08/07/2024: Interno3 is an innovative place (or perhaps we have returned to the dear old village habits) that combines an excellent restaurant with a take-away deli. This business formula was once (and still remains in some villages) common in small provincial towns where the trattoria was active in the evening on the weekend and during the day they worked for the inhabitants of the village selling meat, bread and ready meals. Here, Interno3 is like this, except that it is right in the center of Vercelli between Piazza Zumaglini and Corso Libertà! The restaurant presents itself on the outside with a nice terrace which perhaps has more seats than the indoor part of the restaurant all on the first floor (unfortunately not accessible to disabled people) because the ground floor is intended for gastronomy (in the sense of preparation activities of takeaway dishes). The welcome is very cordial, but is accompanied by serious and attentive service. The venue on the first floor reminds me, I don't know why, of the famous Le Cirque in New York. Certainly the very Italian restaurant overseas certainly has no reason to envy the frenzy: here in Vercelli all the time necessary is left to savor the dishes on the appropriately measured menu to which are added from time to time some courses resulting from the raw materials of season which is available at the moment and considered by chef Massara suitable for an off-the-card menu. It is the case of me and Watson that on an evening ruined by the defeat of Italy's football team, we were able to largely console ourselves with the Tajarin which for the occasion were made with porcini mushrooms, but not before an entrée of revisited Russian salad and a fassone tartare with capers and caramelized Tropea onion as an appetizer. We continued with some breaded and fried porcini mushrooms (but were they really?) and concluded with a dessert (a tarte tatin and a fruit sorbet) and a coffee. Everything was excellent and very light. We accompanied the dinner with mineral water and a bottle of Centinari vintage Franciacorta Ardea Pacifica rosé. The two of us spent €174 but considering €50 for Franciacorta, the prices are absolutely correct. To try.

25/07/2024: I'm talking about the restaurant What can I say, they managed our table of 20 people with correct manners and timing and without making mistakes. It's not for everyone although it seems obvious. The ragù was excellent and plentiful. Portions statistically perhaps too generous. Good coffee too, I would go back. Spacious parking. I didn't understand the double style of table setting

Typical quality Piedmontese food, excellent wine, the panissa was really good, and they delighted us with an appetizer of raw ham and figs, really good, excellent choice in desserts too, excellent for being in Crocicchio where there is nothing! The only flaw is the location, it's not easy to see if you don't know it Parking was convenient. Acceptable price

14/08/2024: We chose this location for our wedding and we are very happy we did! Elegance, cleanliness and harmony reign in all areas. The cuisine is excellent, the dining room staff is very precise. Wedding Giulietta helped us with the entire organization, coordinating the event to perfection! Mrs. Sandra and the Chef made us feel at home, taking care of every little detail, delighting everyone with wonderful dishes!

29/07/2024: This historic residence, immersed in the Vercelli rice fields and surrounded by nature and hills, is truly a jewel in Piedmont. The structure is well maintained and well organised, very clean and also well served (supermarkets, Trino city center with restaurants and shops just a few minutes away by car). I could only define our room with the English term "cozy": intimate, welcoming and very comfortable. Equipped with air conditioning, two wardrobes, a small desk and TV, it is ideal as a base both for spending a day relaxing by the pool and for trips to the Monferrato areas. We loved the bed, high and comfortable with extra-large pillows and cloud-soft linens. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The jewel in the crown is the wonderful swimming pool, large enough to accommodate up to fifteen people without feeling suffocated. In the surrounding perimeter there are plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds and the staff also provides beach towels. To complete everything, a large park with hammocks, chairs and wooden tables; lots of greenery that offers an incomparable feeling of relaxation. Excellent breakfast: wide choice of cakes, biscuits, muffins (all homemade and delicious, try the thyme and orange cake!) cereals, yoghurt and all the breakfast classics; the savory part is also present, the ham and cheese strudel won over both me and my partner. Hot drinks, however, must be ordered and are brought directly to the table. Possibility of having lunch on site, we tried and recommend the salmon fish burger, excellent and not very heavy. The staff is really kind and very helpful, both for practical needs but also for information on the history of the structure (very interesting!). We had a really good time, we wanted to unplug a bit and rather than get stressed at the seaside we tried something different, returning home satisfied! We didn't find any particular critical issues, to be picky I would have preferred the water in the pool to be a little colder but I think it's subjective, my partner on the other hand loved the warmer temperature. I also report what I read in a previous review: the restaurant menu contains Italian dishes (from fish to meat), but it would be nice to see typical dishes from the area, also because both breakfast and lunch were excellent!

09/04/2024: Domenica di Pasqua, cena con famigliari. Locale caldo e accogliente, ampie vetrate permettono di ammirare il panorama, ancora innevato, della stretta valle. Veniamo accolti, gentilmente, dalla proprietaria e da un altro giovane collaboratore. Arredamento caratteristico di montagna, porte, finestre travi e arredamento in legno trasmettono calore e sicurezza. Si inizia con un Benvenuto di ricotta alla grappa su pane di segale Lardo alle erbe con miele di montagna Tris di tomini con salsa rossa, cipolle rosse di tropea caramellate e salsa verde Vitello tonnato Sformatino di trota con vellutata di patate. Porzioni giuste, ben presentate e buone Risotto agli asparagi, buonissimo, fatto il bis. Brasato dì fassona alle prugne con polenta bramata Dolce Caffè Acqua, vino bianco e rosso. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo
