14/01/2026: A while back, I tried a pizza here for dinner. It was good, but I wasn't thrilled. I didn't write anything about it because I wanted to try the food. Today, after the Spaghettoni with creamed broccoli, calamari, and hazelnut crunch—for the first course—and the Fritto misto Margherita with crunchy vegetables—for the second course—I can say without a doubt that these are the best dishes I've had in the area, even compared to some more prestigious places, which probably use different ingredients or employ less experienced chefs. A good bottle of Falanghina wine did the rest. The service is discreet, precise, and professional. The atmosphere is informal, quiet, and clean. The open kitchen speaks volumes about the owners' mission. The quality/price ratio is fair. There are plenty of parking spaces in the adjacent Piazza Garibaldi. It's a place I highly recommend.

20/04/2026: Excellent pizzeria. I arrived when the place was packed, but they still seated me and served me as quickly as possible. The pizza is very good and light. The staff is very friendly. Don't let the negative reviews fool you, as I've heard the management has changed.

02/06/2026: We'd already discovered this place when the owners leased it, but yesterday, with their return and that of their staff, we were pleasantly surprised. They offered us a generous sampling of excellent quality products, welcoming us warmly and making us feel truly pampered. An experience we absolutely recommend to anyone looking for moments of serenity immersed in the Monferrato vineyards.

03/05/2026: We stayed here in August 2025 for my husband's birthday. The location is very modern. The owner gave us a warm welcome, showing us where we'd sleep and have dinner. Breakfast was included in the morning. We booked a tasting and chose the sparkling wine one. I found their Rosé to be fabulous and sent a few bottles to friends. I found the dinner very good, the cuisine refined. Perhaps the tasting price was a bit high. Overall, I recommend trying it.

07/04/2026: We were passing through Borghetto di Borbera and stopped here for lunch. There are three first courses and three second courses to choose from. We ordered tagliolini with mushroom sauce. Pork loin with tuna cream and carrots was the side. Fast service and good food. Parking nearby. I recommend it.

02/04/2026: A white wine and a spritz. For two fries: 25 minutes of waiting. The compensation was €12. And rude, to boot.

25/12/2025: A truly disappointing experience. We booked Christmas lunch for four people through TheFork and, after booking, we were asked for a €40 deposit per person, which we duly paid. It's a shame no one informed us that the à la carte menu wouldn't be available that day, but only a set Christmas menu, different from the one on the website. When we pointed this out, instead of apologizing for the mix-up, we were told that the information was "on the website," which was completely false: the only reference was an Instagram post, as if a customer had to check social media to find out what they were going to eat. The main problem wasn't the misunderstanding, but the attitude: rude, arrogant, and devoid of any apology or courtesy, even when leaving. I rarely write negative reviews, but at Christmas I didn't expect to be treated this way.

15/09/2025: Maybe update the hours on Google. I was passing through Alessandria and, not knowing the area, I found this place online. I drove a bit from the parking lot, got there, and it was closed.

03/04/2026: Questionable pizza that kept coming back all night and a squalid environment with plastic chairs and tables that you wouldn't even find in an outdoor setting.

20/03/2026: The first and last time I ordered a Margherita, a stuffed calzone to take away. The Margherita had very little mozzarella, but the worst was the stuffed calzone. What? Inside, a little mozzarella and two slices of cooked ham. Total: €17. If I hadn't asked for it stuffed, would they have just given me the pasta?
