06/03/2026: Friendly service, delicious pizza with exceptionally good dough, and a lovely ambiance in the glass-enclosed conservatory; the location right on the street is still pleasant and easily accessible. The seafood pasta was tasty, but rather average compared to the pizza. The prices are fair, and the overall value is good. Just barely five stars and a great choice for a relaxed pizza experience on Lake Maggiore.

04/02/2026: We had the pleasure of dining here on a Saturday evening during a weekend getaway. The owner of the B&B where we were staying (Villa Preziosa) recommended this place to us, and we thank him. We tried a Margherita, paccheri alla norma, and octopus Galician-style. Everything was truly excellent, highly recommended! Thank you so much.

13/07/2026: I've been seeing Strattoria for years, cycling past it on my way down from Montrigiasco, and last night I decided to stop for dinner with my wife. Without reading any reviews, I trusted the inspiration of the moment. Well, evidently I was truly inspired yesterday, because things have rarely gone so well! A stunning and extremely positive experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is intimate and refined, perfect for an evening for two, and the welcome makes you feel immediately at home while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The cuisine is unusual, bold, and full of character. From the entrées to the desserts, every dish is a journey. The flavors are explosive, and the dishes are visually spectacular, meticulously crafted. An absolute honorable mention goes to the sweetbreads with rhubarb and oyster sauce: a risk that alone is worth the dinner. Worthy of mention are also the wine cellar, which offers refined and original labels, and the service, led by attentive and very friendly staff. In short: top-notch cuisine, a splendid atmosphere, and excellent value for the experience offered. We will definitely be back, highly recommended.

29/05/2026: Last night we had dinner at the Giardinetto restaurant in Pettenasco. It was offered by my dear nephews. The location was magnificent, the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. We chose the exceptional lake menu. It was a magnificent evening.

02/06/2026: For my birthday, I organized a themed party for 50 people at Fasoli Piante at Civico 27. The venue was for exclusive use. Daniele was kind, friendly, and also very professional. His staff was friendly and attentive. It was a memorable evening, thanks in part to them. He'll be our new go-to party spot.

04/05/2026: We were guests of Mr. Angelo for a birthday and it was a wonderful experience. We were fortunate to be the only guests and enjoyed the owner's excellent company as well as the delicious food. This restaurant exudes an atmosphere of old-fashioned hospitality, which unfortunately is becoming increasingly rare. We thank Mr. Valazza and all the staff again for the wonderful evening.

01/04/2026: A truly sublime experience at this historic restaurant, which has lost none of its elegance over the years, both in the dining room and the kitchen. Despite the complex request for a vegan menu for both my friend and I, the chef offered us refined, tasty, and beautifully presented dishes. The service was top-notch, attentive and meticulous, and the wait staff was friendly and approachable. We'll gladly return!

17/06/2026: A restaurant with attentive service and good cuisine made with quality ingredients. The dishes are varied and well-presented, and the meat is excellent. The wine list is also good. Prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is friendly and cheerful. The only flaw is that the furnishings are a bit heavy and inconsistent with the Hostaria name, as well as some details (like the poster at the register) that are out of place. But I still recommend it and will return.

08/07/2026: My wife and I popped in for a coffee ( I love good coffee.). I had an espresso she had a cappuccino. Both made with segafredo beans. We both felt this was the best cafe we had in our stay in the northern lakes. Total cost €2.90. Great value.

01/06/2026: Sometimes luck brings you pleasant discoveries right next door! We had grilled fish and fried calamari, followed by a shrimp cocktail appetizer. The service was friendly and the chef was both friendly and knowledgeable. The price was absolutely fair, and they greeted us with a smile (which is rare in many places these days). We'll definitely be back.

06/07/2026: Family lunch on Saturday, July 4th, so a special day. Extremely charming place: the lakeside terrace is a gem. We had tajarin with pesto, fish & chips (superb), and dessert: everything was delicious with generous portions. Prompt and friendly service. Highly recommended.

06/04/2026: The pasta was literally half raw, the sauce was salty and, in my opinion, not fresh, but still edible; the cut (poorly cut) and the portion size (5 small pieces) were meager. And considering the price... there was no cover charge listed anywhere, but I think it was around €4 per person, considering we also paid for a 10-month-old (I can understand the 3-and-a-half-year-old). There was no cover charge for water and coffee, but I think they were also around €5 combined. I've tried worse places, but also much better ones.

20/01/2026: Excellent restaurant with a balanced menu of delicious yet simple dishes. Recommended are the tuna millefeuille and the crème cotta with salted caramel.

10/06/2026: The food was 10/10, I've never had such good seafood/pasta, very authentic. The service was superb and the setting was beautiful, right on the lake!
