23/03/2025: We went last night with friends who recommended a place to eat well. I have to say they were wrong, you don't eat well you eat divinely well! Tried seafood salad and mixed fried food, both exceptional to say the least! Abundant and amazingly fresh and cooked in a sublime way. 100 star hospitality, service and food! We will definitely be back to try the pizza too! Thanks to our friends for introducing us to such a fabulous place! Highly recommended!!!

22/03/2025: Eravamo in coppia e di passaggio da quelle parti ci siamo fidati delle recensioni positive ed abbiamo sbagliato ……Antipasto dozzinale con un solo tipo di formaggio ….ragu’ di fassona che nn sapeva di nulla e per finire tagliata di fassona piena di nervi immangiabile …Ma la cosa più bella è stato il conto e nn aggiungo altro …. Ovviamente mai più ….

A due passi dal vero falso dell'Outlet, il vero vero di un ottimo ristorante dove le materie prime non tradiscono e la giusta attesa è sinonimo di attenzione nelle preparazioni. Ravioli del plin e tagliatelle ai carciofi ai vertici. Per contorni, sorrisi e cordialità. Alla prossima.

16/03/2025: Village restaurant with fixed price lunch menu but never banal. I stopped by on a Saturday for lunch and found a cream of leeks and potatoes with impressive croutons. Then grilled polenta, grilled cheese, house rosé wine (lots of it), coffee and coffee killer for 21 euros per person. On Saturday evening and Sunday classic Novara menu with surprises obviously not at a fixed price. Booking is always better. Applause to the 3 women who run it.

01/04/2025: The top of the pubs in Oleggio. Excellent quality beers, super pizza and burgers, quality cuts of meat. Delicious aperitif in a beautiful, warm and welcoming place. Wonderful staff, courteous and always cheerful. It was truly a pleasure to spend the evening at Gaia, with the possibility of also seeing the football matches. Fixed stop for our moments of culinary pleasure

14/02/2025: Evening with a friend, we opt for dinner in this beautiful place that makes you feel at ease. We ordered a hot dog & a pizza with chips on the side and they were not only good, exceptional! Remarkable service times, very fast and attentive to customer needs. Definitely highly recommended! Keep it up!

18/11/2024: Rispetto al passato (l’anno scorso) a nostro avviso c’è stato un notevole peggioramento. Il menù è praticamente sempre lo stesso, ma, non andandoci spesso, non è una nota particolarmente negativa. Quello che ci ha deluso è la preparazione dei cibi che è stata decisamente poco curata. La cipolla, per esempio, era di una qualità meno pregiata di quella che eravamo soliti trovare (seppure sia indicata come di “Cureggio”) era più piccola, cruda e mancava assolutamente di sapore soprattutto se paragonata alla precedente versione con la (necessaria) salsiccia alla quale eravamo abituati (il prezzo di 16 euro, nella versione proposta, è oltretutto eccessivo). Anche la calamarata era cruda e con un condimento (crema di broccoli, perché il resto era “non pervenuto”) “senza arte né parte”. I secondi invece ben fatti, ma non tali da potere recuperare la delusione. Forse è stata una “serata no” dello chef o magari quest’ultimo non era più lo stesso dell’anno scorso.

30/03/2025: Everything perfect. Excellent lunch, accompanied by a wonderful wine. The quality of the food is really high. The staff is friendly and explains dishes and wine to you. They let you know their philosophy related to the restaurant. You can also get cold cuts or products to take home!!! I recommend everyone to try this restaurant. Optimal!!! Compliments

09/03/2025: My husband and I had dinner at this osteria using a voucher from the Smartbox Amore gourmet package. Compliments to the chef, both the sight and the palate were completely satisfied 100%. We chose, from the à la carte menu, scallop shells and poached egg, followed by two Piedmontese veal sirloin steaks. Very delicate and pleasing flavors on the palate; we found the veal sirloin steak very tender. To conclude the dinner we had two tiramisu. In addition to the à la carte menu, we saw that there is also a Novarese Tradition menu and an Osteria menu. Wide selection of wines from the Nebbiolo of our area to the wines of the Langhe. Very kind waiting staff Definitely one of those places where we will return more than willingly to eat other dishes

08/03/2025: Excellent choice this time too! It's the third time I've gone to dinner at this place and I find it exceptional. Superb food, very kind and friendly staff, excellent service. Not a huge place but a great atmosphere with fresh fish. Menu for all palates, even the most demanding and with tasting menus for all budgets. For me the best! Highly recommended
