03/08/2025: Good food quality, very small portions for a high price. Service could be improved, as at the end of the meal they didn't come to ask if we wanted dessert or coffee. I don't think I'll be back.

30/07/2025: A very nice place in a lively area of the city. The restaurant advertises 7:30 PM, but opens at 8 PM in the summer. Despite the misunderstanding between us, Google, and the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed. I had a Bagna Cauda, which I loved, accompanied by a mix of cooked and raw vegetables. My brother and mother had the Plin (the only flaw was that the portion wasn't generous and the plate was huge compared to the food inside) and the veal with tuna sauce as an appetizer, which was very good. For dessert, a typical local pudding. The only flaw I have to point out is the coffees, which cost €3 each (for a total of €9 for three coffees). We realized this the next day when we looked at the receipt. It seems a bit excessive. Overall, an excellent place where we had the opportunity to enjoy good, traditional food. If I were to pass by again, I would definitely go back (but I wouldn't have coffee at the end of the meal 😅). See you soon!

16/03/2025: The atmosphere is beautiful, with some very thoughtful details, like the bowler hats used as chandeliers, and the color scheme of the walls and floors is also very attractive. The staff was very friendly. We had an aperitif, and we really appreciated the choice to skip the usual chips and peanuts, instead offering small plates with special salads and sausage, mini pizzas, and much more. The price was reasonable.

22/06/2025: I was very disappointed by the crocche' sold as fresh, that is, made on the spot, instead it arrived reheated. In the Neapolitan tradition, reheated crocche' does not exist, so I cannot go beyond 3 stars. The crocche is fried on the spot, also because it does not take more than 3/4 minutes to cook it. As for the cuzzetiello, good but nothing special, maybe it could please those who try it for the first time. It did not excite me. A little poor in content.

07/09/2025: The women's restrooms, one without doors and the others in a dilapidated condition, are attentive and friendly. The service is spacious, with music and a large screen for both music and sports. The outdoor area is large and comfortable for smokers. The pizza is good, the burgers a little less so, but it's always a matter of preference. Payment is by card and SATYSPAY.

14/09/2025: We booked at 9.30pm and they seated us at 10pm, first outside and then inside. After an hour of waiting, the pizza arrived at 10.45pm. At 11.20pm they came to bring us the bill and turned off almost all the lights in the room, passing by 3 times to take the glasses as if to say 'we're closing'...

15/08/2025: This place was recommended to me by a painting shop in Castellamonte, and we had a great time. It's a quiet place, with helpful and friendly staff. Both the food and the pizza were delicious.

I have been a customer of the Primavera restaurant for over 36 years and I can say that I have recommended this place a thousand times to everyone who asked me for advice on how to eat good food in an elegant but family-run restaurant. A restaurant that remains anchored to tradition, but that knows how to keep up with modern times. The restaurant is family-run: the owners are Gianni and Cinzia, with their daughter Annagiulia who welcome you with a smile and kindness that... makes you hungry! Let's start with the fish: few places can boast such quality! The appetizers, whether refined or simple, offer the flavor of the sea, fresh as if we were on the beach and the fishermen had just delivered the catch of the day. The first courses are a triumph of flavor and the spaghetti al cartoccio delight the eyes when a swan of rolled up foil is delivered to the table. The second courses are my favorites, especially the sea bass or the baked sea bream with vegetables. But lingering over the menu for a few minutes offers the possibility of always finding some new and interesting dish. The mixed fried fish is an excellence of the restaurant, almost a business card... Meat: a must try! The typical traditional dishes are accompanied by more original recipes, my preference goes to the albese among the appetizers and the tagliata among the main courses: they never disappoint and have a softness that seems like a caress brought to the palate. The pizza is very light in the dough, thin and very digestible, I have always liked it and it is typical of this restaurant: I don't think I have found a similar preparation elsewhere. It is definitely an experience to do! Very sweet ending: for those who want to end with a little sugar, Cinzia, the owner, prepares every day a whole showcase of beautiful and captivating desserts that welcomes you at the entrance and from the very beginning your eyes are enraptured. You have just entered but you already know that you will not be able to finish dinner without having tried at least one and loving it to the last teaspoon, you will find peace of mind! Wines: a good selection, with some really special labels; if you are not sure ask Gianni for advice, even after so many years he knows how to surprise me with an unusual but elegant bottle, the result of his continuous search for excellence. In short: it is a place to return to as soon as possible!

Posto all’inizio di strada del traforo del Pino, nei pressi della stazione di partenza della ferrovia per Sassi, il locale, spartano come si addice ad una bocciofila, offre una cucina prevalentemente piemontese adeguata alle aspettative e all’esborso. Comfort acustico, tenendo presente la scarsa affluenza di avventori, di buon livello. Noi abbiamo ordinato: tomini al verde, un antipasto sabaudo, abbondante e di discreta qualità (solo il vitello tonnato lo avrei preferito con una salsa un po’ più gustosa), una bistecca impanata sottile e ben cotta ed una bistecca alla valdostana, seppur difforme dalla ricetta tradizionale, gradevole. Carta dei vini, comprensibilmente, ridotta. Servizio cortese e abbastanza rapido, almeno nella serata del giovedì della nostra cena. Se badate al sodo e volete cenare a buon prezzo, è un posto da tenere presente. Conto abbastanza economico, in considerazione anche delle porzioni. Voto: 7,5
