10/03/2024: Questa è la seconda volta che ci sono stata. Abbiamo preso il menu di degustazione di 60 Euro vino esclusi. 1 entrée, 1 antipasto, 2 secondi, dolce . Mi capita sempre che si sia qualcosa che mi piace di meno o che avrei fatto diversamente invece era fatto alla perfezione dalle cotture, agli abbinamenti, il gusto , i colori …. Il tutto a un prezzo molto contenuto visto la qualità e la lavorazione dei piatti. Hanno un’ottima selezione di vini ricercati. Il ragazzo (non ho chiesto il nome) che ci ha servito è il top, molto gentile, molto preparato e un ottimo sommelier …. anche simpatico. il locale è arredato minimal con gusto ma lo stesso molto accogliente. Se amate la cucina raffinata e creativa … andateci!

06/03/2024: We had dinner during the week (Monday); helpful, young and kind staff. Good pizza even if the fior di latte had a bit of a "ball in the mouth" effect. Delicious classic burger. The desserts are excellent, the Sicilian cannoli are delicious. The only note to make about the service: not very dynamic even though it was during the week and there were few people, it could be improved and I'm sure that practice and experience will help them in this. Thank you

24/02/2024: Good food, good value for money, very friendly and polite staff. A privilege these days. Every off-menu request was fulfilled without problems. Partly a shame about the location. Constructive advice. It is better to cover ruined tables with beautiful tablecloths and not runners which leave wear and tear problems visible. Definitely recommended.

13/03/2024: I was disappointed with the experience at the Del Tiro A Segno restaurant. Not only did they charge me a 15 euro cancellation fee without notice, even though we were a slightly small group (nine to eight people) in a semi-deserted place, but the food also did not meet expectations. The veal with tuna starter was tasty but decidedly small, and considering the price I would have expected a more generous portion. The real problem came with the first course: the extruded pasta, unfortunately, was quite overcooked and the truffle that accompanied it seemed old and lacking in flavour, disappointing considering the expectations I had for a restaurant of this reputation. I was especially disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the cancellation charge policy and the quality of the food served. Despite this, I must admit that the environment of the restaurant was pleasant and well looked after, with a welcoming atmosphere that could have improved the overall experience if accompanied by service and cuisine up to par. I was hoping for a memorable gastronomic experience also because we came from very far away, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations.
