23/08/2024: Courteous staff, very kind butcher, truly excellent quality products.... it is definitely a place I will recommend... Also possibility of convenient parking. ..we will certainly see each other again.... this was a year ago..... let's talk about today.... courteous staff, good quality products, vast wine list, ....but the owner got lost in a glass of ....grappa 12 Euro. Exaggerated. He screwed up. Sin. Generally in most places the bitter after the bill is offered. Not him. It's 12 euros sir. Details .But it goes laaaaaaaaaa.

05/08/2024: Pas agréable du tout. Je suis à table, je dois me déplacer pour commander une pizza. On me l’apporte sans couvert et me dit qu’il n’y a pas de service à table alors que d’autres clients sont servi à côté !

Queste poche parole esprimono realmente la sensazione che abbiamo provato stando sulla terrazza dell'Est Hotel, dall'aperitivo, alla cena e per finire al dopo cena in relax sui divanetti a guardare stelle e mare. I nostri complimenti allo chef per i piatti squisiti, a Daniele per la simpatia, al barman - di cui non ricordo il nome - per i cocktails particolari e non scontati. Nel paesino di Santa Cesaria un pò morto e senza bar e ristoranti degni di nota, spicca in qualità questo hotel con il suo rooftop. Bravi, continuate così.

29/08/2024: Place too hot for a summer dinner despite the presence of air conditioning (off in some parts of the place and replaced by poorly functioning ventilation systems) Steak cooked rare as requested but was not tender.. Excellent ash potatoes. Hands-on service especially at the meat counter where you can choose what to cook.

22/08/2024: The right corner for a perfect lunch break or for those who want to recharge with a nice plate of pasta. Generous portions, quality products, but above all excellent taste! You can choose various pasta shapes as well as various condiments and additions and it is something that I really appreciated. Friendly and kind staff. Price: rating 10! Excellent value for money. To give you an idea, these two dishes cost us 20 euros together. Fantastic I will definitely go back.

12/08/2024: We stayed in this hotel for two nights, the service and welcome are excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner very good, I am very grateful for the availability of all the staff. They also have a free shuttle service to and from the Padre Pio sanctuary.

19/07/2024: The pizza is delicious. When I visited, employees were apparently drunk. If you don't speak Italian, they tried to get more money. When asked whether you could eat on site or whether there was only take away, you were ignored several times. We have observed this several times!

19/07/2024: We celebrated our wedding at Masseria Barsentum on 07/13/24. It is not easy to summarize the experience in just a few words, with just one adjective, perhaps I would say UNIQUE! Our wedding included both the civil ceremony and the reception directly on location. We were lucky enough to always have Giuseppe's support in all the preparation steps that led us to our day. A special mention goes to him as he always listened to us, advised us and coordinated our day with care and attention! He reassured us and always found a way to resolve our doubts, as well as working perfectly with the rest of the chosen suppliers. Equally important was the banquet: starting from the aperitif, then continuing with appetizers, first and second courses, our guests were delighted by every course and by the attention paid even to guests who had special needs! The dessert buffet and the wedding cake are also spectacular! Another important aspect that we were delighted with were the wine labels we chose for our banquet. White, rosé and red were appreciated both by those who already knew the wines of our land but above all by our guests who came from far away! Obviously I can't help but say a few words about the wonderful location that left everyone breathless: starting from the farmyard where we celebrated the wedding with its splendid view, continuing on the terrace where we had an aperitif and the agora where we the dinner was held with all its lights which, together with the candles on the tables, made the moment unique and unforgettable. The same goes for the wonderful cherry tree under which we cut our wedding cake! I would also like to conclude by thanking all the staff who worked during our day, all attentive, very kind and always ready to dispel any request or doubt that arose. 11/07/2024: Lovely place but it deserves some more attention. I was there for a wedding (we were just under a hundred guests) and once I asked about the bathroom I discovered that there was only one for men and what's more with the door lock broken which didn't allow it to be closed from the inside. . Carrying out one's physiological needs and having the bathroom door opened by another guest, unaware of the presence of another person inside, is not acceptable. Even the fact of having only one men's bathroom, given so many guests, is not acceptable in the slightest.

04/08/2024: La location non mi è piaciuta, luogo molto spartano casereccio, quasi trascurato. Sembrerebbe una gestione familiare, Servizio abbastanza veloce effettuato con personale non eccellente spesso molto attento all’arrivo di turisti dal lato piazza ma non ai clienti già accomodati. Piatti buoni e di qualità, pizza buona e ben lievitata. Prezzi nella media.

17/07/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio e tutto è stato perfetto. Cibo ottimo, servizio inappuntabile, personale amichevole ma assolutamente professionale e su tutto la cucina di Maria Disanto che unisce una grande sapienza professionale ad una attenta cura per la materia prima del territorio. Uno degli sport più diffusi tra i partecipanti ai matrimoni è certamente la critica alla “festa” come si dice dalle nostre parti… Questa volta non c’è stato neanche un commento meno che lusinghiero…. Tutto perfetto!

11/08/2024: Bad experience. Pizzas very thin and burnt both on top and bottom. inedible. Pizza Fló e Ciccio fresh tomatoes and rocket. The photos speak for themselves. Waited 45 minutes for a takeaway. In my opinion the seasoning was poor, courgettes cut into julien strips and 4 cherry tomatoes, I couldn't eat the ciccio because it shattered in my hands and the burnt parts gave a terrible bitter taste, all this for €13, a price even above average.
