31/03/2025: The new management is wonderful... delicious, well-groomed food and fast, attentive staff... all in an informal restaurant setting but where you really feel like family... for me, my partner and our dog it is now one of our favorite places and on various holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day and various birthdays the menus are exceptional at truly honest prices... it is also open during the week for business lunches and the pizza is really excellent!!! Highly recommended place... you can get there comfortably by car and there is the choice between the large market square and the parking spaces in front of the church and it is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes being in the historic center of Bussoleno, near the Church, the Elementary Schools located among other things in a beautiful period building and the beautiful Casa Aschieris...

20/04/2025: Let me start by saying that I have been going to this restaurant for more than 10 years and have always recommended it to everyone. But I was very disappointed with the treatment of their waiter. A man with gray hair swept back, thin.... Usually the staff is very kind but this waiter, in addition to being rude, also decides the dishes with the variations he wants, even though one expressly tells him what he wants. I order a focaccia with mortadella, pistachio and mortadella.... I ask him politely to give me raw meat instead of mortadella... He turns around in this arrogant way and says "what kind of focaccia is that?"..... I, who have 15 years of experience in catering and dining, am pissed off. Point 1) you don't respond like that to a customer who treats you kindly. 2) it's not like if I'm 20 years younger than you, that gives you the right to treat me like that 3) if you are a waiter you must at least know how to use a PDA. Anyway his response was that he ordered me a raw focaccia. So, do I pay? I demand what I ask for, especially because I asked you to change a fucking cold cut, I didn't ask you for the moon. Since he was making a fuss, we told him that when we get paid to do a job, we do it. He turned and said "yes, we'll have to see if that's really the case". Personally, when I work in a restaurant, I don't turn to the customer and tell him that what he's ordering is crap, I just mark it on the order. Not happy, he got impatient because other people ordered dishes with small variations. After offending us, he turned around and says he doesn't know how to put the variations on his handheld. Ok, but it's not my problem, aren't you capable? You get help from a colleague or write the variations in pen and then get help to insert them into the order. In any case, for sure if I return I will ask not to be served by this waiter because otherwise I won't go there anymore. When you go out to dinner, you go to feel pampered... Not to be treated like a beggar. I hope you resolve these things.... Because these are the things that keep customers from coming back. Giovani does not mean that we are morons.

11/01/2025: Ho cenato qui in famiglia, scegliendo il menù 3 piatti + dolce, e sia io che i miei genitori ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo optato per antipasto, primo e secondo per provare un po' di tutto, trovando piatti veramente deliziosi. Piatti preparati con grandissima cura, combinando gli ingredienti, anche quelli semplici, in modo eccellente per creare piatti davvero gustosi. Il tortino di polenta bianca con salampatata alla piastra e crema di toma, la cipolla in 3 cotture con simil-bagna caoda e crema di ricotta, con sapori ben decisi e consistenze interessanti, e il risotto con radicchio e lardo di Arnad, con il suo contrasto tra l'amaro e il dolce, sono stati i piatti migliori a mio parere, ma erano tutti ottimi. Alcuni piatti del menù non erano disponibili, ma sono state proposte, per mantenere una buona possibilità di scelta, alternative più che valide, e nel complesso il servizio è ben curato, con pane molto fragrante e piccola pasticceria a fine pasto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo (ma anche quantità, ci sono ben pochi rischi di non uscire sazi dal locale) davvero alto. Lo raccomando caldamente e ci tornerò di sicuro.

26/03/2025: It is a safe haven, where the pizza is very good, the farinata excellent and the friendliness has never been lacking. You feel at home, everything smells good. Emanuel is a time machine: you enter and everything remains suspended, as if you were on vacation. I will return again and again.

23/02/2025: Abbiamo trovato questo posto per far pranzo dopo una camminata; il locale è carino ed il bagno molto pulito e caldo. Pro: cibo buono ma nella media. Contro: scortesia, personale indisposto e guai a porre domande, sembrava che dessimo fastidio ad essere lì. È un vero peccato. Un punto a favore per il ragazzo cameriere: unico molto gentile, educato e disponibile. P.s. "non facciamo servizio bar" è stata la risposta dataci la mattina alla richiesta di un caffè (in un rifugio). Non torneremo.

23/03/2025: Tasty and coazy. I had a really nice time having some fresh pasta with ragù and red wine. The restaurant is small, which makes it very coazy. I would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

Entro nella pizzeria e quando ordino la pizza, mi viene detto che non c’è, così ne scelgo un’altra, ma non c’è di nuovo, così ne scelgo un’altra ancora, ma indovina un po’ non c’era neanche quella. Io giustamente inizio ad arrabbiarmi, e il proprietario quando mi sente, arriva al mio tavolo inizia a sbraitarmi addosso dicendo di accontentarmi di quello che c’era. Così, arrabbiato e esterrefatto prendo una delle poche pizze disponibili. E per non mancare quando arriva la pizza, che era al mattone, era veramente un mattone: la pizza più dura che avessi mai mangiato, fredda, neanche con un macete sarei riuscito a tagliarla

18/12/2024: I have been a loyal customer of "Pastificio Reale" for several years. Absolutely refined and excellent quality food, never disappointed... furthermore it is possible to find excellent specific foods based on supplements and wholemeal flours, always produced by them, very appetising!
