27/04/2026: A very cute little place downtown. Their delicious "patan e scorz" are highly recommended, the horse meat strips are excellent, and their first courses are truly delicious. 🤗 I'll definitely be back to try their basic drinks and their delicacies. Highly recommended!!

12/03/2026: One of my favorite restaurants in the area. My family and I frequent it even though we're not vegan. We've been back several times, and it always lives up to our expectations. I recommend the mixed appetizers if you're a party of three or more, because there's so much to choose from. My favorite first course is always the pistachio pesto. Last time, we tried an exceptional off-menu first course recommended by the owner, who knows how to deal with customers.

06/03/2026: A wonderful discovery in the historic center of Galatone. Very cute and clean place. Delicious food and wonderful presentation. Impeccable service during Sunday lunch, when there weren't many people. I even loved the background music, which was just the right volume. Even the bathrooms were impeccable and had everything you need. If I really have to make a comment, it's the second course, salt-baked prawns: the menu called for five, but they served me four. However, it all seemed so perfect that I didn't even mention it to the staff. I congratulate you on everything overall. I hope to find everything again when I decide to return.

25/04/2026: The pizza dough is delicious (with the option of a grain-based dough), the toppings are good, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is quaint (stone vaults, wooden floors, wooden tables), and overall, it's a great experience.

No rubbery texture, just pure freshness. ​The Salsa Verde: The real touch of class. Flavorful, fresh, and balanced, it enhances the flavor of the seafood without overpowering it. ​The Bread: Just the right amount of crispiness, capable of absorbing the sauce without falling apart. ​✨ Why go there? The atmosphere is casual and lively, perfect for a quick lunch or a delicious dinner with friends. You can sense their passion for the ingredients and their desire to reinterpret Bari's tradition with a touch of modernity. In short: An authentic, tasty, and absolutely unmissable experience. 29/04/2026: If you go to Martina Franca, it's impossible not to stop by Florien, even if it's just for a quick ☕. However, I have to say that I liked the old Florien, the Art Nouveau one, much better. Its warm atmosphere was much more inviting. Great selection of sweet and savory items.

29/04/2026: Five stars aren't enough. The croissants are poetry. The limoncello profiteroles are so good they're illegal. A must-see every time I'm in Martina Franca.

11/04/2026: There were four of us and we ate well (I forgot to take photos of all the dishes): excellent quality meat, well cooked. The house wine was also excellent. The prices were fair. The service was surprisingly fast despite the place being packed. So we're satisfied and recommend it. The only flaw: there's only one bathroom for men and women, and a very narrow passage between the tables to get to it.

08/04/2026: We had lunch at Braceria Rosso di Sera on Easter Monday and it was a flawless experience. Despite the typical holiday crowd, the service was quick, attentive, and very friendly. The quality of the meat is excellent: the bombette were juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection according to the best Martina Franca tradition. The local appetizers were also excellent, fresh and plentiful. The quality-price ratio was excellent, considering the high quality of the ingredients. An absolute must-visit for those seeking authentic Apulian cuisine. We will definitely be back.
