A while back, I tried a pizza here for dinner. It was good, but I wasn't thrilled. I didn't write anything about it because I wanted to try the food. Today, after the Spaghettoni with creamed broccoli, calamari, and hazelnut crunch—for the first course—and the Fritto misto Margherita with crunchy vegetables—for the second course—I can say without a doubt that these are the best dishes I've had in the area, even compared to some more prestigious places, which probably use different ingredients or employ less experienced chefs. A good bottle of Falanghina wine did the rest. The service is discreet, precise, and professional. The atmosphere is informal, quiet, and clean. The open kitchen speaks volumes about the owners' mission. The quality/price ratio is fair. There are plenty of parking spaces in the adjacent Piazza Garibaldi. It's a place I highly recommend.

A dive site from the outside, you have no expectations, and upon entering, it reaches super levels, especially for those with gluten issues.

I didn't like it; the setting was a bit too basic for my taste. Two pizzas, one Margherita, two desserts, and two beers cost €50. Prices were in the medium-high range. The crème brulee was very hot, too much so; it should usually be fresh and the surface hot and crispy. It's a shame because the flavor was good, but it was ruined by the heat.
The service was good, very fast and just the right amount of courteous.

Every Thursday is Pizza Thursday for me.
Since I discovered this pizzeria, I haven't needed to look for others.
Their gluten-free pizza is amazing: light and with an incredible dough, the kind that makes you forget it's gluten-free.
Estate is my absolute favorite.
I've also tried their desserts, and they're truly delicious.
A guarantee. Highly recommended.

We celebrated our family birthday peacefully and with delicious dishes. Especially the special selection of food for celiacs like my sister. Excellent pizzas and dishes, especially fish-based ones, were plentiful, original, and carefully served. All the desserts were gluten-free and delicious. 😋😋
The prices were very fair, I'd say.
