12/05/2026: A wonderful discovery and a truly impressive presentation of flavors. The highlight was the parmesan risotto served directly from inside a parmesan wheel – it made quite an impression! 😃
02/05/2026: At Da Balin, just steps from the rice fields, Francesca's welcome is a gesture of care: discreet, precise, authentic. The dishes speak of the land with full, honest flavors, deeply rooted in the landscape. The vegetarian menu is limited, but the place possesses a rare grace. Gianni Rodari comes to mind: "Rice grows in water and dreams of the sky." Here, that dream is palpable, amidst the silence and flavor. An experience to be savoured firsthand.

Friendly welcome, immaculate table settings, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. All the dishes we tasted fully met our expectations and were served with a smile (which is not always a given).
We will definitely be back.
