The mixed fried fish is delicious. A perfect place for a pleasant lunch or dinner with friends or family. Without too many pretensions, you'll enjoy a family-style, homey experience that will remain etched in your memory. Must try. +++

21/12/2025: We had lunch at Locanda del Gallo Storto on December 8, and the experience was very positive.
The restaurant is charming and very well-maintained.
For appetizers, we chose a beef tartare and a Piedmontese antipasto with Russian salad, beef tartare, veal with tuna sauce, and other appetizers: fresh ingredients, well-cooked, and presented in keeping with tradition.
For our first course, we ordered two portions of ricotta and borage-filled ravioli, which were delicious.
The portions were average.
The final bill was €71, a good value.
Parking is also convenient, near the little church not far from the restaurant, just a short walk away.
Highly recommended!

03/10/2025: Incredible pizzas. I recommend coming right around dinner time: a little earlier or later and the variety of pizzas diminishes, but if you come at the right time, you can try every type of pizza. I have a weakness for the desserts, which are truly delicious.
Friendly and helpful waiters.
Obviously, since it's a pizza tour, silence and tranquility aren't the place's strong points, but it's part of the experience.

It was a real pleasure to visit you again at Bagatto for lunch. I had fond memories of the restaurants you managed over the years, and this time you did not disappoint!
As always, you treated me wonderfully, making me feel at home, and the lunch break was delicious. We ate wonderfully, drank excellent wine, and the chef, as always, did an exceptional job. My compliments to her!
Bagatto is a truly charming and welcoming place in the center of Biella. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in a family atmosphere.

06/10/2025: We had dinner at a porcini mushroom evening. We had a mixed appetizer with Piedmontese products, raw meat with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle, and then fried porcini mushrooms! Everything was delicious: the meat was incredibly fresh and the local porcini mushrooms were incredibly tasty! We paired it with a bottle of red wine that was recommended from the selection, and it was perfect! Finally, the desserts, which we sampled each one to try, were exceptional! The price was very fair! I highly recommend! We'll be back!
