28/03/2024: We had dinner in this small and well-kept restaurant and ate in a superlative way, something we hadn't had in a long time! Delicious dishes and excellent panissa. It costs a little more, but it's worth treating yourself to a treat every now and then. The only flaw is that it is in Vercelli and we are from Turin, but we will return on purpose. Congratulations again!!

The amous-bouche offered by the house was immediately a pleasant and good welcome. The joke was good and essential, well accompanied by the homemade breadsticks and bread, hot as soon as they were baked. In the land of rice, I couldn't have failed to have a risotto, also driven by the curiosity of the uncommon dish (risotto creamed with lemon, with Greek yogurt cream and black cherry powder): the test was passed with flying colors. The quality-price ratio is also excellent.

14/02/2024: We really enjoyed the tasting meal yesterday - the whole experience was wonderful. The food was of exceptional quality and highly imaginative, and the service was impeccable. It's impossible to pick a favourite dish but the risotto 'taglio sartoriale' lived up to our expectations and we were delighted to see it on the tasting menu. The panna cotta with a grape reduction was also sublime. We will be visiting again!
