Elegant and quiet environment, well-spaced tables to maintain good privacy between customers, excellent service with attentive staff, present, but never intrusive. Good choice of wines. I really appreciated the friendliness, the restaurant is suitable for a relaxing dinner, I don't recommend it to those who want to eat in a hurry, but for me this is an advantage and not a flaw when I decide to dine in an elegant and refined place I leave the rush outside the door. The pleasure of food must be enjoyed with the right slowness and tranquility, it is a pleasure, not an obligation. Coming to the cuisine, the dishes are well presented and cared for, the quality is excellent, a restaurant where you can taste the specialty things of classic Piedmontese cuisine (agnolotti, shaved, roasts, I personally recommend the rabbit and the agnolotti, the desserts are also excellent, I couldn't to taste the cheeses, but the trolley was mouth watering. I highly recommend it for a dinner for two with the right company

Molto elegante ma non pretenzioso. Bel locale molto curato con un fantastico menù, una qualità eccellente delle materie prime e una cantina decisamente di livello. Una scelta sicura.

Non sono stato entusiasmato nè dal servizio, né dal cibo,né tantomeno dalla location, mi aspettavo di piu ...

I nostri amici ci hanno portato in questo posto che appare molto chic ed elegante. Camerieri cordiali, anche se troppo in certe situazioni. Ho ordinato una antipasto a base di zucca, amaretto e bacon croccante che boccio e sconsiglio. Tuttavia, come secondo ho scelto un filetto di cervo acquisito e morbidissimo con un contorno di patate al forno eccellenti. Il mio compagno ha ordinato il vitello tonnato, buono, e la bistecca impanata con contorno di patate.. devo dire che era davvero enorme e squisita, la consiglio fortemente. Per finire ho gustato un gelato al fiordilatte molto buono. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante, ci torneremo..

Accompagnati dai cugini che hanno scelto il locale per una cena in compagnia. Ottima scelta, tutto quanto abbiamo assaggiato era di alto livello, il servizio cortese e cordiale ed anche la proposta dei vini eccellente. Situato in pieno centro, il locale ha una storia di tradizioni ed è tra i più noti. L’unica pecca, essendo il locale al completo, era la rumorosità creata dal chiacchiericcio degli ospiti. Complimenti, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

It should tell you something if the same family has been preparing food for guests for 90 years! We were informed that the present location is a relatively new one for the family, and we found it to be simple but elegant at the same time. Our server was most pleasant and ensured that we had a relaxing evening dining experience. Our dinner was wonderful, and most welcome after a long day of travel. Highly recommended!
