08/03/2025: In giro per baveno in cerca di un bel posto per cenare, ci consigliano questo ristorante. Cameriere molto gentile e professionale, locale accogliente ed elegante.
Scelta di piatti limitata ma di ottima qualità, con porzioni adeguate.
21/02/2025: Ci siamo capitati per caso durante una giornata sul Lago Maggiore. Locale accogliente, servizio cortese con le giuste tempistiche. Piatti con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Discreta carta dei vini.

18/09/2025: 3 medium beers (2 IPAs + 1 Weiss) without even a potato chip, an olive, nothing at all.... 23 euros. An average IPA for 8 euros is crazy.

30/10/2025: We had a delicious meal and they were very considerate of our gluten allergies. One of the few places with gluten-free pasta. Fantastic!
26/10/2025: We came here on a recommendation. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. They even accepted orders for dishes not on the menu (though the price was a bit higher than expected). But it was delicious, home-cooked. During our week in Stresa, we visited many cafes and restaurants in the city and can say that this pizzeria is definitely worth a visit. Thank you for a wonderful evening! Happy business!

01/08/2025: Non si può negare che bere un aperitivo a bordo lago non ha prezzo. Quindi i 3 punti per il luogo e la gentilezza del cameriere.
Poi però ordini un Franciacorta e nemmeno una patatina? Ma anche no.....
30/07/2025: Un posto delizioso. Il personale sa' come farti sentire bene, vitello tonnato e spaghettoni Ottimi. Il Cannolo siciliano con sorbetto al limone collega due luoghi lontani del nostro paese soprattutto se si accompagna con moscato d'Asti. Ben presentati e buonissimi.Bravi Già mi mancate!

30/10/2025: What a welcoming place! We loved this restaurant. The three of us came to eat and were greeted with such good humor and joie de vivre – it was so lovely. Sitting by the small stove to warm ourselves on this autumn day, we enjoyed pizzas made with quality ingredients (the gorgonzola one was particularly delicious!). In short, a wonderful highlight of our trip!
12/10/2025: Not being local, we stopped, drawn by the smell of frozen pizzas and overcooked pasta.
A carbonara with speck and a pasta with fish swimming in oil.
The waiter, confident he'd taken our orders, informed us that "they'll arrive."
We were at the same table and ate at different times.
Some issues with the sub-zero temperature of the desserts.

25/07/2025: Un Spritz Aperol quasi « Virgin »… ultra light.
Une cuisine un peu bâclée.
Des aubergines grillées à peine assaisonnées et manquant un peu de cuisson.
La panacota à 6,50€ qui ne Ressemble pas à grand chose : 2/3 d’une petite verrine remplie d’une simple crème épaissie, sans coulis ni garniture!!! Ridicule en taille comparée au tiramisu qui lui est correct!
Et pour clôturer, le serveur en chef qui se paye ma tête lorsque je lui exprime ma déception par rapport au dessert!!!

26/07/2025: Immer hier zum Aperitif. Um 11 Uhr gibt es ein Plättli dazu. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen immer wieder. Auch zum Essen . Angenehmer und schneller Service.
25/07/2025: Siamo stati per pranzo in questa fantastica location ed è stata una delle nostre esperienze peggiori.
Innanzitutto partirei con il dire che il menù non rispecchia i piatti serviti. Abbiamo ordinato una burrata con pomodorini e ci è stato servito una mozzarella con pomodoro a fette e il pollo croccante sembrava una cotoletta impanata surgelata.
Altra nota negativa il servizio.
La signora , dopo aver chiesto dove fossero i nostri piatti (in notevole ritardo) ci ha apostrofato con battute fuori luogo (“vado a vedere, se l’ordine arriva dopo 3 minuti da ora pagherò io” una volta arrivato l’ordine esultava per il fatto che non avrebbe dovuto pagare).
L’unica esperienza positiva la gentilezza del cameriere che ci ha accolti che per lo meno cercava di sopperire alla maleducazione dei responsabili.
Siamo ancora in attesa di sapere se il gelato al mirtillo è disponibile ma presumiamo sia esaurito.

04/10/2025: The service was just okay, the pasta was so salty it was almost inedible. The worst part was that we were initially told two dishes would cost 15 euros, but when we got the bill, one dish came to 18 euros, and the attitude was also very rude.

21/09/2025: We went into this bar for a coffee, but the service was terrible. The baristas are in a hurry, they don't fully listen to your order, they make different things than what you asked for, then they redo everything with an annoyed expression and roll their eyes. At the cashier, they overcharged us: instead of 3 coffees and 1 cappuccino, they counted 3 coffees and 2 cappuccinos. Pay more attention.

We spent 20 minutes just waiting for the menu. I’m so glad I’ll never have to come back to this place again…

09/11/2025: Well, what can I say? The location is very nice. The coffee is just okay. No milk alternatives. No pastries. Everything, by Italian standards, isn't particularly cheap.
We'll choose somewhere else to sit in the sun next time.
However, the cute sparrows did amuse us and were a real highlight.
