisfied customers in the long run. By the way, we then had to wait another 30 minutes for the bill – a worthy end to a frustrating evening. Conclusion: Nice restaurant, unfortunately with a lot of show and little substance. Three stars – only because the meat was really good.

18/10/2025: We were here just for dinner - we liked it. It's not the season anymore, so there are very few tourists, and there was no need to book a table in advance - we did it in person the day before without any problems. The staff speaks English. The service is excellent, unobtrusive and appropriate. We didn't take the complimentary wine, but the offered glass of white was very pleasant and went well with dinner. We had a table by the window, but, unfortunately, it was raining heavily all evening, so neither the stars nor the moon above the sea were visible, and in principle nothing was visible out the window)))), but this did not prevent us from enjoying the taste and conversation. In addition to delicious food, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful bright design. If we are in these places, we will definitely come back to try the next menu. Thank you for the wonderful experience and mood! Citrus notes in the dishes were wonderful!:)

15/10/2025: I found a warm welcome, hospitality, and excellent, simple vegetarian cuisine, as well as the wine pairings. The dining room and sea view are breathtaking, and even the room I chose with its terrace allowed me to enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Thank you, AnnaLisa and staff.

05/01/2026: I don't know how it gets such high reviews! Orecchiette with turnip tops floating in the water, all you could taste was the anchovy! Grilled vegetables full of garlic and terrible caciocavallo podolico cheese. Not to mention the coffee, undrinkable! I couldn't digest the orecchiette and was sick all afternoon!! Nope!

11/09/2025: Stumbled on this little gem on our three night stay in Peschici. Lovely people, tones of atmosphere and excellent food. Had a delicious whole fish catch of the day. Reasonably priced. Went to the much acclaimed Trabucco one night, and it was no where near as good as I Tre Arch, and three times as expensive.

15/09/2025: Going "At Sunset" is enjoying one of the most beautiful natural experiences with loved ones, but it's not just the location, the food, the service... it's the whole package. Arriving just before sunset and waiting for the most spectacular view, filling your heart and eyes with thanks to the Good Lord for His Creations, then sitting at your table and being enveloped by the aromas and flavors of the excellent cuisine and pizza, accompanied by talented and smiling staff. Highly recommended, especially for the excellent quality at reasonable prices. Compliments to all the staff, and especially Raffaele.

26/01/2026: Very warm and welcoming location. Impeccable service. Food with unique and refined flavors, presented with care and elegance. It was a pleasant discovery several months ago with The Fork, where we took advantage of a €50 discount on the total, having purchased Yums, and everything was respected. We will return.

26/12/2025: Beautiful place. Very thoughtfully prepared dishes. Having booked in advance, they made sure there was a vegan. The chef prepared these delicious and meticulously prepared dishes, just like the fish dishes. The appetizer was photographed after the first bite. Battered zucchini flowers with pumpkin cream. Paccheri with eggplant and mushrooms, and fava beans and chicory with corn chips.

14/10/2025: Very nice place if you are in Vieste absolutely to try I recommend before the beautiful sunset, the fast service and it feels like eating at grandma's with the table under the porch, there are kittens and geckos very beautiful. The road to get to the Ranch is to be done at low speeds I having a sports car with low suspension I did not risk it. The owners are very kind

16/09/2025: Had the best, authentic meal here! So grateful for our friends Rocco and Ilaria that brought us to experience the best of Vieste! From the bruschetta, with all the options like roasted peppers, marinated eggplant and zucchini, melted caciocavallo cheese, and sun dried tomatoes to the grilled meats, everything was exquisite and so tasty! To top it off, an after dinner limoncello made with olive tree leaves 🧑‍🍳 like nothing we’ve ever tasted! We highly recommend this place if you want a genuine, rustic experience set among the olive groves of Vieste with amazing views!

Soft and light dough, just the right toppings, and you can even choose a version not listed on the menu. Must try radicchio, gorgonzola, speck, and buffalo mozzarella. EXCELLENT ☺️ The pizzeria also offers a round pizza option, with reasonable prices. Well done, and thank you always ❤️

23/12/2025: Authentic place, refined and spot-on flavors. The bombette on this side are something else!!! Welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant evening, even caught a live show. Young and friendly staff, we had a really good time.
