The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and high-quality, thanks to their own produce. The restaurant serves delicious, healthy dishes, and the wine is also excellent, also from their own production! Excellent agriturismo.

21/09/2025: Terrible experience. The staff is friendly, but they constantly ask if it's okay. Excessive Plus, it's not good. They offered us a full menu for €30.00 And a menu with dishes from the same menu. The choice is appetizers €7.00, first courses €10.00, second courses €10.00, desserts €5.00. I thought it would be great if you can't eat everything, choose from the same one. So we had an appetizer for three: 1 slice of raw beef without sauce, a small flan with fondue, which was pleasant, a small mixed cold cuts menu, 6 slices of salami, 3 slices of lard, 3 slices of tongue, and 6 pickled meatballs. Two first courses: tagliatelle with white ragù and tagliatelle with mushrooms, and a second course: roast beef with potatoes. The tagliatelle were full of oil, and the roast beef was fresh but not seasoned. I asked for oil, and they brought me sachets of EU-sourced oil, which is made right at the farm. The potatoes were few. Our meal continued with three mediocre desserts and three coffees, all washed down with a bottle of their own Barbera, which was good. The final price, considering the quality isn't great, was €98.00. A word to the wise. We'll never return.

23/09/2025: The wedding reception was a complete success, thanks both to the location and the couple, who took care of every detail and the management of the castle itself. The catering service was less than perfect; they were probably tired, but still not impeccable. That's okay. There's always room for improvement. I haven't had a chance to review the rooms.

08/09/2025: We got married on July 12th... Oviglio Castle allowed us to make our dream come true, and it was an unforgettable day. It all started about a year earlier when we visited the venue. Carlo, the owner, welcomed us with extreme professionalism and clarity about what they offer their clients. From the very first moment, the pricing proposal was simple and clear, leaving no room for misunderstanding. Excellent value. The castle offers all the necessary services for the wedding (printing of menus and all place cards, table decorations, general castle decorations, and wedding table plan). They have an on-site restaurant for dinner/lunch. They also take care of the cake and the open bar. Carlo welcomed us to the castle several times to organize everything and answer any questions. On the day of the ceremony, everything was taken care of down to the last detail... the aperitif food, the drinks, the dinner, and the cake. We also stayed in the rooms, and the next morning, breakfast was equally excellent. The most surprising thing was how unique we felt, even though they host weddings every weekend throughout the summer. Thank you so much.

15/02/2025: Overall, a disappointing experience compared to expectations. The atmosphere is simple and rather pleasant. Several small rooms with 2-4 tables each, spread over two floors in a rather beautiful period noble building. The dishes are not very well prepared and presented; I'd say they're not very successful: without any major flaws, but lacking in character. A fixed fish menu for all tables. The wine list is too short. The service was naive, with some of the staff friendly but clearly and explicitly inexperienced, and others more professional. However, there were gross ingenuity and long waits in a nearly deserted restaurant. Finally, the price: it was Valentine's Day, granted, but for what we got, the price was truly exorbitant.

09/06/2025: A small but cozy ice cream shop, to die for. I had pistachio (my favorite) and a surprise fior d'arancio, and I'll be back tomorrow!

27/05/2025: I can't explain why it appears that 9 months ago I gave a one-star review, surely by mistake or for I don't know what it appears this way. As far as I'm concerned it's not like that, and I apologize to the SUPERPIZZA team.

23/08/2025: We kindly asked if we could sit eight of us outside by pushing two tables together, but the waitress rudely refused, saying it wasn't possible because one table was empty. Speechless and unwilling to work! Never again!

23/04/2025: Historic café in Novi Ligure that has remained unchanged over time. Also a place for excellent aperitifs with excellently presented and very good products.

07/08/2025: We go for lunch when we're in Tortona. The menu is varied, you can find everything, and it's very well-curated. The bread is excellent, and the focaccia and pizza are very good. The sandwiches are imaginative, and they'll accommodate any request. The aperitif is also great!

02/08/2025: What a great find! An acquaintance had already raved about this restaurant, and today we were in the area and stopped for lunch. Everything was excellent! From the delicious and plentiful carbonara to the delicious coda alla vaccinara. Everything was well-cooked, the service was friendly and fast, the restaurant is rustic, and the price was excellent. We'd definitely recommend it, and we'll be back soon.

06/10/2025: We found the Autogrill to be very busy. We stopped for a break during our journey, and after a patient wait, we were served with great courtesy. A big shout-out to the staff, who were patient and courteous, despite there being so many of us...

05/10/2025: The service was average. We're not talking about anything special. If we're considering cleanliness, then it's best to avoid. In any case, the responsibility lies with the people, NOT the staff.

15/09/2025: Maybe update the hours on Google. I was passing through Alessandria and, not knowing the area, I found this place online. I drove a bit from the parking lot, got there, and it was closed.

05/09/2025: I took a primo of pasta shown in the picture and the portion was above average quantity in the Italian sense so the secondo piatto of meat pieces was overkill and a bit burned from the surface . The waiters were super friendly. Overall it was nice place and airconditioned inside. You'll need to reserve your table ahead though so keep that in mind.

01/10/2025: My daughter's wedding reception on September 11, 2025. Excellent food, excellent service, and a truly beautiful setting. I highly recommend it.

20/09/2025: Beautiful location, visited for the first time for the 110th anniversary celebration of the Red Cross, with excellent service for the dedicated dinner. Both indoor and outdoor spaces. Highly recommended.
