11/04/2026: If you manage to get a table, especially without a reservation, you can consider yourself lucky. Booking in advance is definitely recommended. We often combine our visits to Borgosesia with a dinner at “Moro,” where traditional Piedmontese dishes meet modern creations. Simply fantastic!

Sempre tanta gente. Ora si può stare anche fuori a cenare. Pizza anche con pasta integrale. Buona buona. Ho chiesto pure l'aceto di mele, che io metto ovunque, e c'era ! Bravi. E ogni variante è esigenze e richieste vengono sempre soddisfatte
17/06/2025: Questo Ristorante-Pizzeria è stato per anni lo sponsor di una squadra di calcio a 5 di Varallo che veniva a giocare nel campionato Csi di Biella. Da Presidente di F.C. Superga, loro vecchi rivali e "cento" battaglie sul campo, dopo anni, sono stato "da loro" domenica sera. Per curiosità innanzitutto.
Devo dire che è stata servita una pizza "sette", uno spaghetto ai frutti di mare, un piatto di frittura di calamari e una tartare di fassone: è stata una piacevole sorpresa.
Tutto veramente di alta qualità e preparato alla perfezione. Gentili e scherzosi i camerieri. Locale veramente bello, direi al "giusto prezzo". Ritorneremo sicuramente.

16/10/2023: Siamo arrivati a Cervatto domenica 15 ottobre 2023 dopo un’impegnativa escursione in bici da corsa. Ore 13:00.
Affamati e assetati chiediamo una birretta e un panino.
Ci rispondono che il bar è chiuso perché devono servire i clienti del ristorante.
Tornare alle 14:30.
Il tutto viene comunicato con dei modi davvero scortesi, scorbutici, scocciati e infastiditi.
Ma mi chiedo, cosa gli costava spillare 2 birre e tagliare qualche fetta di salame?!!?
E poi chi fa ristorazione deve avere un approccio sempre cortese con i clienti, se no è meglio che vada a pascolare le capre.
Peccato, Cervatto non si merita questi incompetenti.
