28/06/2026: This inn is nestled in a beautiful, almost intact medieval village; it was an independent principality until the late 18th century. The menu is carefully prepared, with excellent appetizers, a delicious first course with duck and horse meat ragù, and delicious desserts.
15/06/2026: Quality food and tradition. A place that sometimes surprises with its tranquility and pace. It's always a pleasure to talk to the owners, who are kind, courteous, and friendly.

23/04/2026: So good, such awesome staff and so authentic. One of the many reasons to visit Italy (any why you don’t want to go back home 😀). Had lunch. Recommend by Giacomo Colombera at the Colombera & Garella winery nearby. Guests coming in to eat, have a coffee by the bar or just chat. Lovely. Maybe hard to find, though much harder to leave 😎.
24/03/2026: The bright and well-maintained atmosphere feels like a return to the golden age of traditional dining. The cuisine is homey but with a contemporary twist. No processed ingredients are used in the recipes!

02/05/2026: Truly everything was delicious! We ordered the €40 tasting menu. You leave the restaurant rolling with joy! So much food, and everything was truly delicious! Pictured are the cold appetizers and dessert. The menu also included hot appetizers, a first and second course, and a bottle of wine. We were a group of six who had just returned from a walk that included a visit to the Burcina. We were served impeccably, despite the restaurant being full. My advice is to book, not only to secure a seat, but because you have to try it! Truly top-notch!

30/03/2026: Great sushi reminds me of my favourite restraunt that has closed "ting nan", great quality and freshly made. Its bit on the expensive side 1-2 euros per sushi except for the nigiri and gunkan wich are always bit more expensive. The service was fast only had to wait 20 min for our order

It was a real pleasure to visit you again at Bagatto for lunch. I had fond memories of the restaurants you managed over the years, and this time you did not disappoint!
As always, you treated me wonderfully, making me feel at home, and the lunch break was delicious. We ate wonderfully, drank excellent wine, and the chef, as always, did an exceptional job. My compliments to her!
Bagatto is a truly charming and welcoming place in the center of Biella. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in a family atmosphere.

06/10/2025: We had dinner at a porcini mushroom evening. We had a mixed appetizer with Piedmontese products, raw meat with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle, and then fried porcini mushrooms! Everything was delicious: the meat was incredibly fresh and the local porcini mushrooms were incredibly tasty! We paired it with a bottle of red wine that was recommended from the selection, and it was perfect! Finally, the desserts, which we sampled each one to try, were exceptional! The price was very fair! I highly recommend! We'll be back!

25/02/2026: Pizza Republic in Vigliano Biellese is an excellent option for those craving a good pizza in the area. One of the restaurant's strong points is undoubtedly the service: the staff is always very helpful and, crucially, delivers pizzas quickly, avoiding long waits between courses.
The variety of pizzas offered is also very interesting, with a tempting selection of flavors that allows you to try different and never boring combinations. Furthermore, the location is truly strategic: the restaurant is very easy to reach both for those arriving from Biella and for those using the highway, making it a convenient destination for a group or family dinner without having to travel too far.
21/02/2026: The pizza was very good, with unique pizzas and very efficient waiters (the only flaw was that we didn't receive the napkins we requested twice, but that's understandable given the busy schedule).
We had a great time with the waiters, and a special thanks to Edoardo, who, after we'd exhausted him, brought us our beloved cheesecake.
