06/04/2026: We went to the Medioevo Restaurant in Monte Sant'Angelo, and I have to say it was a truly unforgettable experience. You can immediately sense that this is a zero-mile restaurant where the ingredients are the absolute protagonist. We started with spectacular fava beans and chicory, with extraordinary fava beans and a truly top-notch chicory, accompanied by a platter of top-quality local cured meats and cheeses, each one more delicious than the last. You can tell the chef has thirty years of experience, because he truly knows how to pamper his guests. For our first course, we had ravioli filled with local ricotta and porcini mushrooms from Gargano, which were out of this world. For our second course, we opted for local lamb, which was exceptional, both the grilled one with the flavorful liver rolls and the lamb cooked with potatoes and vegetables, which was incredibly tender. We finished on a high note with desserts, also made by the chef, including a creamy tiramisu, ricotta and chocolate tarts with jam, and the famous almond-filled wafer served in a beautiful composition. It is an excellent restaurant that I recommend with my eyes closed to anyone looking for true quality.

It's definitely worth a visit for its quality, flavor, selection, and, last but not least, its passion for its work. Kudos to the owner, Angelo, for his professionalism. Go and try it, you won't regret it; in fact, you'll be amazed by the quality and variety. Well done.

From the appetizer to the main course, each dish was carefully prepared and invitingly presented. The first courses were well-balanced, with seasonings that enhanced the quality of the ingredients without overshadowing them. The friendly and attentive service and pleasant, relaxed atmosphere: the perfect mix for enjoying a proper seafood lunch or dinner. 09/01/2026: The atmosphere is super clean, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcome customers with kindness and professionalism. And the pizza, what can I say? Soft and light dough, just the right toppings, and you can even choose a version not listed on the menu. Must try radicchio, gorgonzola, speck, and buffalo mozzarella. EXCELLENT ☺️ The pizzeria also offers a round pizza option, with reasonable prices. Well done, and thank you always ❤️

06/01/2026: A small but very welcoming restaurant in the historic center of Ischitella. A wide selection of dishes and drinks. Ask Valentino for advice; he's very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

14/10/2025: Very nice place if you are in Vieste absolutely to try I recommend before the beautiful sunset, the fast service and it feels like eating at grandma's with the table under the porch, there are kittens and geckos very beautiful. The road to get to the Ranch is to be done at low speeds I having a sports car with low suspension I did not risk it. The owners are very kind

16/09/2025: Had the best, authentic meal here! So grateful for our friends Rocco and Ilaria that brought us to experience the best of Vieste! From the bruschetta, with all the options like roasted peppers, marinated eggplant and zucchini, melted caciocavallo cheese, and sun dried tomatoes to the grilled meats, everything was exquisite and so tasty! To top it off, an after dinner limoncello made with olive tree leaves 🧑‍🍳 like nothing we’ve ever tasted! We highly recommend this place if you want a genuine, rustic experience set among the olive groves of Vieste with amazing views!

08/02/2026: Always happy to return, despite the years, the Giardino di Monsignore restaurant and beach club remain a guarantee of taste, elegance, and excellent value. A little more attention to customer service from the dining room staff would be welcome.

13/01/2026: LOCATION: The Lido Giardino di Monsignore Pizzeria and Restaurant is located in Contrada Torre del Porto in Mattinata. A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: This restaurant is well-known among tourists and locals alike. When you arrive, you can enjoy an incredible view of the sea. Especially at sunset, when the sun disappears behind the rocks, the sea is tinged with various colors. On the several occasions I've been, I've enjoyed both the fish-based first and second courses, as well as the pizzas. Each dish reflects the tradition of the Gargano. The restaurant has ample parking, a significant detail in an area that's very busy during the summer months. The photographs I took are testimonies that tell a story, more than a thousand words. FUN FACT: DID YOU KNOW THAT...? The Port Tower was one of the ancient coastal towers built in the 16th century to guard against Ottoman pirate raids. 28/03/2026: A fantastic experience at Sale e Pepe! The food is truly delicious: every dish is meticulously crafted, from the presentation to the flavors, which are truly overwhelming. The staff is extremely welcoming, always attentive and helpful. Special praise goes to the manager and the waiters, who make you feel immediately at ease and pampered throughout the dinner. The desserts are unique and spectacular, the perfect finale to an already excellent meal. You can sense great passion and quality in every course. Highly recommended, definitely one of the best restaurants for a wonderful experience!

12/04/2026: We visited this restaurant with a group of friends with 3- and 4-year-old children. We had a great time! The owners had high chairs available for them and plenty of toys to keep them entertained. Without having to ask, they immediately listed the children's menu for us and brought out the dishes in no time. They understood our needs, and unlike other places, they were truly child-friendly! They actually have a children's menu, not the usual two courses. Adult menu: We chose a mix of appetizers, shrimp, and cured meats. Everything was extremely fresh and tasty, beautifully plated, with plenty of cutlery and the utmost attention to customer service! For the first course: truffle ravioli - delicious! Homemade tagliatelle (you can really taste the difference) with shrimp, mushrooms, and bacon. I recommend everyone save room for the chocolate cake! We'll definitely be back. Thank you for your patience with the kids and for fully understanding our needs.

10/04/2026: Great restaurant in a quiet location. Street parking available. Unfortunately, the waitress only speaks Italian. We had to wait a bit longer for the food, but it was incredibly delicious.
