25/01/2026: No service. Pansotti were served cold... and the first courses were staggered (usually people go to restaurants to eat together). Dessert was sold out, mostly due to a significant delay in serving orders. The ravioli with meat sauce were good, we would have eaten the second course as well, but unfortunately, after waiting so long for the first course, we couldn't afford to wait any longer since we're from far away. As far as I'm concerned, it's not worth repeating; it's a shame because I'd had really good reviews. Around 2:00 PM, the heater went out... I couldn't wait to get back to the car and get some warmth. A real shame...

15/03/2026: The food is divine! The absolute best paella in the province, perfectly prepared. The fried mixed fish is lightly breaded, the fish is fresh and tender, one of the best I've ever had. Everything is top-notch, every dish is carefully prepared, and the portions are generous. The service is excellent; they're super friendly and helpful. Good prices. I recommend it to everyone.

05/02/2026: We ordered paella for two. Ramona was very friendly. Chef Marco Mattia Cermelli came to welcome us in the dining room and we chatted a bit. He also suggested where to buy some stone cookware. We ate very well. The paella with fish and meat was tasty and light. The prawns were delicious, but I think they should have added a few more green beans or peppers. We also had something off the menu, like baby octopus in a slightly spicy sauce. Fresh bread made by the chef. Salmon au gratin with creamed peppers, etc. Potatoes and dessert with panna cotta and mango. We spent about €121, well spent! They offered us limoncello. Welcoming atmosphere. Nice atmosphere. The restaurant opened on March 8th. They accept cash, credit, and debit cards. €15 LUNCH MENU: first course, second course, side dish; water, a quarter of wine and coffee.

06/01/2026: I ordered a pizza that was made wrong, I noticed it at home and when I called they told me there were too many customers and they couldn't talk to me.

30/10/2025: Visited last year and it went well, this year a complete disappointment, good frogs, the rest to forget including their main dish, the panissa vercellese, very expensive compared to the quantity and quality of the food

26/02/2026: It was a great experience! The room was clean, the bathroom was clearly recently renovated, small but equipped with all the comforts. The heating in the room was very powerful and kept it on all night, so I had to turn it off despite the chill outside. The breakfast buffet, at least for those of us who booked with Smartbox, was available for an additional €5. The booking included breakfast at the bar with a croissant and a drink. Good food, served on the panoramic terrace.

22/02/2026: We arrived at this hotel thanks to a Smartbox gift. The hotel has a panoramic location, the room is very clean and clearly recently renovated, and the owners are friendly and welcoming. If you're in the area, stop by even just for a coffee, it's definitely worth it. We'll definitely be back. See you soon!!!

25/12/2025: A truly disappointing experience. We booked Christmas lunch for four people through TheFork and, after booking, we were asked for a €40 deposit per person, which we duly paid. It's a shame no one informed us that the à la carte menu wouldn't be available that day, but only a set Christmas menu, different from the one on the website. When we pointed this out, instead of apologizing for the mix-up, we were told that the information was "on the website," which was completely false: the only reference was an Instagram post, as if a customer had to check social media to find out what they were going to eat. The main problem wasn't the misunderstanding, but the attitude: rude, arrogant, and devoid of any apology or courtesy, even when leaving. I rarely write negative reviews, but at Christmas I didn't expect to be treated this way.

01/01/2026: Since it was New Year's Eve we had a great time, good food, good music and the owners were friendly and welcoming.

19/10/2025: I've had pizza here twice, and both times, I've really enjoyed the pizza. Good dough, filling pizza, perfectly cooked, neither overcooked nor undercooked. Good ingredients, even the two-ingredient pizzas were quite filling. Friendly staff.

01/01/2026: We were passing through. Two cappuccinos and two croissants. The cappuccinos were half-watered (milk is expensive). Friendliness is something to forget!

01/01/2026: Went there for New Year's Eve dinner... everything was fine up until a certain point... then it started to decline... a dead bug among the raw potatoes and a hair on the plate... the pasta is probably made better by a child who isn't capable... Cold and disinterested welcome... a terrible opinion, I hope for the owners' sake that it's not like this on "normal" days...
