25/04/2026: Eating by the lake was wonderful. Kudos to the chefs because the food was delicious and fresh... the waiters were very kind and the service impeccable. We recommend it to anyone who's visiting the islands and wants to stop for a meal. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

23/04/2026: It was tasty enough, the service was a bit too fast for our taste, but nothing extraordinary. The service was very friendly. The gluten-free option was spaghetti.

22/04/2026: Very disappointed. We would have eaten better at home, opening a bag of Carrefour ravioli. The service was mediocre. As a result, we left without ordering dessert. A tourist trap.

01/05/2026: My absolute favorite place for dinner... Everyone is always polite here. I can even get a table when I'm alone – even when it's busy. That's sadly not something you can take for granted. Thank you 😘!

30/04/2026: ABSOLUTELY ADVISE AGAINST! Two people got sick! On April 24th, three people ate there. Two had the same meal: entrecote with pepper sauce. Three hours later, these two people had diarrhea. The third person had something else and was fine. My wife even had to take antibiotics and was sick for a week. Severe bacterial enteritis!! Since only these two got sick, and the third had something different, and since no one ate anything else until the diarrhea started, it can only have been the food. The cleanliness of the kitchen seems to be very poor. Based on what I've read in other reviews about the quality of some of the food, I can easily imagine this. Eat somewhere else.

19/10/2025: I rated this location as 3 stars for several reasons. First, we reserved a table on their website which was easy and worked well, but once we go up to the restaurant parking was nearly impossible. One of the waitresses had to let me park behind her car otherwise there were no other parking available. Once in the restaurant it is nice and clean. They charge you 1,50€ per person bread and service according to information on their menu, however we received no bread and service was limited. As for the food it was nothing special. I had the lasagna with sausage and afterwards my stomach was not well. My wife had an appetizer which she said was okay, nothing special. Our son had the noodles with ragou and it was quite small being an adult portion. Our daughter had the kids schnitzel and that was probably the largest meal on the table. The pictures I posted are deceiving due to how close i held the camera. At the end of our meal we spent nearly 80€. Being that we had far superior meals at other restaurants in the area where we are staying and paid about the same, this was extremely disappointing for the price and the effort to get here.

12/10/2025: Very friendly staff, cold place but the two stars are due to the price. You can't pay 90 euros for two people for a lunch menu, an appetizer, cold cuts and cheeses with supermarket food. Two slices of pork, a glass of wine, a beer and tap water. It's too expensive and cannot be justified. We won't go there again. It's a shame.

23/02/2026: Pasta with mushrooms and sausage... A real shame... No sausage whatsoever, just canned mushrooms. A real disappointment.

26/04/2026: I find myself having to write a review. And I'm not one to usually do that. I have a life. A real one, not a virtual one. I don't feel the need to show off where I go or to set myself up as a champion of good taste, and sharing my opinion with complete strangers isn't exactly one of my priorities. And yet, here I am today. Because there's a limit to pettiness. To the superficiality of those who have nothing better to do than discredit an artisanal business, just for the sake of it. To feel powerful, hiding behind a cruel review. So yes, I'll have my say too. You don't go to Clo's just because the gelato is excellent—and far superior to any other for miles. You go there to exchange a few scathing quips with the owner: always rushing between two outlets (brilliantly placed 40 km apart), with a quick, cynical, unmistakable wit. Over the years, it has earned the trust of many customers, who—like me—love to hate it. You go there for the girls' smiles, which remain bright and genuine despite the often embarrassing requests they're forced to listen to from a certain human fauna. And yes, you also get gelato. Excellent gelato. Anyone who can't grasp all this would be better off going elsewhere. Anyway, the more I have left. But a word of advice: if you have to use your fingers to write nonsense, do yourself a favor—keep them busy elsewhere. There are times when sticking them up your nose isn't so reprehensible compared to the rest.

26/04/2026: Today I left this ice cream shop empty-handed and with a bitter taste in my mouth, due to the owner's behavior. My husband had come in to get an ice cream while I waited in the car with the sleeping children. When he returned, he expressed his disappointment: a €4.60 cone with three very small scoops, significantly smaller than the one he'd received just two weeks earlier (and every time before), when the portion had been much larger. At that point, I went into the shop to pick up my "free" cone (having already purchased 10 ice creams). Since there were no other customers, I pointed out to the girls that the cone my husband had just purchased was rather small and disappointing. After discussing it, they prepared the free ice cream for me and, to apologize for the previous one, put it in the cone instead of the cone. At that point, the owner intervened and, unaware of the situation, demanded payment of the €0.30 difference for the cone. This information hadn't been communicated to me, and since I didn't have any money, I found myself in a bind. The owner then took my ice cream and refused to give it back to me. I was shocked! I followed her to the door of the shop to try to explain the situation, to no avail. I suggested we go talk about it outside, since the shop was already full. She refused to come out. Furthermore, the owner scolded the girls in front of everyone, which I found unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. I was mortified and they were visibly embarrassed. The fact is that, for €0.30 and a lack of knowledge, she chose to throw away the pre-made ice cream, resulting in a waste and leaving me with nothing. I don't think I'll be back. I believe that respect, especially towards one's employees, is the foundation of everything. I sincerely apologize to the girls for the inconvenience caused; I hope they didn't receive another scolding. The 2 stars are for the girls and the fact that the ice cream is good. Otherwise, the review would have been a 0. REPLY TO THE MESSAGE BELOW: First of all, I absolutely didn't use those terms because they're not in my everyday vocabulary... and I didn't yell at them, but simply pointed out the smaller size of the ice cream (actually "unacceptable" and "unreasonable size for the type of waffle"—words I could have used) compared to usual, and only because there was no one in the shop at that precise moment... the fact remains that my ice cream was stolen, the only reason I went into the shop... behavior that I consider unbecoming for someone whose job is to sell ice cream. And the tone of your reply to the review showed who the rude one is 😅 In any case, I'm happy that the relationship between the owner and the employee is excellent; that's the important thing, as working peace of mind always comes first. We customers come and go, while you girls work there and deal with it every day! I wish you all the best for the future😊

10/04/2026: Disgusting sandwich. Breaded microwave chicken – at least heat it up in an air fryer, then it would be crispy and not so soggy. Disgusting. Waitress friendly. View nice and quiet. The panini, however, was disgusting.

30/03/2026: I was there on Palm Sunday, on the lovely terrace. It wasn't very busy, but the waiter completely ignored me and I wasn't served. I left the restaurant – so I can't comment on the food or drinks, but unfortunately the service was terrible, even though the location is very nice.

22/10/2025: I celebrated my 50th birthday! Mrs. Lorella and Mr. Matteo were immediately available to answer my questions. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was treated like a queen! Thank you, and see you soon!

26/10/2025: It's a very nice restaurant with very friendly service and delicious food, including dessert. The prices were a bit high, but otherwise everything was great.
