Everything was perfect: from the welcome, the elegant and beautiful decor, the exquisite food, both in taste and appearance, the helpful and professional staff, and Mrs. Daniela, who was always available. 17/03/2026: Every forkful was an experience, you could clearly distinguish all the flavors that made up the dish: the cuttlefish appetizer, with the crunchiness of perfectly cooked cuttlefish, combined with the sweetness of carrots, the freshness of fennel, and the bittersweetness of broad beans. The cod was amazing, both wrapped in a light and flavorful frying and baked in a gratin as delicious as the shortcrust pastry. That sweet cherry tomato was the icing on the cake. I truly enjoyed it. I dined alone and the welcome was kind and warm. They offered me a pre-appetizer and an additional appetizer on top of the one I had just because it "deserved to be tasted." Indeed, that fried cod will remain in my heart, and the purple cabbage pairs perfectly with it! I suggest you indulge in a meal at the osteria. It reminded me of summertime, with fresh fish dishes and the perfect way to ensure there's nothing wrong with the dish. They even offered dessert, so why not since "it's almost Father's Day"? The cream was delicious, and I found myself wiping the bottom of the plate with my finger, where a bit of cream had remained, just waiting to be eaten. A restaurant where you can be sure of a meal and enjoy every little detail of the dinner. Thank you so much again for the kind service ☺️

12/04/2026: We visited this restaurant with a group of friends with 3- and 4-year-old children. We had a great time! The owners had high chairs available for them and plenty of toys to keep them entertained. Without having to ask, they immediately listed the children's menu for us and brought out the dishes in no time. They understood our needs, and unlike other places, they were truly child-friendly! They actually have a children's menu, not the usual two courses. Adult menu: We chose a mix of appetizers, shrimp, and cured meats. Everything was extremely fresh and tasty, beautifully plated, with plenty of cutlery and the utmost attention to customer service! For the first course: truffle ravioli - delicious! Homemade tagliatelle (you can really taste the difference) with shrimp, mushrooms, and bacon. I recommend everyone save room for the chocolate cake! We'll definitely be back. Thank you for your patience with the kids and for fully understanding our needs.

10/04/2026: Great restaurant in a quiet location. Street parking available. Unfortunately, the waitress only speaks Italian. We had to wait a bit longer for the food, but it was incredibly delicious.

27/03/2026: Osteria del grano arso is an incredible choice in Foggia. The orecchiette pugliese di grano arso, the papardelle aI funghi freschi and the pasta fresca alle verdure o legumi keep the best flavour of the most authentic Italian cuisine. Besides, their tiramisú is the best we have ever tasted. Its smoothness fascinated us. In the background the owner playing the Spanish guitar delighted us. This osteria is a must in Foggia!!

01/01/2026: Wow wow wow. First of all, the food was fantastic, some of the best that my parents and I have had since our stay in Italy. Speaking of the best, the customer service was top tier, specifically the waiter with the glasses on (working dinner 1/1/26), we didn’t feel rushed, we were helped, checked up on, but also not constantly harassed. The cocktails were obviously good and surprisingly big serve. Yes it is somewhat pricey, but it could be worse and you definitely get what you pay for. My only critique was having to sit next to the bathroom, but someone has to lol. Thanks Momento for the lovely night!

19/01/2026: The staff were incredibly friendly. We celebrated New Year's Day with a DJ and lots of great music. We had lunch and played bingo, and I even won. The meal was delicious, and Mrs. Teresa was attentive to everything. We'll be back.

27/03/2026: I had to change my mind. I returned for an introductory wine course and another introductory cooking course... what can I say? I found a different, welcoming atmosphere, and above all, high quality. An exceptional wine selection, food that truly exceeded expectations, and chef Nicola's helpfulness were truly noteworthy. Now I return often to enjoy moments of taste and well-being, accompanied by friendly and interesting conversations with the owner, who is always ready to advise customers in the best possible way. As they say... never trust just one approach! 🤗🙏 Overrated place. I've been there a couple of times and everything seemed, well, pumped up but lacking in air. The owner was a bit pushy. The staff was average. I won't return.
