Excellent dinner and excellent service. Here you can enjoy traditional Piedmontese dishes. The price for dinner is truly reasonable.
25/02/2026: I confirm my previous review. We've been several times. Dinner was simply delicious! The traditional cuisine was an explosion of flavors, the appetizers were excellent, and the polenta moja was a true stroke of genius—an absolute must! The vitello tonnato was creamy and flavorful, and the desserts were top-notch! And the finishing touch was the welcome they gave our four-legged friends, a real plus! If you haven't been yet, hurry! Highly recommended! 5/5 stars 🐾.

We were completely satisfied with the courtesy, selection, and quality of the pastries and coffee.
And thank you for being open on a holiday, in the afternoon (which isn't a given).

25/12/2025: One of the most successful Christmas lunches in recent years. The menu was unique, with dishes that weren't too pretentious but were beautifully executed, with quality ingredients and more than generous portions. The price was fair for what we were offered. The service was informal, yet friendly and attentive. Impeccable: thank you, you made us feel at home! A special thank you for the thoughtfulness you showed my two-and-a-half-year-old niece, both with the food and for your kind patience. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back.

25/02/2026: Pizza Republic in Vigliano Biellese is an excellent option for those craving a good pizza in the area. One of the restaurant's strong points is undoubtedly the service: the staff is always very helpful and, crucially, delivers pizzas quickly, avoiding long waits between courses.
The variety of pizzas offered is also very interesting, with a tempting selection of flavors that allows you to try different and never boring combinations. Furthermore, the location is truly strategic: the restaurant is very easy to reach both for those arriving from Biella and for those using the highway, making it a convenient destination for a group or family dinner without having to travel too far.
21/02/2026: The pizza was very good, with unique pizzas and very efficient waiters (the only flaw was that we didn't receive the napkins we requested twice, but that's understandable given the busy schedule).
We had a great time with the waiters, and a special thanks to Edoardo, who, after we'd exhausted him, brought us our beloved cheesecake.

30/12/2025: A journey into the past, for a pleasant present. The typical Piedmontese dishes are excellent: risotto, braised meat, and speciality: the breaded mushrooms, cooked in every way. The mixed fried fish is delicious. A perfect place for a pleasant lunch or dinner with friends or family. Without too many pretensions, you'll enjoy a family-style, homey experience that will remain etched in your memory. Must try. +++
