31/08/2024: We had never been there and it was a very pleasant evening. Comfortable outdoor tables for 4 people, well spaced. under an open structure; pleasantly warm evening. Attentive and very courteous service; maximum attention to the needs of my wife, who is gluten intolerant. Gluten-free dishes were already listed on the menu, but they were still highlighted when ordering. Complete and well-diversified menu without excess in the proposals, with verbal indication of the off-menu proposals. Very extensive wine list, with local, national and foreign proposals and with the possibility of pairing a glass with each dish, which I personally like very much. We took advice with great satisfaction; good wines well paired with the chosen dishes, all excellent tasting. Gluten-free bread is excellent, such as breadsticks and bread with gluten. The entry options, the pre-dessert and the small pastries are pleasant and varied. Great to be able to choose the variety of coffee at the end of dinner; coffee served piping hot, very appreciable. Very fair account for the overall quality of the dishes, the wines and the service. Being satisfied with your expectations makes you want to come back, which we will certainly do.

05/08/2024: A Vercelli per uno spettacolo, mi sono fermata a Biella per una visita ad Oropa. Ho quindi avuto la possibilità di mangiare nuovamente in questo ottimo ristorante, immerso nel verde con una tranquillità invidiabile ! Mi ero già trovata bene nella mia prima visita di circa due anni fa, ma questa volta col pesce si sono superati. Una cernia cruda e delle cape sante da applausi . Tagliatelle al prosciutto di cernia e caviale innaffiate con del Fiano di prim’ordine! Assaggi vari tutti superlativi ed una spuma di mojto davvero geniale. Ottimo dolce di ciliegie 🍒 . Tornerò presto! Grazie ancora

31/08/2024: A classic in Biella. The Menabrea pizzeria has kept the decoration and the quality of the products intact over the years and this is comforting. Always nice to come home and see that certain things don't change. The draft beer is unmissable!

24/07/2024: A simple, "sporty", "different" place where you can eat typical, good food. The only thing I would have preferred was the ribs that were a little less salty. The friendly staff is welcoming and therefore the initial delay in serving should be absolutely forgiven due perhaps to the fact that the restaurant only opens on weekends or perhaps it was too early to book for 12.30. It would have been enough to ask what we want to drink so the wait would have been less long 😊 Thank you!

14/07/2024: Discovered by chance during a motorbike tour with destination the Conca dei rhododendrons. Excellent cold cuts and cheese platter. Tartare with good bagnacauda sauce. Good ravioli with meat sauce. Very kind and fun staff. Advised ;)

03/08/2024: We stumbled upon it by chance as we were passing through but we will definitely be back. The place is elegant. The raw materials are of the highest quality, processed and cooked with passion. Mastery in the presentation of dishes. Excellent and attentive service.

12/08/2024: It is unacceptable that a restaurant like this, with the prices it has even at midday, serves a dish with not a hair in it! Unfortunately it wasn't on my plate but on that of my guest so I didn't notice it in time. However, I made a fool of myself when I thought about inviting her to a "safe" restaurant in every respect. The waitress saw everything when she came to collect the dish: the hair couldn't have been mine or my guest's as they both have long hair.

21/07/2024: Bel dehor esterno che affaccia sulla Piazza Duomo. Ambiente elegante e personale di sala gentile. Piatti con ingredienti ricercati, alcuni con sapori non eccezionalmente entusiasmanti. Ottimo l'uovo morbido e lo spaghetto. Carta dei vini ben strutturata. Nell'insieme una cena piacevole.

22/08/2024: Comfortable and quiet environment with panoramic view of the lake. Food not quite up to expectations. First course of "revisited" fusilloni alla norma with onion sauce in generous quantity and size. Second course is the Mediterranean Whitefish, that is, with cherry tomatoes and aromatic herbs: the only note of flavor compared to an overall tasteless dish. Covered cost of 5 euros, a bit too much considering that in addition to the bread there wasn't even a small welcome entrée. The tax receipt is not detailed with the items of dishes consumed. At the checkout we were offered a bitter.

21/08/2024: A gem not far from the lake with excellent and refined cuisine, friendly and customer-focused staff, on a Sunday with the place full we had a wonderful time. Well-stocked wine cellar.

21/08/2024: Eccellente in ogni dettaglio, già dall’entrata si viene avvolti nella magica atmosfera di un loft impeccabilmente restaurato e riportato alla sua massima espressione, tra grandi finestre sul fiume e eleganti arredi. Poi l’esclusivo menu con selezione di specialità, soprattutto di pesce, sublime nelle materie prime e nella raffinatissima preparazione. Esperienza sensoriale fantastica!

12/08/2024: Ci siamo stati per il nostro anniversario. Il Ristorante é molto elegante e spazioso, mi piace quando si vede la cura nel Ristorante Menu etc. con Stile, ed ben pensato con l'occhio per ogni dettaglio. Non dimentichiamo la calorosa accoglienza della Signora, Lei é delicata e gentilissima. Noi avevamo scelto il menu degustazione, è stato una vera scoperta, Super!! Ci è piaciuto molto che lo Chef e la Signora ci hanno dedicato il tempo per spiegare dai antipasti ai piatti ed i vini, tutto Eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!!

21/08/2024: Dove siamo? In un angolo nascosto di Parigi? No, nel centro di Biella. Questo posto conquista e lo fa con la sua atmosfera che mescola delizioso sapore d'altri tempi con una cura per il dettaglio e una scelta attentamente preparata ma pronta a soddisfare ogni palato. Il Blè Noir è una perla leggermente nascosta ma che apre alla curiosità con un meraviglioso cortile interno che da accesso ad uno spazio unico. Non è facile descrivere in modo appropriato tutto ciò a parole. Va provato

21/08/2024: Where are we? In a hidden corner of Paris? No, in the center of Biella. This place conquers and does so with its atmosphere that mixes delicious flavors of times gone by with attention to detail and a carefully prepared choice ready to satisfy every palate. Blè Noir is a slightly hidden pearl but which opens up to curiosity with a wonderful internal courtyard that gives access to a unique space. It is not easy to adequately describe all this in words. It must be tried

18/08/2024: NOT positive experience of Italian catering. Menu told verbally (the bill is therefore a surprise for the unfortunate diners). I am not discussing the effort but rather the results. A wine list of biblical dimensions, also accompanied by stains and medallions (perhaps to guarantee authority), distracts attention from the only correspondence unjustifiably absent from the table: the menu. Prices that do not correspond to the quality of the meal. Sin. Avoid the panissa if you can, the classic Vercelli risotto is offered here in a spicy version but, without a reference menu and not having received any information from the staff, I thank God that I am not intolerant to any of the ingredients. For me, a missed opportunity to share a good review and for the restaurant a report that I hope will be useful in trying to work better.
