30/07/2025: With five waiters, the service was extremely slow. Water and bread were often missing from the table. Chipped glasses, dirty glasses, were taken away and put back in the cupboard with the clean ones. P.S. Dear Owner, Your response is both significant and superfluous. I don't mean to argue, but I understand that a negative review—no matter how mild—can cause such irritation that you completely lose your sense of proportion. I don't expect you to agree with what I wrote, nor to accept it. But that doesn't give you the right to attribute "nastiness" or rudeness to me, especially when it's simply a matter of observations made during service. The fact that lunch was offered doesn't change the quality of the experience, nor does it exempt you from evaluating it. If this bothers you to the point of having to respond with personal judgments, perhaps it's time to reconsider the very concept of hospitality.

28/07/2025: Located atop a hill, it's beautifully lit and impressive at night. The outdoor area is beautiful, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The restaurant has been modernized and updated in terms of design, lighting, and furnishings. It's nice to send a message after booking. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The dishes are carefully prepared, with a focus on flavors and design. The accompanying dishes are also excellent, a truly refined cuisine with sublime flavors. 24/07/2025: An excellent experience that offered me the chance to enjoy some excellent appetizers, or rather, the legendary Pinin appetizer, which consists of an absurd number of courses, and an equally legendary mushroom risotto that, besides being excellent, is also truly filling; then a dessert consisting of amazing ice cream combined with delicious fruit.

11/06/2025: Wonderful cuisine with fresh ingredients, artistically presented. The restaurant itself is set on a hillside overlooking the stunning vine-covered valley. The service was impeccable as well. If you need a taxi, just message the restaurant in advance. They are extremely helpful!

13/04/2025: Yesterday with a group of 32 people we had a wonderful lunch. Waiters always smiling and kind. Excellent and super abundant 10 PRAISE menu with refresher. TO BE RETURNED. Thanks Michela and all the STAFF

14/02/2025: Mountain restaurant with typical furnishings, simple and clean premises. Our visits have always been on Sundays when a fixed menu consisting of four starters, two first courses, two second courses and dessert is offered. The cuisine is simple and homely but the dishes offered are decidedly good and plentiful, plus they review all the courses. The service from the young managers was very kind. At the end of the meal the cook goes out to go around the tables to check whether the food was liked by the diners. The bill is really honest. For us it is a pleasure to have lunch there when we go to Valmala.

03/08/2025: Siamo andati in questo posto in quanto da lungo tempo in zona. Decidiamo di entrare, camerieri gentilissimi. Ci aspettavamo i prezzi alti, ma speravamo fossero giustificati... il coperto 3,50, senza tovagliato nella mise en place e pane con piccolo assaggio di focaccia home made, poca ma buona. Abbiamo preso i moscardini, che erano buoni e poi l'involtino di ricciola e peperone, purtroppo deludente, il pesce era stato trattato troppo e quindi il sapore non era praticamente riconoscibel, a parte la quantita minima. Piatto principale da condividere scampi reali alla catalana. Allora 10 scampi di piccolo calibro, alcuni al vapore e tiepidi, alcuni crudi a temperatura ambiente (immagino un errore) sopra una piayyo da portata di pomodiri datterini deliziosi ma spoporzionati. Le cipolle crude in realtà, in quanto probabilmente preparate e mescolate ai pomodori in anticipo, erano marinate nell'acqua dei pomodori. Comunque abbastanza buono, ma non quello che ci aspettavamo. I calovi di vino a 7 euro presi da due bottiglie da 14, un ricarico direi fuori dall'ordinario. Con tutta l'intenzione di scoprire un posto dove mangiare pesce di qualità al giusto prezzo, purtroppo non torneremo data l'insoddisfazione, a prescindere dal prezzo. Non abbiamo ordinato il guazzetto di cozze a 30 euro:magari erano buonissime, ma il prezzo veramente eccessivo. Un vero peccato.

30/07/2025: È parecchio peggiorato. Il pesce è di qualità scarsa a fronte di prezzi esagerati. Il crudo era carissimo e un piatto di cozze cucinate male. Abbiamo speso tantissimo uscendo non soddisfatte. Consiglio di cambiare strategia, o almeno di garantire una buona qualità delle materie prime e porzioni più in linea col prezzo

20/07/2025: We ordered takeout pizzas about a week ago, ordered for 8:30 PM, and had to wait half an hour because many of them were burnt and had to be thrown away. When we got home, the pizzas were cold... and still burned, even though they'd remade them.

09/06/2025: Very good quality/price, excellent service for the moment, it can be done better, very good pizza, excellent spaghetti allo scoglio, next time we will try the seafood appetizer and a fish second course.

14/06/2025: A delicious lunch: impeccable food, excellent service idea and very kind owners. I especially liked the clear and complete menu, with lots of appetizers, first courses and desserts. I hope to return one day, in the meantime I recommend everyone to try it!!!! Congratulations again to the managers

22/05/2025: Very good food and a very friendly owner. Highly recommended if you want good pasta :) The pasta is homemade, and you can even see the factory from the outside.

25/07/2025: The risotto that I ordered was tasty 😋. Gorgonzola dolce and nebbiolo sauce was perfectly matched with the risotto. They have a food menu in English and service staff communicate in English. So it is a good place for tourists or international businesses people as well

23/07/2025: A truly spectacular location, in perhaps the least-known part of the Langhe. We appreciate the family management; the two owners truly make you feel at home. The rooms are furnished in a retro style and are comfortable. You can also book dinner upon arrival (we didn't), which is served in a beautifully kept garden with a unique view. Minor gripes include the lack of pastries and croissants for breakfast, and the pool (though panoramic) is too small and therefore crowded in high season. These are minor details compared to the beauty of the place.

13/07/2025: I gave the food 4 stars, because the pizzas are good anyway. I have to say, one of my favorite pizzerias, until tonight... Something happened!! I can't explain it otherwise. We called to ask if they were doing a pizza round for three, and they said yes; we made a reservation. The waitress comes to the table. Having already mentioned that we were doing a pizza round, she takes our drink order. We tell her that for the pizzas, all ingredients are fine except onion, garlic, and tuna. When we had our second pizza, picking up our plates, she asked us if we wanted to continue... (at least one pizza each, since there were three of us!!!) Long story short, the third pizza came with 1/2 peppers and anchovies and 1/2 tuna and onions. The fourth came with 1/2 sausage and 1/2 onions and garlic. I point out that for the second time, they brought us onion, this time with added garlic, and in response I hear, "No, there's no garlic here, there's only onion." ??? What kind of response is that? If someone at the table can't eat these ingredients... don't put them in, otherwise, why would you have asked me in the first place, as soon as we sat down?!!! Luckily, everything I couldn't eat was eaten by someone else at the table. If it had been up to me, I would have sent them back. Out of 4 pizzas, 2 were wrong. Not to mention the chipped water glass and the dead mosquito on the "clean" plate they brought us while we were waiting for our pizzas. I understand that when you're working, something inappropriate can happen... but too many things, no, it's not right!!

10/07/2025: The best pizza in the Canavese area (actually, I've only had better in Naples), and the chiacchiere and gelato are also noteworthy! Excellent service and prices. Highly recommended.

30/07/2025: The meat isn't up to the level of Cuneo's finest, and the cooking and cutting methods are far from what one would call excellent. The Amalfi Tagliata...which is ground beef instead of a true tagliata. Even the classic tagliata, a distant relative of a tagliata worthy of the name.
