Sunday lunch for 4. Friendly staff but in too much of a hurry to clear the table. I was still eating when they took my plate away. I understand the desire to bring in more and more customers but it seems excessive to me. €2.50 for half a liter of water, I understand inflation but it's really a lot. Plus I want to add a note: they charge €2 cover charge... The place setting consists of two cutlery and a paper napkin, not even a paper placemat. In addition to the cost being exaggerated, I also find it unhygienic, especially because, as I saw at the next table, they seat subsequent customers without even passing a cloth over the table. Decent food, nothing exceptional, but edible.

Posto molto carino e accogliente. Menù vario e goloso. Prodotti di ottima qualità e cucina impeccabile. Servizio un po' scadente ma il personale si è mostarto sempre gentile e disponibile.

Locale piccolo all'interno dell'outlet,servizio gentile e piatti che abbiamo ordinato io e il mio amico buoni(pasta cacio e pepe). Non mi ha entusiasmato la lista dei dolci e trovo eccessivo il costo del calice di vino a 7.50 €

29/03/2024: I went, together with a dear friend, to eat pizza in the evening at this hotel/pizzeria restaurant and I really enjoyed it: fast and polite service and really very good pizza, so much so that we took a third to split between 2. Large lounge, family run and honest prices.
21/03/2024: I have known the Hotel Italia in Silvano d'Orba since I was a little girl and now that many years have passed I always happily return to eat there, Mr. PUCCI is always the same despite the passing of the years, courteous, friendly and very empathetic He makes everyone feel at home. 15/01/2024: Great experience in an authentic Italian hotel, run by a super friendly family! Very close to Serravalle Design outlet if you are by car. One of the best cappuccinos I've had, delicious brioches, magnificent welcome 🤩
10/12/2023: Historic inn in the center. Family management. Honest Piedmontese restaurant. Excellent artisanal ice creams. Friendly and sociable staff. TV room, small private car park for hotel guests.
