27/02/2025: Excellent in everything! Top food, top staff! We go there AT LEAST once a month (often to try the pizza of the month), every time it gets better and better. Super dough (try the charcoal one), quality ingredients and always friendly and knowledgeable staff. A guarantee!!!!

23/02/2025: It's the second time I've dined in this pizzeria because the pizza and the dishes are really excellent! The service in the room was unfortunately very poor. There are three waitresses in the room, who unfortunately are not coordinated with each other and are a bit with their heads in the clouds. The tables are very close to each other. Only one pizza arrives at my table instead of three all together and only one pizza arrives at the table next to ours (instead of two). The lady at the next table starts to cut the pizza with her cutlery (despite the fact that she had capers and the lady had asked not to put them), in the meantime, one of the three waitresses realized that this pizza was for our table and without any kind of problem she offered it to our table even though it was cut with the "used" cutlery from the next table. I couldn't believe it!!! The place uses two shifts, the pressing is quite annoying, since being late for the arrival of the pizzas was not due to the customer. They can't expect it to be eaten with a funnel. It's a shame about all this, because in terms of quality, the pizza is excellent. I would see the table service again.

25/02/2025: We made a reservation for dinner in this very nice and well-furnished place. The very welcoming waitresses made us sit down and presented what the chef was offering in addition to the à la carte menu. Our choice fell on traditional dishes as well as tasting the off-menu dish which was excellent 👍 All delicious accompanied by a good glass of wine. If you are in Turin don't forget to stop at Betty's inn, it's worth it🙌

31/01/2025: It's my regular stop on Fridays: it's like being at home, among friends... Eating well 😌 Angelo and Gilda (in strict alphabetical order) always welcome you with a smile, as if you were a relative. You feel pampered, every now and then they stop by for a chat and a laugh. And while you make yourself a cutting board, a spritz and a pinsa, choose the shoes to buy for your girlfriend, at always affordable prices. And then in my opinion Angelo is identical to Alec Baldwin when he was young 😊

22/01/2025: I discovered this pastry shop recently and I must say that I was amazed by the goodness of their pastries. They were very good. Furthermore, the staff was very kind: they were looking for a dessert for the lactose intolerant for a friend of ours and the pastry chef made us a single dose on the spot exclusively for our request. Really very happy with the service and quality!

02/02/2025: Oggi siamo stati a pranzo presso questo ristorante situato a Cartosio, appartenente al circuito delle "Premiate Trattorie Italiane". Locale elegante e sobrio allo stesso tempo, molto ordinato, dove si respira un aria di tranquillità e pacatezza. Il titolare e lo staff molto premurosi e cortesi. Materie prime semplici ma di grande qualità, il tutto cotto al momento sulla stufa a legna. Carta dei vini molto fornita sia con bottiglie dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo che grandi etichette dal costo importante. Noi abbiamo scelto un ottimo Barbera "Monleale" 2015 dell'Azienda Vigneti Massa di Monleale (AL) che ben si è abbinato alle pietanze assaporate. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto misto che abbiamo condiviso in tre, comprendente insalata russa, acciughe al verde, una ratatouille, salame e frittata di cipolle, tutto molto buono. Abbiamo proseguito con taglierini al ragù per due e dei maltagliati di farina di farro con carciofi e guanciale, entrambi squisiti! Inoltre abbiamo preso anche il pollo alla cacciatora per due davvero valido. Infine i dolci (elencati a voce), abbiamo scelto il gelato all'arancia per due e un semifreddo allo zabajone. Un'acqua e tre caffè per un conto finale di 182 Euro in tre, da ritenersi corretto per la bontà dei piatti assaporati e le materie prime utilizzate, anche se il costo di alcuni di essi (in particolare il secondo e uno dei dolci) è un po' alto se rapportato alla porzione servita. Nota di merito: non si paga il coperto. Locale consigliato, ritorneremo!

16/02/2025: Nice place with interesting decorations and objects to adorn minimal furnishings. The food is good and well presented, the menu can only be viewed with a QR code, and this is a bit penalizing for those who are not very technological. The cuisine leans towards the sea, and for those who love land cuisine there is a bit little, however everything we tried was good and well presented. I would have preferred a little more attentive service, and also to spend a little less, but since it's almost all fish, that's fine. I didn't have a bad meal, I'm happy to have tried it, and I can even go back if necessary, but I haven't left my heart there.

26/02/2025: The dishes were very generous and very good. Fresh pasta, the fried food was really light. Even the tiramisu...one of the best I've ever eaten. The waiters were all friendly and courteous. The prices were honest. We will definitely be back

26/02/2025: 5 super deserved stars! Before the appetizer they brought us a vegetable entree with delicious crumbled tarallo! We took a vitello tonnato to share and they already brought it to us divided into 2 dishes, super kind. In addition to the corn breadsticks and the carasau bread (really excellent), with each course they gave a small bowl of delicious warm focaccia! As a first course we had delicious tagliatelle with meat sauce and good plin with roast sauce but the filling was a little liquid. As a second cheek with puree, very juicy and soft meat, very good puree but you could feel some small pieces of potato not well crushed inside. Before dessert they brought us some delicious butter biscuits! Finally, a sublime dessert, hazelnut cake with cold zabaglione and zabaglione and fig ice cream. Very good, I would just like to point out that the presence of figs was not written on the menu, which I would add. Price a little high, €76 for 2, but super quality food, also before leaving they left us a small bag of biscuits. Super recommended for a romantic dinner in a simple and tasteful location!
