15/04/2026: This evening my husband and I went to this place for dinner. The pizzeria is located in the historic center, overlooking Fasano's main square. Our first thought upon entering was: wow! The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and classy. The staff is incredibly kind and polite, probably some of the best service I've ever encountered, making guests feel pampered but never pressured. The atmosphere is softened by lounge music, which definitely fits the name of the place, giving it a soul. The pizza is very good and light, a hybrid between Bari and Neapolitan. The ingredients are top-quality: in particular, in my husband's pizza, the pistachio pesto was delicious and artisanal. The only small drawback is that the bill is slightly higher than average. Is it worth it? We think so!

21/03/2026: Faso cafe in Fasano is a great spot for pizza lovers. The pizza is absolutely excellent ❤️perfectly cooked with high-quality ingredients and full of flavor. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, making it an ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

The cuisine offers top-quality dishes, using carefully selected ingredients and carefully presented down to the smallest detail. Everything was excellent. We highly recommend it.

04/05/2026: We went with friends, and had chips and a pizza for starters. Then we ordered dinner, which varied from starters to main courses. I'd say that the starters, including spaghetti with sea urchins, were very generous with various creams, which killed the flavor of the sea urchins to the point of being unable to taste them. As for the main courses, there was a pecanha that was very overcooked, and this too with various creams, cream of potato, cream of cheese and licorice. The parmesan cream alone would have been enough. A tartare, also with cream bases, and we finished in a very noisy atmosphere. We ended up with a fairly substantial bill.

01/05/2026: I went to A Casa Mia. The place is nice and the food is good, but I ordered the lava stone and they brought it completely cold, making it useless for cooking meat. I felt cheated. I saw it happen at other tables too. It's a shame about the dish, because otherwise it was okay.

03/05/2026: Highly prestigious, meticulously designed ambience, both in the upper and lower rooms. Very elegant and of appreciable quality in every detail. The bathrooms are spotless and tidy. The dishes are excellent, with fresh, tasty products, both the first courses (the spaghetti is truly special) and the appetizers, such as the parmigiana. The wine list is also very comprehensive. Unfortunately, the only downside is the service. Despite the staff at our table trying to remedy the situation, unfortunately, some of our friends' first courses did not arrive. We urged them repeatedly, but after about 35-40 minutes they finally arrived, but the rest of the table had already finished eating. This is why we no longer ordered second courses. It's a shame, we would have happily come again this evening. They need to reorganize themselves better.
