08/04/2026: More than a restaurant, it's truly the owners' home. Husband and wife are wonderful people: welcoming, authentic, and extremely empathetic. He in the kitchen, she in the dining room, creating a family atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. There's no set menu: the menu changes daily, based on what's being prepared, and that's precisely what makes the experience even more special. The cuisine is authentic, homemade, made exclusively with local products. Everything is simply delicious, with excellent value. Osteria "A Casa Nostra" is one of those places that stays in your heart: it's impossible not to return. It will definitely be a regular stop on our next visit to San Severo. Highly recommended!

24/05/2026: A restaurant recommended by a friend and visited to celebrate my birthday with friends. We booked and ate à la carte (they don't do a set menu on the weekend). The restaurant itself isn't large, but it's very well-kept, with its typical stone barrel vaults. Everything is very elegant, quiet, and well-kept. Our only personal flaw was the lack of lighting... I don't like such a large space, but I prefer to see both the diners and the dishes clearly. 🤷‍♂️ Other than that, the food is really good. The dishes are carefully prepared and the portions are adequate. There were 4 of us, and we ordered: 4 appetizers 4 first courses A bottle of wine 2 waters 1 second course Everything was really good, compliments to both the chef and the friendly and always attentive waiters. 👍👍 The price was in line with what we ate, perhaps even reasonable. 👏👏 We'll definitely be back!!

15/02/2026: We went for lunch, the place was full, the atmosphere was pleasant, even though we were stuck at the table right next to the cash register. The owner arrived without a menu and started telling us the courses without a menu. Finally, he told us that an appetizer and a first course were coming and then we could choose whether to continue. He explained to us that the appetizer was seafood and meat. I told him I didn't want fish and my wife didn't either because she was waiting. Among the appetizers there was also prosciutto crudo and I told him not to bring it because I don't like it and my wife doesn't eat meat. We received a mozzarella and prosciutto and I told him again that we didn't eat it, then he brought us a vegetable meatball each, a small square of parmigiana each, a small square of puff pastry with radicchio and... A small plate with six pizza squares. I left a piece of pizza on the plate and his colleague, without asking, took it while he was bringing the plates back and threw it on the plate, without any manners. Then we each received a first course and a dessert. For drinks I had two glasses and my wife only had water. Before leaving, a couple who ordered the same things as us paid, plus they ate the ham plate and the fish that we didn't order. Price €90. I know because we were sitting right next to the cash register. We paid €110... the only good thing was the quality of the products, but they don't even know what the service and other things are. I will never go back again.

31/03/2026: The place is very nice, with good appetizers and excellent, authentic first courses. The staff is attentive and friendly. The price is a bit high for a few appetizers, a first course, and a glass of wine (€30 per person).

30/03/2026: Excellent food, sublime hospitality, impeccable service. The quality of the products served and the kindness make this place a place to return to and recommend. I had lunch here with my family (2 adults + 2 girls), and the attentiveness to the girls and their needs was truly appreciated. I certainly appreciated the service and the kindness of Vito, a waiter always smiling and attentive. Definitely a place to return to and recommend. Kudos to the staff.

18/03/2026: Excellent local establishment, truly welcoming and the owners are wonderful people, husband and wife, Ciro the chef and his wife are exceptional and warm-hearted people like their cuisine, exceptional dishes.... If you find yourself in San Severo go there and you won't regret it 😜

10/03/2026: I had dinner at Il Carbonaio and was very satisfied. I tried both the pizza and the pancotto, a typical dish from San Severo, and everything was truly delicious. The pizza was light and well-seasoned, while the pancotto was rich in flavor and prepared according to tradition. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service friendly. Recommended! 😊

24/05/2026: Delicious pizza, especially light. It's also quite large compared to traditional pizzas. It doesn't have the typical Neapolitan dough, but it's truly excellent. I even managed to eat the edges, which I usually leave off. Relaxing service, really nice place.

23/09/2025: I ate for the first time at piadinaerika and I found at home huge piadinas full of everything you want to put in them, Erika is really kind, even the girl who cooks is really good, both of them, I was with my girlfriend and friends and we had a great time, much better than pizza ♥️♥️♥️♥️

15/12/2025: We stopped by chance on our way home and immediately felt at home, they were very good and very kind, I hope to be back in the area soon and it will be a must stop
