What a lovely restaurant. Out of the centre of Torre Canne in a quiet suburb, this place delivers great food, attentive service and with a lovely ambience. The olive oil tasting starter was interesting and the differences between the oils well explained. The shrimp and the pork were delicious and the desserts amazing. Well recommended.

A truly excellent restaurant that deservedly received the "Travellers Award." The menu is small, which is a good thing, as it speaks to the artisanal and fresh preparation of the ingredients. The wine list is well-selected and offers a pleasing range of styles. Highly recommended! My personal tip: even if you're already quite full after your main course... don't miss the tiramisu; it was the best we had on our Puglia road trip so far 😋

We were here for work and decided to spend Easter lunch at this restaurant, which had been recommended to us by several people. It was a truly unforgettable experience. We're from Sicily and, for work, we travel a lot; we can say that the quality truly surprised us. We ate wonderfully, from appetizers to dessert: every course was meticulously prepared, with balanced flavors and top-quality ingredients. The main course, in particular, deserves a special mention: such delicious, delicate, fresh, and perfectly cooked salmon was truly extraordinary. The staff was impeccable, always attentive, helpful, and incredibly kind, making us feel pampered from start to finish. A great added bonus was meeting the chef, who stopped to chat with us with rare openness and friendliness: a gesture that demonstrates all the passion and love she puts into her work. Let me start by saying that I'm a rather critical person and rarely go out on a limb, but this time I can only compliment you: everything here was perfect, without a single negative aspect. An excellent experience from every perspective, one I absolutely recommend and would do again without a second thought.
