For those who want to eat Piedmontese style it is suitable.
A piece of advice go on Sunday for lunch the menu is complete.

Ottimi i tagliolini trafilati a mano con le acciughe, fantastica la zuppa di verdure con gambero e robiolina fresca. Ottima la carne cruda con ricotta affumicata. Ottima la trota al burro. Buona la mousse allo yogurt

We booked the day before for 19 people for a communion à la carte menu where there is really a lot of choice and I must say that even though the dishes were not all the same we waited little. The portions were abundant and the prices reasonable, we will gladly return and thank you

07/04/2025: Found this place by chance while passing through. We ate a pizza as good as we hadn't had in a long time, with wholemeal dough, well-leavened and cooked to perfection. Impeccable service, a little chaotic environment. We will return whenever we pass by

I must say that the environment is very welcoming. We ordered drinks and food; the first cocktail for my boyfriend was unbalanced, with more water than anything else. However, the staff quickly noticed this and promptly replaced the drink. However the wine for me, very good..
However, I expected more from the dish I chose.
01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)

29/05/2025: Pleasant stay. Warm welcome. Impeccable service. Ideal location on the most beautiful avenue in this small town. Very helpful and available owners. Parking in a small courtyard of the hotel. Elevator to the rooms. Very well-kept rooms, although not very spacious.
Very generous meal.
