Osteria Terra Arsa is a well-kept place with truly attentive service: you can sense the care taken at the table, which isn't intrusive but rather makes the customer feel cared for. The expert and meticulous explanation of the dishes was also greatly appreciated. The dishes are original, beautifully presented, and you can see the research behind them, both in the plating and in the selection of ingredients. From what we were told, many of the ingredients come from the family's garden and farm, and this is reflected in the flavors: fresh, seasonal, thoughtful cuisine. A very positive experience, with a wonderful restaurant concept behind it: slow food, seasonality, and a focus on the local area without being forced. We'll definitely be back.

31/07/2026: Everything was perfect! The quality is there and you can taste it. The Jerusalem artichoke ravioli are special, as are the tortelli lucchesi and pici all'aglione. The pork cheek is incredibly tender. The seafood salad is amazing, plentiful, and the fish is fresh. Homemade desserts, the plum tart is delicious, as is the puff pastry with cream. Excellent service and excellent value. A truly well-run restaurant.

25/05/2026: A lovely small restaurant where we received a very warm welcome from the hostess. The dishes were full of flavour, with the carbonara being the absolute highlight, honestly one of the best we have ever had. The tiramisu was delicious as well and the clafoutis made for a perfect ending to the evening. Definitely a place we would happily return to!

The quality and presentation of the dishes are excellent, and the service is attentive and meticulous. The pasta is homemade, as is the bread. 09/06/2026: Beautiful hotel, very friendly service. Good breakfast, lovely view as the hotel is located at the top of the mountain, parking available, beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The beach is pebbly, but it's manageable.

01/01/2026: Wow wow wow. First of all, the food was fantastic, some of the best that my parents and I have had since our stay in Italy. Speaking of the best, the customer service was top tier, specifically the waiter with the glasses on (working dinner 1/1/26), we didn’t feel rushed, we were helped, checked up on, but also not constantly harassed. The cocktails were obviously good and surprisingly big serve. Yes it is somewhat pricey, but it could be worse and you definitely get what you pay for. My only critique was having to sit next to the bathroom, but someone has to lol. Thanks Momento for the lovely night!

22/07/2026: I've heard a lot about Kalò, but unfortunately I was disappointed by the pizza dough, which was very chewy and the ingredients weren't high-quality (considering the prices). Slow service on the pizzas even though the place wasn't busy.

15/07/2026: I didn't really like the pizza, perhaps because I was in a hurry or was too careless. It arrived drowned in oil, as they had put a lot of it. It's a shame. Maybe we'll come back.

25/05/2026: €90 for a bottle of local wine, two schiacciate (water and flour), two fava beans and chicory that we couldn't finish due to the awful taste, and two plates of grilled vegetables. Pure madness. Not to mention stomach pains for both of us. Absolutely avoid!

12/05/2026: Even though it was a Saturday, we had reservations for two, but five of us showed up and were still greeted with great warmth. The pizzas are truly delicious, and the prices are below average for Foggia. The homemade desserts and the quality of the grappa are also excellent... May 12, 2026 Two years later, I'm back to review a place that's actually on the outskirts of Foggia, but one that always gets my attention. The pizza is incredibly light, I think because of the long leavening, and I, who have digestive issues, have never had any problems. It made me fall in love with pizza all over again. The desserts are carefully selected and are of the highest quality. I've never had desserts like this in Foggia. Antonio, a truly kind and knowledgeable guy. Congratulations and regards to Ragù (the owners' little dog).
