The menu selection on the app was very well explained, with photos of the dishes 👍 + The starter and main course were very good! Nothing to complain about, - The dessert was a little less so, The servers are attentive and caring, A must-try if you're passing through the area, See you soon, 👍

16/06/2025: Small delicatessen in the historic center of Lecce, excellent first and second courses and very low prices indeed. It has a few stools with tables to eat on the spot but really small, we ate and we were comfortable, you just have to make do and we spent 16 euros with 2 abundant first courses, 1 plate of meatballs always abundant and 2 bottles of water. They also work a lot with take-away, I recommend the little place for the excellent quality/price ratio and practically you are in the historic center.

13/06/2025: We ate very good pasta there, for only 5 to 6 euros per dish. The value for money is excellent. The welcome was warm and we recommend it without hesitation.

Locale pulitissimo e raffinato abbiamo cenato sul terrazzino che ha tre tavoli da 2 persone con vista vicoli: molto bello. Preso piatti della tradizione pugliese con qualche personalizzazione : orecchiette con cime di rapa, acciuga, stracciatella e granella. Eccellenti. Cozze con farcitura di pane formaggi e aromi vari e sugo pomodoro: buonissime. Ristoratore cortese che è innamorato del suo lavoro e al servizio del cliente. Da tornare evitando i posti turistici

18/06/2025: Family lunch to celebrate an occasion during the week! Large, bright, clean and well air-conditioned place! Excellent house appetizer (special mention for the monkfish tails with tuna), and first courses (cavatelli and tagliolini with seafood) very well seasoned and tasty, in generous portions. A taste of assassina (delicious) kindly offered! Small buffet of desserts and fruit to share, super nice and convivial. Fresh and quality desserts! Staff (especially Mr. Marcello) super kind and helpful, with particular attention to the little girl at our table. Given the excellent experience we will return to try the pizzas! A super pleasant discovery!

17/06/2025: Excellent welcome, kindness and cordiality, speed in ordering the food, excellent pizza but, I was very curious to taste their legendary spaghetti all'assassina so much advertised and awarded, what a disappointment, overcooked spaghetti limp and not at all crispy burnt and spicy. I really hope it was just a mistake, certainly I will not return to them for the assassina.

29/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto Soso' in occasione del pranzo per la cresima di mio figlio.Preciso che siamo già clienti e anche questa volta siamo rimasti soddisfatti delle portate,delle bollicine abbinate e soprattutto della premura del personale attento a soddisfare anche i commensali più esigenti.

27/05/2025: SoSô è un posto raffinato ed elegante,i proprietari e lo staff gentilissimi sin dal momento della prenotazione. I piatti sono stati sorprendenti,sia come presentazione che come sapori,ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione,il tutto accompagnato da dell'ottimo vino. Ci torneremo assolutamente per scoprire altre prelibatezze e vini ma anche per ritrovare quell'ambiente così accogliente ed efficente. CONSIGLIATISSIMO 🔝

04/05/2025: Questo piccolo ristorante credo sia uno dei pochi rimasti dove si mangia veramente bene . Niente sciccherie , nessuna autocelebrazione , non sentirete parlare di gurmet ( credo che la parola sia bandita dal loro locale e anche dal loro vocabolario) né di miniporzioni raffinate alla Heinz Beck o alla Cracco ma tante ottime verdure (ad esempio la zucca o le rape o i finocchi panati) fritti ( polpette e crocchette) fatto veramente ed incredibilmente da loro e non i semilavorati che si trovano ovunque . Primi e secondi piatti della cucina salentina buoni ( sapuriti) e anche le pizze non sono male . Prezzi ottimi , anzi proprio bassi rispetto alla qualità e quantità del cibo .

20/06/2025: On Saturday evening, we were intrigued by the renovated location of Freestate, a culinary gem nestled in the heart of Ruvo di Puglia. Welcomed by the warmth of Angelo, Gianfranco and Raffaella, masters of hospitality, we found not just a dinner, but a pleasant experience. The pizzas? True symphonies of taste: fragrant, varied, prepared with skill and selected ingredients. The staff, professional and smiling, made the evening even more enjoyable. To frame everything, a terrace overlooking a majestic square, illuminated by the magical light of the full moon. An evening that nourished the body and spirit. I recommend it and we will return, to taste new specialties ... and to feel pampered and at home once again.

20/06/2025: We went there for a pizza. There was NO ONE in the restaurant at that time (Friday evening). They got angry when we sat down because we ordered takeaway. When we said we wanted to sit down they said it was ok but we got a very bad service. (Had to sit at the worst table and got a lot of crooked faces). This made us do takeaway. They won't see us there again. Pizzas were good, but hey it's Italy there are many other good pizza places...

24/06/2025: The food was the only good thing. The wait for drinks was 30 minutes, and then another 20 minutes for the food. We paid for the cover charge and bread, but only the others got bread. When we complained about the long wait, there was no apology or any kind of understanding. The waiter slammed the drinks down on the table, and that was it. After the meal, the tiramisu was gone, and the espresso never made it to the table after another 20-minute wait. The service could still be improved.

21/06/2025: A gem 😄 Really delicious pizzas. The restaurant is frequented by many locals. The service is very friendly. There is a large terrace on the square. The prices are very reasonable. Parking is free along the road near the restaurant.
