The best, an absolute guarantee in Ostuni. It's well worth it, quality pizza. Excellent portions. Among the fastest service I've ever had, despite all the tables being occupied. Spillo is unique and inimitable.

I've never eaten such good pizza before, simply perfect. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease there. The restaurant is very comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely eat here again.

Everything was excellent. We've been coming here for years, even from the old pizzeria! Friendly, organized, fast, and the food is always good. Excellent value for money! Highly recommend.
