30/06/2024: Excellent little restaurant, few seats, a huge wine cellar on the ground floor, all in the heart of Foggia. Chef Nicola Russo and his staff reinterpret typical traditional dishes with imagination and style, transforming them into gourmet dishes. Spectacular for romantic dinners and special moments. The pizza should also not be underestimated... Delicate, super light dough, sliced, thin and fragrant. Fixed stop every time I pass through Puglia.

04/08/2024: Dopo 25 anni a roma ho deciso di farmi preparare una millefoglie alla nocciola. Devo ringraziare il meraviglioso pasticciere che mi ha fatto ricordare i sapori di quando ero bambino. Una sfoglia croccante e saporita un ripieno gustoso e delicato. In tutti gli anni di permanenza w roma avevo rinunciato alla mia torta preferita per l incapacità delle pasticcerie romane. Grazie per avermi restituito i sapori dei miei ricordi. Assolutamente consigliato andate a provare i meravigliosi prodotti dolci e salati e beatevi della gentilezza dello splendido staff

16/07/2024: Wash yourself with Chante Clair! This is what the owner of the business said when we went to report what had happened and ask how to remove food coloring stains, used without the slightest criterion, in a children's cake. We are talking about 5 kg of cake that practically no one ate, as it made our teeth and mouth dirty in a worrying and even indelible way. Not to mention clothes, hands, surfaces of all kinds, a real disaster! The guests, in a panic, asked us how to clean themselves even after just the slightest contact and many confirmed that the stains from the clothes never went away. The following day some brave person went to work with blue lips, teeth and tongue! Everything was normal according to the owner who apathetically declared that he would choose another solution to dye the next cake blue. I was just expecting an apology and a minimum of professional honesty to admit such a glaring error, but none of this came! I recommend staying away from anyone who treats customers this way.

Cibo ottimo, qualche strillo di troppo in cucina ma ci sta, mangiamo bene, paghiamo il giusto e il posto evoca passato e tradizione nel migliore dei modi. Complimenti ancora al titolare che ci ha servito con professionalità e passione.

28/08/2024: We discovered this restaurant by chance during a walk in Brindisi and my partner and I can say that it was an enchanted interlude during our stay. The welcome was warm and very professional. We sat in a large patio, decorated with taste and sobriety, whose ambient music added to the charm of the place. The waiter was very attentive and efficient and the owner spoke English and came to see us several times during the meal. The truly delicious dishes were served quickly. What we also really appreciated was the family side of the restaurant, because that evening there were only groups and Italian families, so we were in total immersion, far from the tourist tumult. We therefore highly recommend this establishment, which allowed us to have a unique time during our stay.

20/08/2024: A perfect stay My husband and I stayed for ten days in August at La Corte di Nettuno, a hotel located a few steps from the Aragonese Castle. Thanks to the staff, who satisfied us in every way and pampered us, it was a truly splendid ten days. Starting from the very clean and fragrant room, the plentiful and quality breakfast (sweet and savory) and the truly excellent dinner. Furthermore there was a shuttle that took us to the beach (twenty minute ride) located near the Baia dei Turchi (which could be easily reached from the beach). Both the staff and the owner were very nice to us and the latter even gave us his own coffee as a gift. The property boasts a maritime collection on display located on each floor. The staff members are all competent, both on the professional and human side, all being very empathetic. In particular Antonio, a great connoisseur of Apulian history and wines as well as local products; the very kind Arianna who took all the needs of the moment to heart; Christian who remembered all our preferences by heart; Romina and Paola are always available and ready to give you all the necessary information and in general everyone, from the night receptionists, the cleaners, the excellent chefs and the shuttle driver Mauro, made us experience ten wonderful days. We will definitely be back. I strongly recommend Hotel la Corte di Nettuno.
