12/04/2026: Strolling through this beautiful covered market, I'm drawn to the colors of these pizzas, which all look very inviting... We start choosing which flavors to get and we make a mix of Margherita, buffalo mozzarella with cherry tomatoes, sausage and broccoli rabe, purple potatoes, carbonara, porchetta, prosciutto, bagna cauda, ​​and finally the tomato ficella (like a baguette, but filled)... As you can see from the photos, all the pieces were very small in size, but of all these 7 flavors, the only ones that stood out in my opinion were the one with porchetta for sure, the one with prosciutto was very good and the carbonara, as well as good and very special, all the rest I could have done without... The one with purple potatoes was special, but it had no flavor, while the one with bagna cauda had a flavor that was too strong, too tasty... The ficella was also a disappointment so I don't think I'll go back.
