28/04/2025: Extraordinary food, in a refined environment and with excellent service: a must try!

15/04/2025: Restaurant present in the Michelin guide, with a welcoming location but nothing too exaggerated, but the chairs are very comfortable. They offer a nice choice on the menu, both tasting and à la carte dishes; The choice of wines is a bit sparse. From the menu we took two starters, including egg with Jerusalem artichoke cream and the "house" starter which included 6 dishes. Good but let's say that we can do better, especially in the dosage of salt. The risottos on the other hand were incredible and very well made, as were the desserts. The second courses are also very good but with high flavour. The choice of cheeses to taste with cigars is also nice, and the corner dedicated to chocolate is also nice. Quality/price ratio which is still very honest for everything you eat. There is something to improve but a really good place, especially for risottos and desserts.

21/05/2025: Ottimo ristorante a Gattinara! Servizio impeccabile e personale estremamente cortese. I piatti tipici sono davvero gustosi, preparati con cura e ingredienti di qualità. Peccato solo per il dehor attualmente in ristrutturazione, che ha un po’ limitato l’esperienza all’aperto. Fortunatamente, l’eccellenza dei piatti ha ampiamente compensato questo piccolo disagio. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Finding ourselves in the area, during the Borgo d'Ale market, we happened upon it by chance, after being bounced by a farmhouse 1km away, served by rude louts. Luckily we found this family-run culinary pearl! Delicious dishes and excellent quality, a tasty and very well-kept environment. Relaxed and very pleasant atmosphere! I invite you to stop by because it really deserves everything. When work is passion and you manage to convey super positive emotions. Well done, keep it up!

04/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, I returned after 5 years and everything is as I remembered: impeccable service, delicious dishes, generous portions, the super panissa with traditional flavors and also the mixed fried food!! Highly recommended!!!

18/02/2025: A truly fantastic experience! I attended one of the cooking classes and was thrilled with it. Each evening has a different theme, which makes each meeting unique and always interesting. The environment is welcoming and convivial, perfect for relaxing and having fun while learning something new. The owner is a kind and friendly person, capable of putting everyone at ease and conveying his passion for cooking in an engaging way. You really learn a lot, but without ever losing the pleasure of being together and experimenting. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their cooking skills in an informal and pleasant atmosphere!

25/02/2025: I can only speak for the restaurant, which was like visiting a place from the good old times. Everything is extremely well kept and shows great care, flowers are everywhere. 🌸🌺💐🌸 The staff is so friendly and just wonderful. The food I would call average, which is not bad at all, since this is still Italy. Prices are absolutely reasonable. The atmosphere definitely is what makes this place stand out, which was fine by me. I had a great time here and I would gladly come again anytime. Grazie 🙏
