My partner and I had dinner last night for his birthday. The restaurant was intimate, very well-kept, and beautiful. The service was impeccable: welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The presentation of the dishes made us savor the exquisite dishes even more. Excellent ingredients and superb pairings.

A beautiful, courageous and ambitious project from these guys who deserve to succeed. Lots of creativity in the kitchen, with sometimes daring combinations that speak to research in the dishes and the raw materials chosen. Of course, you have to like the "refined and elaborate" genre. Each dish is worth discovering. Not everything met our tastes, but it left us with fond memories and a desire to return. The service was also excellent, demonstrating a rare enthusiasm for their work. Well done.

Excellent cuisine, highly refined in presentation and flavor. Good dining room service. The wait times are a bit long. The wine list is very limited, in my opinion, and not appropriate for the type of restaurant and the dishes offered. Medium-high prices.

We went for lunch for the first time on a Sunday, with our dog. We tried the tasting menu. Everything was simply excellent: food, wine, and service. Nice, quiet place, clean and tidy restrooms. Fair price for the quality. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.
