23/12/2024: We booked a week in advance to have dinner with a platter of typical Sardinian cured meats and cheeses and baked culurgiones. Also present are seada and other typical Sardinian sweets. All excellent high quality!

Giovanni will cook you exceptional meals of traditional cuisine with the care and research of haute cuisine, he will be able to recommend the best wine to accompany each of your menus. The gem is his own saffron liqueur where you can taste it in his cocktail made up of sparkling wine and liqueur in the smoked version and as a digestive in the gold version. Another positive note is the breakfast, we tried both the sweet and savory breakfast, the sweet breakfast consisting of croissants, jams and very fresh yoghurt. The savory breakfast instead consists of cured meats and a selection of cheeses combined with jams and truffles, finishing with a fantastic omelette. For Valentine's Day dinner Giovanni opened the doors of his beautiful room, with a saffron menu and live music by a pianist and violinist who made the dinner even more intimate and romantic. A weekend immersed in well-being and complete relaxation between the Finnish sauna for private use and massage. The large room with retro style in line with the mood of the villa has all the comforts for an excellent stay, equipped with a kettle for hot tea, coffee machine (milk, ginseng, espresso...) snacks and fresh water. Plus it has excellent soundproofing. We will definitely be back for another romantic getaway.

25/01/2025: Che dire , se fosse stata la nostra prima volta in questo locale diremmo discreto ma non particolare Ma dato che abbiamo mangiato qui già più volte , ci chiediamo: cosa é cambiato? La prima sensazione è che é cambiato il cuoco . Mi spiego meglio una caratteristica di questo locale era la loro milanese con la panatura di grissini , era qualcosa di particolare una carne tenerissima (questo è rimasto) un porzione fuori dalla norma riempiva il piatto ( ora una semplice fettina ) e .. la panatura qualcosa di speciale ( ora inconsistente) Tra l ‘altro il locale è abbastanza grande e permetterebbe una buona disposizione dei tavoli invece i tavoli sono uno attaccato all altro e i piatti non entrano nel tavolo ti trovi a mangiare con il piatto che straborda in bilico Peccato Peccato

09/12/2024: Superb carpaccio with Gorgonzola cream and hazelnuts as part of the dinner (ravioli, bollito and desserts were good). Comfortable and spacious rooms for the night, with breathtaking view on monouso at the wake-up. Great choice and quality fir breakfast… very satisfied then, just be careful which road you take to get there… if google brings you on a dirt road in the wine yards, stop immediately and go back to asphalt… you will notice some instructions written on a white plate. Just read the rough instructions and follow the asphalt road.

Antipasto piemontese TOP (insalata russa, battuta di fossona e vitello tonnato) il flan di cardi con bagna cauda è stata un'esperienza emozionante al palato. Il bunet impeccabile ed il sorbetto all'uva barolo, da urlo.... Vini di qualità e prezzi giusti. Un locale da segnare e segnalare

This restaurant represents an alternative that respects Piedmontese tradition and hospitality. The menu changes periodically and the boys and girls are kind and nice in their approach.
