26/08/2025: The owner was unfriendly (I didn't feel welcome). My room smelled of stale smoke, and there were holes in the towels and sheets. The breakfast was barely adequate. Poor value for money. It's a shame; the hotel has a nice atmosphere, but everything else is lacking.

04/12/2025: The stuffed focaccia is delicious and well-filled! Excellent coffee. Very friendly staff. The only drawback is the limited number of tables in the bar area, and the interior is a bit dated, but the quality makes up for it.

12/03/2026: We stayed at the B&B Vineria Porrati using a Smartbox we'd received as a gift, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several ways. When I called to confirm the reservation, I was initially told, with obvious annoyance, that there was no reservation. Only later did the situation become clearer. When I informed them we'd be bringing our dog, we were asked for a €20 supplement for a single night, accompanied by unpleasant comments about previous guests with pets. Let me start by saying that our dog is well-behaved and didn't cause any problems. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room in an annex, which was significantly smaller than those shown in the Smartbox photos. From what we could see, the other rooms didn't appear to be occupied, so we felt this was unfair to those using a gift box. Furthermore, the room was poorly maintained: there wasn't even soap in the bathroom, so it wasn't even possible to take a proper shower. Finally, the Smartbox package also included a small gift (a pack of cookies), but it wasn't delivered to us despite it being explicitly stated. Overall, we felt a certain lack of helpfulness and care toward guests staying through Smartbox, which is a shame because even those who use a gift deserve the same treatment as other customers.

15/09/2025: Maybe update the hours on Google. I was passing through Alessandria and, not knowing the area, I found this place online. I drove a bit from the parking lot, got there, and it was closed.

10/01/2026: Quality, courtesy, and friendliness! Found by chance years ago, little publicized, Kapuziner offers quality food, both on the regular menu and in various off-menu options, especially the meats, which are delicious and perfectly cooked. Excellent cocktails and beers. The friendly and welcoming manager offers interesting advice and always makes us feel at home, even though we only see each other every few months. Highly recommended!

01/12/2025: Always found it great... now the bitter truth... I went back about 10 days ago... no more pizzas... oh well... the waiter, being a kid, needs a bit of training... (I mean... the wooden fried food basket is nice... but where do I put the sauces and chicken wing bones?) The sandwiches finally arrived... a simple speck and brie... piping hot on the outside, frozen on the inside... okay... there could be a mistake... I'm asking if it can be reheated... it arrives burnt on the outside and still cold on the inside... plus it's crumbling... (I've had restaurants for years... and frozen bread does that...)... I'll have to see who's in the kitchen and the dining room again... the only thing is, the cashier or owner is really very kind and in any case he didn't charge for the sandwich.

09/11/2025: Excellent place run by friendly and helpful owners. The place is welcoming and very large. They also have an indoor room where they host concerts and comedy nights. The beers are very good and the food is very tasty. We'll definitely be back.

25/01/2026: I'm giving one star because zero isn't a good idea. We ordered delivery and, after arriving late, discovered the bitter truth: €25 for three pizzas and a portion of fries, which, considering the price (almost the same as a Margherita), were truly too little. The pizzas were tiny, with the toppings falling to the floor; if you cut them, the toppings separated from the dough. The crust was as hard as concrete, and the tomato sauce was sour and super salty; sea water is sweeter. A terrible restaurant, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Prices of the products ordered: Margherita: €4.50 Diavola: €6.50 Wiener and fries €7.50 Portion of fries (microscopic): €4.00 Delivery fee: €3.00 There's nothing Neapolitan about them.

29/11/2025: I took the low carb bases.....I didn't think they could be so good ✌🏻 A valid alternative for those trying to keep a controlled diet and want to enjoy a good pizza within the walls of their home 😎

31/07/2025: I got the low-carb bases. They were good, but the shipping took forever. And most importantly, out of an order worth over €100, I threw out half of them because they molded in the pantry after two days. Customer service told me to send the product back even though I had provided a photo in the email, but I had already thrown out the moldy products, so I basically threw over €50 in the trash. The products were piled high in the pantry, complete with packaging and box. I don't think I'll buy them again; I'm really disappointed because they're an excellent low-carb alternative.
