Friendly service staff, but unfortunately very loud and crowded.
They tend to serve food quickly; we had to slow down the service a bit because they were reassigning tables multiple times.

21/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel-restaurant to use a smartbox, and it was a pleasant surprise.
The owner is a wise and kind gentleman, and you can sense his love for his job and the place he manages. The receptionist was very kind in suggesting activities in the area (we visited Burcina Park and Viverone Lake). The waiter was very welcoming and was able to recommend dishes (delicious!) according to our tastes.
The hotel is clean, in a quiet area, and the rooms are well-insulated; ours had a large terrace with tables. The bathroom was as big as a room.
Towels and a courtesy kit with shower gel and soap were provided.
The experience was very positive, and if we were to return to the area, we would definitely stay at this property again.
05/05/2026: Everything met our expectations. Add to that the restaurant, excellent, authentic food, and consistently friendly service. For us, it's a point of reference in the area. Highly recommended.

10/05/2026: Today's lunch was delicious and beautifully presented! Very tasty flan; beetroot and gorgonzola risotto; and tagliata with snow peas! We'll be back!
29/04/2026: I arrived at 12:30 and the receptionist immediately seated me outside. It's clear that at La Serenella, the wine is the star of the show.
Unfortunately, since I had to drive, I only had a glass of Nebbiolo. The gorgonzola and beet risotto was special.
The bunet was excellent.
The prices aren't cheap, but they're adequate for the service, location, and professionalism of the staff.
