11/03/2026: Do you like authentic Piedmontese cuisine? I mean, bagna cauda, fritto misto, braised meat, ravioli del plin, boiled meat with tongue, and bagnet verd e russ? I'm deliberately leaving out the wines and desserts. Well, if you're in Vercelli, give it a try. I've already tried it twice for lunch. Excellent. PS: Early afternoon conference calls are highly discouraged after lunch.

17/02/2026: A simple, welcoming, and authentic trattoria. We had delicious appetizers and an excellent panissa, so much so that we ordered seconds. The desserts were delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Excellent value. We'll be back and highly recommend it.
