17/05/2025: Cena ieri sera con un amico viziato come me per quando riguarda cibo. Cosa dire...la prima volta pensi di aver scelto i piatti giusti...la seconda anche...ma dopo 5 o 6 cene capisci che qualsiasi piatto sceglieresti dal menù sarebbe il top. Abbinamenti sempre perfetti dove anche il più particolare degli ingredienti si abbina a tutti gli altri in un esplosione di sapore. Sempre eccellenti i piccoli assaggi e il vermut di benvenuto e il pre dessert che sono offerti dal ristorante. Servizio molto attento ma mai invadente. Voto sempre 10 Laura e Bruno

03/06/2025: We had an unforgettable stay at Tiglio, a starred restaurant that offers much more than a simple dinner: it is a journey through flavors and beauty. The dinner was excellent, creative, elegant and full of flavor. Each dish was cared for in the smallest details and surprising in the combination of flavors. To make everything even more special, the atmosphere of the place: refined, well-kept and welcoming, in perfect harmony with the landscape that surrounds it. Il Tiglio is located in the middle of the mountains, in a truly magical place, where silence, nature and beauty completely envelop you. We slept in a beautiful apartment, with access to the sauna and Turkish bath located outside, in an area dedicated to relaxation. A detail that we loved so much! The breakfast the next morning was 5 stars: abundant, genuine and full of small homemade delights. A gesture that really struck us? When our little boy showed how much he liked their homemade kefir, the staff gave us a jar to take home. A genuine and precious attention, like everything else. The chef and the staff were wonderful, welcoming, helpful and passionate. You can feel the love in everything they do. Thank you so much, Tiglio. We will return soon to this little corner of paradise.

04/05/2025: A very nice place with a beautiful view. I was there for an outdoor wedding lunch. The managers were very kind and friendly. The food was very good even in its simplicity but you could feel the quality of the products. All our friends and relatives had a very good time. I recommend it!!

I personally and the Alpine troops of Molveno (Trento) thank you again for your availability! If you pass through Biella it is an obligatory stop!

24/05/2025: Percorrendo il cammino di Oropa, la seconda tappa termina a Graglia: è quasi obbligatorio cenare al ristorante del santuario (se se riesce a trovare posto, gli ambienti sono grandi ma l'affollamento è tanto, prenotate...) che propone il menù del cammino a 15 Euro, oppure 20 Euro aggiungendo il secondo, bevande comprese... Prezzi che non si trovano più! Si entra tutti insieme alle 20 e l'inizio cena è un po' macchinoso, ma i camerieri sono davvero tanti ed i piatti arrivano abbastanza velocemente. Quattro antipasti, un primo ed un dolce (l'unica portata che bisogna scegliere), con acqua, vino e caffè compresi e con bis offerti per ogni piatto. Qualità buona, quantità più che adeguate, prezzi ottimi, servizio ok: cosa c'è di meglio?

28/04/2025: Cibo buono, camerieri attenti e puntuali, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Prenotato una settimana prima vista la tanta affluenza di pellegrini e mi hanno richiesto anche la conferma della prenotazione il giorno stesso. Bravi!! Consigliatissimo

02/06/2025: Ristorante eccellente Il cibo ottimo, il servizio attento, cortese e molto frizzante. I piatti vengono cortesemente enumerati dai camerieri, lasciando al tavolo solo l’infinita lista di vini. Abbiamo ordinato i fiori di zucca come antipasto e poi tagliolini ai porcini, panissa di primi e costata, lumache in umido e foie gras d’oca di secondo. Come vino un Bramaterra del 2016 ottimo. Il cibo davvero di alto livello il foie gras in particolare nulla a che invidiare ai piu’ blasonati cugini d’oltralpe. Il conto certamente non economico, proporzionato alla qualita’ del cibo e del servizio.

21/05/2025: I went there for the first time 3 weeks ago. Nice and welcoming place, friendly staff. Menu repeated in non-existent paper rigmarole. Mediocre dishes, asparagus risotto a tasteless mess. Not satisfactory.

19/04/2025: High level restaurant, the first I tried that was in a Michelin guide - the 23. Impeccable service, the environment of the restaurant is welcoming, elegant and very clean, nothing is left to chance and every furnishing element is well suited to the restaurant. Excellent choice of food even just à la carte, and for a restaurant present in a Michelin Guide, the bill is only slightly higher than that of a "normal" restaurant. An experience I want to repeat.

04/03/2025: Venire da Milano a Biella praticamente per cenare qui da Matteo dovrebbe essere già un modo per dire che merita, ormai ogni volta che siamo in zona, è una tappa obbligata, locale curato e piatti che valgono la menzione sulla guida Michelin, bravi !
