01/03/2025: On Sunday my cousin celebrated his wedding here, a wonderful location, surrounded by greenery, with many stations where excellent food was served. Clean and tidy in every corner of their park. There's even a pond with turtles on and off surrounding it. I would say excellent choice and the staff is really kind, every request was satisfied.

19/02/2025: It is truly worth a visit, a fascinating park with attention to detail and very well organized for ceremonies, food with quality products, right portions with the possibility of an encore, well presented and very good dishes, while the service I can say is of high quality, waiters attentive to the customer and very friendly. While the 2 owners are very professional, present and attentive to the customer! The price is proportionate to what is served! 5 stars deserved in everything!!!

24/12/2024: Beautiful place in the middle of the Novara countryside, where you eat well and drink equally well. Chosen some time ago by our company for Christmas lunch, it has become our point of reference. Service a little slow but the staff is always friendly and nice. Must try.

16/02/2025: How good you eat!!!! A friend organized a dinner with the whole gang by booking in advance and everyone chose the dishes they liked best: some took meat, some took fish or typical dishes... in short, everything we tasted was divine!!! Spaghetti with seafood, panissa, octopus, tartare... we were struck by the creamed risotto with bettelmat... perhaps there was more cheese than rice! For the rest: friendly atmosphere, very generous portions, honest bill! We can't wait to return!!!

23/03/2025: The pizza is very good and so are the hamburgers, the service is polite and efficient even on Saturday evenings when the place is packed, the atmosphere is nice and informal, there is a large car park at the back

23/03/2025: È già la 3º volta che vengo al Gallo Brillo ed è sempre un ottima esperienza, sono stato sia con amici che in famiglia e abbiamo sempre mangiato benissimo (e moltissimo), il menù ha moltissime scelte tra hamburger, carne e pizze per tutti i palati, il personale è molto gentile Consigliatissimo.

10/03/2025: I have been to this hotel a couple of times. The last time the room with lake view was splendid. I love the breakfast room not only for the excellent food, but also for the spectacular view. The restaurant also serves an excellent dinner. Professional and welcoming receptionists.

28/03/2025: A nice discovery, a restaurant with a good menu and very good dishes; a special mention to the tiramisu, among the best I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The environment is very rich in furnishings, perhaps a little too much, but still welcoming. Friendly and professional staff, very reasonable price.

27/03/2025: Scoperto per pura combinazione di passaggio da Novara. Ambiente molto ricco di arredi accompagnato dal leggiadro servizio cordiale e professionale. Cibo molto buono, mangiato una pasta alla amatriciana ed uno stufato con patate al forno. Ma il top è stato il tiramisù, uno dei migliori che abbia mai gustato in un ristorante. Servizio professionale, prezzo molto onesto.

28/02/2025: I went to this restaurant two weeks ago with a friend and we were amazed. We chose to opt for two tasting menus. Delicious and well-prepared dishes, attentive and helpful staff and an intimate and splendid location. Absolutely worth trying and coming back several times, very good!!

26/02/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by Brand Osteria. The menu is creative, with traditional Piedmontese options carefully revisited. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed every dish, especially the purple potato gnocchi. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

31/01/2025: We are coming for the first time. We were satisfied completely after having lunch. We ordered tortellini with gorgonzola, minestrone with tripe, braised meat with polenta, pork fillet with gorgonzola, mixed salad, croissants in salad, coffee, sparkling white wine and water Abundant doses and excellent value for money. Lots of variety in the second courses, we'll come and taste the other dishes. Environment of the past, traditional trattoria and farmhouse, as they no longer exist. Fast and kind service. In total, two of us paid €26!
