04/12/2024: I chose the Canne Bianche facility to celebrate my daughter's baptism. We found fantastic staff to welcome us.. Ottavio and Patrizia gave us the right advice and organized everything down to the smallest details and with maximum precision and attention. We had a great lunch, all our guests were happy and satisfied. I highly recommend everyone to go there, because you will certainly be happy.. I thank Ottavio, Patrizia and all the staff once again for their seriousness and availability.

01/11/2024: Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes im Canne Bianche haben wir nahezu jeden Abend im Restaurant gespeist und jeden Besuch ausnahmslos genossen. Die Qualität der Produkte und deren Zubereitung erreichen gelegentlich schon Sterneniveau nach dem Guide Michelin. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die frischen Fische (catch of the day). Aber auch eine Pizza mit Zucchiniblüten und Büffelmozzarella ist sehr lecker. Dazu trinkt man am besten die wunderbaren Weißweine der Region, die lecker und gästefreundlich kalkuliert sind. Wer Lust hat, kann natürlich auch einen Tignanello bestellen. Der sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Service rundet den tollen Gesamteindruck ab.

01/04/2025: It is normal that in this season (1st day of April) many establishments are closed, so it was with pleasure that we randomly went to this restaurant, where the cuisine is tasty in a friendly setting: grilled octopus, plate of vegetables, pasta.... everything was good.

02/11/2024: Ristorante di pesce nel centro storico di Otranto. Ottime le orecchiette purtroppo un po’ duro il polpo con la crema di patate. Non proprio abbondante la grigliata di pesce. Il personale e’ gentile, il locale pulito e accogliente.

11/03/2025: I found this Panzerotteria by chance in Bari near the Hotel Institute..... but the surprise was finding the owner, someone who knows something about Panzerotti.... he worked for years at a very famous pizzeria in Bari near the Santa Scolastica market... 3 sizes of panzerotto... the Big is spectacular.... not only savory panzerotti but also sweet panzerotti and fried pizza.... worth trying... Well done

04/03/2025: We had dinner at the UVA restaurant at the San Martin hotel where we spent the night. The setting is beautiful, the tables are set up in the cloister of the old convent. The cuisine is very good, prepared with beautiful products, the plates are nicely presented. The only downsides were on the one hand a group who had a buffet dinner at the back of the gallery and who were extremely noisy in their discussions encouraging us to leave the room as soon as the dessert was finished, and on the other hand the waiter who was perhaps on trial who wanted to be overzealous (a lady was watching him from behind): we wanted to eat only a first and a second, he first strongly insisted that we take an antipasto but we refused then he came back between the two courses to ask us to order a dessert even though we didn't want anything sweet, and he insisted in Italian that we order a chocolate soufflé which was a specialty of Puglia!!!!! Finally we gave in for a soufflé for two…. In the end, he served us a chocolate cake like they serve in 80% of French restaurants… we preferred to laugh about it!!!

28/10/2024: Extremely spartan and informal but rather clean environment. Friendly staff, decent wood-fired pizza oven, I noticed that they always put very little sauce😂 The first courses are quite plentiful, they look good and are quite good. I also recommend the fried meatballs... very homemade Fairly low costs Overall I recommend it, especially if you are looking for a place to eat quickly (even when there are a lot of people!) and without too many pretensions. Possible to take away what remains avoiding waste! Excellent thing

23/03/2025: Disappointed, too bad...a strange thing is that we ordered a tasting starter which also included raw food for 28 euros but after the waiter brought the cooked dishes he asked us if we wanted raw food we said yes. no but the price remained the same, it seemed strange to me that he asked for it since it was included and then at home we found some things in the bill that he hadn't ordered... anyway the food was good but you have to be careful with the bill
