08/06/2025: Lunch with friends on a tourist trip of the G.S. Gege Sormani company We had a great time, excellent food, friendly and competent owner and cook. The guys in the dining room were impeccable! Absolutely to recommend to friends etc.

13/06/2025: A place where you can eat simply and very well. In this place time seems to have almost stopped a few decades ago where the cook created simple dishes, but made with love and passion for workers or occasional travelers. Exceptional also in hospitality.

02/07/2025: I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and drinks at CrAmbS Bakery in Novara, and it exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and generously portioned, both satisfying and full of flavour while the drinks were refreshing and hit the spot. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Olesia. She was warm, attentive, and impressively knowledgeable—not only about the local area, but also about Italian culture and a wide range of other topics. Our conversation with her was both enjoyable and enlightening. Her passion and thoroughness were evident in every interaction, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. The setting of the restaurant was comfortable, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere that made it the perfect place to start the day. If I return to Novara, I would absolutely visit CrAmbS Bakery again. Highly recommended!

07/06/2025: Nice little trattoria where we found a very friendly atmosphere and good local food prepared on the spot. The mixed antipasto of cured meats, Russian salad, veal with tuna sauce, tongue in green sauce and peppers with bagnacauda (1 dish for two) were good. Ravioli del plin were good and an excellent dish of very tender kingfish with baked potatoes cooked at a low temperature. We left satisfied both for lunch and for the relaxed and quiet environment... like in a cloud. Thank you.

Spacious and tidy rooms, recently renovated maintaining the original style of the building. The cleanliness was excellent, as was the comfort of the beds. The staff were courteous and kind. The restaurant is excellent for both a business lunch and dinner. The dishes are tasty and the variety is wide.

02/06/2025: Excellent service, the staff is friendly and helpful. The quality of the dishes in my opinion is very high. Internal parking is available. Reservations recommended. Recommended dishes: tagliolini with truffles, risotto champagne and mushrooms and their beef tartare.

The guests have already appreciated the aperitif and appetizers served as a buffet, the risotto with porcini mushrooms was excellent, as were the cacio e pepe ravioli with lobster. As a second course we opted for the cheek with polenta. The meat was very soft... it melted in your mouth... we were all happy
