06/04/2026: For starters, the Antiche Mura appetizer platter is a must—it's a great selection that lets you try a bit of everything. The oysters were excellent. We also had a pasta as a warm starter, and it was very satisfying. For the main course, don’t miss the Mura specialty: the fish of the day. Portions are reasonable, the ambiance is beautiful, the service is attentive, and the prices are very fair for the overall experience.

04/04/2026: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed! The staff (perhaps even the owners) were unprofessional and inattentive, to the point that we didn't have water glasses for everyone and we waited perhaps 15 minutes with dirty plates on the table between courses. The fish appetizers were decidedly not fresh, and the first courses were very oily and the fish wasn't fresh. Thank goodness for the view, which was truly stunning. The restaurant itself isn't worth it.

08/03/2026: Excellent seafood. The local red fish stuffed with tomatoes, olives and potatoes was amazing. Also the shellfish soup was a garlicky and buttery treat. The timing of all the courses was perfect. 2 1/2 hrs of leisurely goodness.

22/03/2026: Our second visit in Bari and to this restaurant in 18 months and the quality remains outstanding. We tried the octopus salad, the orecchiette con rapa, paccheri with seafood, and a rich zuppa di pesce with whole shrimp and mussels. Each dish full of authentic Puglian flavour. The Neapolitan-style pizzas have been super delicious, even in the gluten-free version. They are AIC-certified (The Italian Celiac Association), with nearly the entire menu available gluten-free as well, including a delicious pistachio cheesecake. A must-visit in Bari.

18/03/2026: We visited this restaurant last Saturday with some friends who had been there several times before. We were very pleased with the food, the courtesy, and the speed of the service. Good value, we'll definitely be back.

19/01/2026: The staff were incredibly friendly. We celebrated New Year's Day with a DJ and lots of great music. We had lunch and played bingo, and I even won. The meal was delicious, and Mrs. Teresa was attentive to everything. We'll be back.

12/04/2026: I was pleased despite some negative comments. We ordered the charcuterie and cheese platter, and it was worth it. The grill was good, but not quite as good; the meat should have been cooked a bit more. The Don Carmelo wine was truly excellent! Luca, the waiter, deserves a shout-out for his helpfulness and friendliness.

28/03/2026: A fantastic experience at Sale e Pepe! The food is truly delicious: every dish is meticulously crafted, from the presentation to the flavors, which are truly overwhelming. The staff is extremely welcoming, always attentive and helpful. Special praise goes to the manager and the waiters, who make you feel immediately at ease and pampered throughout the dinner. The desserts are unique and spectacular, the perfect finale to an already excellent meal. You can sense great passion and quality in every course. Highly recommended, definitely one of the best restaurants for a wonderful experience!

05/05/2026: We had dinner at this typical restaurant in the Bari Vecchia neighborhood. The place is simple, spartan, and unpretentious, with plastic tables and chairs and paper tablecloths. Family-run, the food is typical of Bari, and the cuisine is home-cooked. We dined with the chef's recommended menu, and it was all delicious. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

It's a superior pizzeria, where the quality of the dishes is truly unique: from the rich and well-designed appetizers to the house pizzas, spectacular in their flavor, quality, and originality. It's a confirmation every time. I've had the opportunity to experience it for dinner, lunch, and even as a bar, and at every moment of the day, the place maintains high standards and consistent quality. The pizzas are made with excellent ingredients, carefully crafted doughs, and never-ending combinations, while the appetizers perfectly round out the experience. The staff is very kind and friendly, always attentive and helpful. A special mention goes to the owners, Gianfranco and Max, who are incredibly personable and create a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere that makes you want to return. The place is very large, with ample indoor and outdoor space, and is also very characteristic, perfect for both evenings with friends and more relaxed moments. The prices are absolutely in line with what's offered: quality, quantity, and attention to detail fully justify the price. I've been there many times and will definitely return. A highly recommended place, reliable over time and capable of surprising every time. 🍕🔥

30/03/2026: A wonderful experience: a delicious lunch in a clean setting, run by a very helpful and friendly owner. Excellent appetizers, generous portions. Delicious pasta (they've even won a few awards for their organic pasta), exceptional Apulian bread. Everything was perfect, right in front of the sanctuary. We'll definitely be back.
