Mrs. Carla was very appreciative, coming to the table several times to check that everything was okay.

10/09/2025: First experience today for lunch with my family at this restaurant, which I'd call a Michelin-starred restaurant disguised as a country trattoria.
The dishes were of remarkable depth and quality, and then the zabaglione was freshly prepared in front of us... bonus!
10/09/2025: Lunch. A secret address in a well-hidden location on a small street. A very pleasant surprise and a menu with original flavors. Very good meats. We recommend it.

04/10/2025: I received a warm welcome. There are special offers for each month, and I chose the October pizza with pumpkin cream, absolutely delicious! The house wine was also excellent.
29/09/2025: We discovered this restaurant not far from our hotel.
And it was a real treat. We went back three nights in a row. The food is delicious, and the service and atmosphere are very pleasant.
The pasta and seafood risotto are a delight. As are the pizzas.
It's actually difficult to choose because everything is so good.
Go there with your eyes closed; you won't be disappointed.

08/10/2025: A place that already has many reviews and wide recognition, I'd say everything is fully confirmed.
Interesting menu with original dishes: today I tried the boneless cockerel with mushrooms. Amaretti, etc., excellent giardiniera, and an excellent veal with tuna sauce. I always drink Vespolina here... I know it's not the best, but for me, a foreigner, it tastes of the Novara hills.

24/09/2025: A classic yet well-organized restaurant, the owner is extremely kind, very clear, and helpful in explaining the dishes.
We had everything from appetizers to dessert, everything excellent and carefully prepared.
The wine was also good (white in our case).
Tagliatelle with rabbit ragù 🔝
If you're passing through, stop at Pinin... try it and believe it!
Highly recommended!!!
08/09/2025: We hadn't been back here for a long time and I have to say we were very happy! The Pinin appetizer was simply fabulous🫶 the first courses were also excellent, champagne and porcini mushroom risotto and gorgonzola gnocchi... Delicious desserts😜 divinely eaten in a beautiful setting 💕 thanks to the staff, Angelo and especially to Cristiane who was good and very nice 🤗🔋

24/09/2025: Enrico turned a cold and boring Wednesday evening around the end of September around us. The pizzas arrived super punctual (we didn't even have time to finish our first beer). Thanks to the distance, we were able to enjoy the pizzas while they were still hot and steaming. The competitive prices prompted a hearty and resounding "APPERÒ" (in a positive sense, of course).
13/09/2025: I've tried many of Novara's renowned pizzerias, but this one, surprisingly, is the best for me. Over the past two years, I've also noticed a further improvement in the dough and the product. Well done, guys!

20/10/2025: Weekday lunch menu for €15, including a first course, a second course, a side dish, a drink, and coffee. A truly positive experience, we had a great time: the food was excellent and the selection was extensive (you could choose from four first courses and four second courses). The staff was friendly and attentive. We'll be back! Recommended!

It's a shame about the small portions and high prices.
21/09/2025: An excellent restaurant; both the drinks and the food were absolutely top-notch. The ambiance is unbeatable thanks to the prime location.

10/10/2025: The food and service were disappointing after all the reviews, and the service was also very lacking. The wine wasn't very good. The bread had too little butter. The atmosphere was mediocre, the paintings didn't match, and the screens were plastic.
