04/01/2025: In attesa di visitare la reggia di Venaria, ci siamo concessi un pranzo in questo ristorante dalla struttura originale che richiama un tempo antico. Accoglienza sorprendente con entrèes e prosecco di benvenuto, ottimo antipasto, primi squisiti a base di pesce, un predessert di bavarese offerto, dessert di lingotto di cioccolato squisito, post dessert offerto con piccole delizie e memorabili praline di cioccolato con mango. Un pranzo superlativo, un servizio professionale impeccabile.

05/01/2025: We were here for lunch, choosing the tasting menu with a pairing of 4 glasses. Elegant atmosphere, very attentive service and excellent dishes. Special mention should be made of the first courses, in particular the rice with mustard and mint pesto, with a very fresh and intense flavor and a combination of flavors that I would not have expected. The choice of 4 wines to accompany the courses was very apt (3 for the savory part and a Moscato for the dessert). The only discordant note in the bill: the price of the tasting menu with wine pairing is even low for the offer, but I didn't expect to find the aperitif as an additional item. Unlike the cheeses that could be chosen from the well-stocked selection on the trolley, or the vermouth, which were clearly extra, the aperitif was served without any confirmation being asked, and I was therefore surprised to find it on the bill, having thought that they were welcome appetizers before entrée and starters. Checking the site again it is actually listed as an item, but more clarity on this would have been appreciated.

05/12/2024: Sono stato in questo locale per festeggiare un 50imo di un:amica. È stata una serata speciale grazie a Valentina, una bravissima padrona di casa che con la sua gentilezza. Dolcezza, simpatia e una voce pazzesca, ha reso il tutto davvero magico un bellissimo locale dove trascorrere dei piacevoli momenti. Un grazie anche a Tony che ha movimentato la serata con la sua.musoca . Ci tornerò!

17/11/2024: Ho festeggiato la mia festa dei 40 anni ieri sera al Locale di Valentina. Un’esperienza memorabile … Valentina è stata una padrona di casa meravigliosa :accogliente e attenta ai minimi dettagli . Il personale ,il musicista Tony,il compagno di Valentina Patrizio mi hanno fatto trascorrere una serata davvero sensazionale. Ultimo,ma non per importanza,l’allestimento della sala…. SBALORDITIVO.Non avrei potuto scegliere di meglio!!! PECCATO CHE LE STELLE SIANO SOLO 5 !!!!

19/01/2025: Remarkable six-course tasting menu! The dishes are aesthetically pleasing and careful in combining unusual but balanced flavours. Kind and professional service especially in the wine advice. Very wide choice of cellar. Considering the cost of the menu and bottles, cover charge and water could be included, although they compensate with appetizers, initial rosé and sweets offered on the house.

Tried it out of curiosity and believe me they are all very true and deserved, very welcoming environment and super friendly staff, the pizzas? They are truly special! Three types of dough, all exceptional and visibly high-quality raw materials! We will definitely return and definitely recommend it. Well done!

26/01/2025: Quando sono a Torino per lavoro in pausa pranzo se riesco vado sempre in questo locale , ottima pizza sia a portafoglio che classica da non essere seconda a nessuna e credetemi in Torino e dintorni le ho provate tutte ( Michele Sorbillo,la stadera , 011 ecc) l'unica pecca e il locale che è piccolo e fa prevalentemente da esporto. Io ho reso una Cecilia a portafoglio.

28/12/2024: 5 stars are few. I start from the fact that I had wanted to try this pizzeria for some time, after seeing the video on Youtube by Franchino and Giulia. There were 3 of us, exceptional service, for a short wait we were offered a pizza. Very kind pizza chef to whom I congratulate. (As already done personally) Cured meats cut on the spot to season pizzas, same thing with fiordilatte. Thin and light dough, it seems to be in Campania. (I come from Puglia and finding products like this is a thrill) Pizza wallet must try. The calzone is also phenomenal. Very low prices for being in Turin. I recommend anyone to stop by here. Compliments.

21/12/2024: Michelin-starred restaurant with a well-priced menu that allows you to get to know their wonderful cuisine without necessarily having to feel intimidated by astronomical prices. The food is incredible: a worthy mention for the egg and the first courses, very good. The second courses are not up to par, although they are still excellent. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Extensive wine list with a wide variety of prices. The sommelier was also very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back!
