31/01/2025: We, a couple, had lunch here twice during our week in Vieste. The first time it was randomly chosen, but we were treated to a fabulous meal consisting of 2 appetizers followed by spaghetti with mussels in a tomato and olive oil sauce and a grilled orata. Everything was done perfectly and generously served. The dessert was a chocolate soufflé with a pistachio filling. The second time was the piece de resistance. We preordered the zuppa di pesce, a combination of different local fishes in a rich broth with tiny vegetables and bread, in order to give the chef time to gather the ingredients. The broth was rich with the taste of the mixture of the five different fishes plus shrimp, mussels, clams and calamari. It was served in a giant vessel with grilled bread drenched with olive oil. It was the perfect zuppa and its memory will live on in my mind together with the kindness of Chef Elia who shared his philosophy of cooking with us. It was an experience that made our visit to Vieste a jewel that will shine on.

28/01/2025: Aunque esta es la temporada baja aquí en Vieste, la comida aquí es de alta calidad y se hace con respeto por el plato y el cliente. Tuvimos la suerte de haber encontrado Europa para el almuerzo y estábamos tan contentos después de tener una comida maravillosa que hicimos una reserva para volver en 3 días para saborear su Zuppa di Pesce. El combo de chef y esposa era un dúo dinámico. Él hacía platos sabrosos y ella era cien por ciento encantadora. Comenzamos la comida con una Bruschetta del Pastore, pan tostado con aceite de oliva local y cubierto con tomates picados condimentados. Vino con tres quesos locales diferentes, incluyendo cacciocavallo, ricotta salata y pecorino. Se servían con cucharas de dos mermeladas diferentes y en el centro había una bola de mozzarella y un poco de rúcula. El plato era delicado y memorable. También comimos una ensalada caprese, tomates cortados con mozzarella. Esto era tradicional, pero bien hecho con suficiente condimento para despertar el paladar. Pedí un plato, no en el menú porque otro cliente había empezado a comerlo cuando entramos. Era un espagueti aderezado con tomates picados y un poco de pepperoni (especia) en una salsa ligera de aceite de oliva y servido con mejillones al vapor. Era el par perfecto. Mi marido tenía un branzino a la parrilla que se hizo a la perfección, húmedo y sabroso con un lado de rúcula y una cuña de limón. Con eso tenía unos tomates a la parrilla, calabacín y berenjena. Ligero y delicado. Estábamos demasiado llenos para tener mucho más, pero era imposible decir que no al suflé de chocolate con el centro de pistacho. Era un cielo de chocolate y suficiente para cada uno de nosotros para satisfacer el diente dulce. Terminamos con café y un poco de limoncello (hecho en casa). La comida era divina y servida en un acogedor comedor rústico. Esta fue nuestra comida favorita en Vieste y esperamos con ansias la fiesta del pescado del viernes en un tazón. Tuvimos que preordenar la comida para que los ingredientes más frescos se pudieran obtener. Tienes que probar esta Trattoria. La comida es fresca y preparada con cuidado y servida por una persona feliz cuya sonrisa es contagiosa. El menú tiene muchas opciones en todas las categorías y usted puede estar seguro de que lo que pide será lo mejor que pueda ser.

26/02/2025: I give 5 stars because you can't give more... it's just worth trying. I went there for the first time and then it became a regular stop when I'm in the area! Always fresh, quality and well prepared products with attention to local dishes always cooked very well!

25/02/2025: Prenotato grazie alla app "The Fork", il ristorante si presenta elegante ed accogliente ma, appena preso il menù, la sorpresa di prezzi contenuti. Passando ai piatti, si conferma l'ottima impressione iniziale: ottima la zuppa di fagioli della tradizione e anche l'ombrina. Servizio molto professionale.

17/02/2025: siamo stati giovedì con gli amici in quanto tutti i giovedì oltre al menu à la carte c'è anche la carbonara in padella....che dire squisita ed abbondante

17/02/2025: What can I say, impeccable rooms, a mix of rustic and modern, well-arranged furnishings and all comforts. Not to mention the cleanliness, everything is well disinfected and scented, the rooms are warm and the bathroom is just as good as the shower, so much so that it relaxes you and puts you to sleep. Congratulations I will be back!!!

05/11/2024: Non si può fare una cucina accurata servendo un menù fisso a più di 200 persone. L’esperienza è stata pessima perché il pranzo è durato 4 ore in mezzo ad un rumore assordante per il numero dei commensali. Il cibo passa in secondo piano quando si vive una situazione di malessere e bisogna alzare la voce per farsi udire dagli altri commensali. Giornata di sole ma all’esterno le sedie e i tavoli erano sporchi da fare schifo. Prezzo di 210 Euro per due adulti e due bambini di 13 e 10 anni con vino della casa.

29/09/2024: We came here on holiday for the first time in Peschici, very beautiful. We were looking for a restaurant to have dinner and we wanted to try the Piazzetta del Gusto. We returned for the second time after two days and the experience was excellent, menu always with fresh and high quality products. The owners are professional people and immediately made us feel at home. Congratulations guys, see you next time!!!!!

17/10/2024: In vacanza in Puglia durante il giro del Gargano abbiamo visitato Peschici. Girando per le viuzze del centro storico siamo stati attratti dai profumi che arrivavano dal ristorante I tre Archi. Siamo entrati, ci hanno fatto accomodare sul terrazzino con vista mare e abbiamo mangiato piatti dove la tradizione e l innovazione si incontrano con un ottimo risultato ma soprattutto cucinati con passione .Complimenti ai titolari!

17/03/2025: Monnalisa: a pizzeria that stands out for its unique and refined identity. Starting from the welcome, the owners are very kind and immediately put customers at ease. The ingredients are carefully selected and of excellent quality. The wines and beers (only in glass and artisanal bottles) are perfectly paired with each pizza. Relaxing and refined environment. Highly recommended.

12/03/2025: Two flaws regarding the last evening... first flaw, a group of women screaming despite the size of the place, not caring who they were around... and unfortunately the owners didn't bat an eyelid... I ask if pets are allowed even though it says pets allowed... And I get a negative result. Put not allowed which is better
