03/09/2024: There are no words to express how impeccable the dinner at Arrosteria Borgo Antico was in every course we had the pleasure of tasting. The raw materials used are very fresh and chosen with a preference for the locality, the cuts of meat, selected and refined, are masterfully prepared, the appetizer is a perfect combination of tradition and the chef's creativity. We started our dinner with the house appetizer. Worthy of note are the beef tartare seasoned with mustard and crunchy onion, the carpaccio with pink pepper, the fondue with chopped pistachios, the selection of strictly local cured meats and dairy products and the mint-scented caponatina. For the choice of meat we let ourselves be guided by Angelo, Owner as well as creative mind and chef, ordering a Florentine and a cut of exceptional quality! We then concluded the dinner with some excellent desserts and cannoli served with grappa and limoncello. A round of applause then goes to the kindness of all the staff. This is one of those places set in a suggestive setting that I would recommend to anyone to make a good impression. We will be back without a doubt!

06/07/2024: In the Trattoria da Pompeo it is possible to find a good combination of quality and price. The very quiet and bright environment, the very attentive and friendly service...at Pompeo you will gladly return to taste other dishes that it was not possible to consume in the evening.

07/08/2024: Fabulous evening location (Giovinazzo marina under the tower). Very good food, recipes with innovative but very enjoyable incursions. Impeccable service, I didn't pay but a good starter, a first course and a good bottle, Approx. €50/person. But, deserved!

08/08/2024: Good raw materials and well developed. Simple and good dishes. Courteous and non-intrusive staff, Daniele was an excellent host, kind and calm. Quiet and informal place. I recommend it for those who want to eat well and abundantly without spending too much on anything.

05/08/2024: We ordered two fried calamari to take away. The staff were very kind and all the guys were thoughtful and friendly. The service was very fast because the trays were delivered to us within 10 minutes. Excellent calamari!!! The only flaw...on the menu the cost is €9 (fair price) but we were asked for €25...that's €7 more...and takeaway which perhaps should cost less since there is no service. Either the menu is wrong on the site or it's the usual game you play with tourists... thank goodness the Resto was all positive.

27/08/2024: We had dinner at "Fedele" last night, very fresh fish, excellent appetizers, excellent first courses, I recommend spaghetti with pistachio pesto and prawns...... Kind staff, we spent a fair price, really excellent, I highly recommend

23/08/2024: A welcome return to the Tettuccio, for dinner with my wife, in a renovated location in a refined environment, a musical background that you could select through a 70s juke box, we spent a wonderful evening, the icing on this was the obligatory slipper made with the lobster first course. Recommended.

08/08/2024: Everything was delicious, the dishes and service were very attentive. Appetizer of fresh raw molluscs and crustaceans. I recommend you stop by here if you are in Barletta.

Unico consiglio se posso, nell’antipasto salumi e formaggi punterei di più su alimenti locali piuttosto che su alimenti come bresaola o gorgonzola… Consiglio di ordinare il polpo fritto su purea di fave…..meraviglioso!!! E ugualmente le orecchiette alle cime di rape

28/07/2024: We were passing through this little town and we stopped for lunch in this Osteria and we had a great time. Very welcoming and kind staff, enough to advise us on what to visit in the surrounding area. Excellent quality and very good food. It really felt like we were at "our home".

30/07/2024: Absolutely worth visiting. For those like me who are passionate about the history of the Knights Templar it feels like going back in time. You don't pay anything to visit it.

13/08/2024: Absolutely the place of the heart, to return to (even often) and always an emotion and a beautiful discovery. Francesco, an excellent host who always welcomes you with a smile and enchants you with his stories, in the kitchen his brother Vincenzo with his ethnobotanical cuisine brings the flavors of wild herbs and the scents of the Murgia park to the table, making you awaken memory with its cuisine, flavors that now only in this magical place will you be able to rediscover, in a certain way they take you back to the kitchen of our grandmothers. 11/08/2024: Apparently a good restaurant, the structure and composition of the dishes are very deceiving, it seems that the fact that it is organic could justify an excessive price and missing flavours, after asking for a dry wine, I was brought a fruity wine, half of the dishes were worth the "gourmet" experience while the other was tasteless, certainly with winter ingredients the menu can be tastier and more satiating, but what I really regretted was having tasted the oil they produce, sour and not digestible. Rather than making mistakes and making customers feel bad, it is better to delegate production to those who are capable. In conclusion, €150 for two people for leaving half satisfied with the goodness of the dishes, not full and for not having slept due to the stomach ache caused by that oil, it seems really excessive to me, it is easy to find cheaper and good restaurants at the same time time, which by paying particular attention to the products they PURCHASE, offer tastier menus that do not give customers sleepless nights.
