27/07/2025: A few days ago, I wanted to try some Piedmontese dishes for two of my Venetian guests. It was 12:15 p.m., I know Ramine.
We went in and asked the waitress where to sit. She replied, "We open at 12:30," so we left.
I would suggest the owner be more careful when choosing his staff.
23/07/2025: Simple, friendly, and generous home-style service. The menu is limited (and that's a good thing). The tagliolini with chicken and livers are truly delicious. There's a great selection of cheeses. The wine list could be improved, but whatever.

08/06/2025: I went for lunch today while passing through a Vespa tour in Monferrato; we stopped at this place because we saw a nice terrace with outdoor tables. We were immediately welcomed in a kind way and they worked to make us sit and we chose a fixed menu €26: a mixed appetizer, a plate of agnolotti, a dessert, water, wine, coffee, all genuine and delicious. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!!!

20/06/2025: If you are not touchy but you love to eat divinely go there. Quality and simple things. Obviously you have to like the lady in the dining room who with her gruff but always kind ways will make you taste their specialties.
14/06/2025: I returned to Peso after many years, in addition to the dive into the past, the sensations, tastes and service have remained familiar and top.

25/06/2025: For those who want to spend some time in a quiet place and eat well, Madama Vigna is the ideal place. A return to the past. All typical Piedmontese. The dishes are prepared as they once were. All homemade. With the zero-km vegetable garden. Excellent gnocchi with raschera and toma, agnolotti stuffed with veal, rabbit and cabbage, white chocolate bunet with an ancient flavor but with an eye on innovation. I left my heart there ❤️
I'll be back for the Piedmontese mixed fry, the boiled meat and the bagna cauda...

08/08/2025: The 3 Galli restaurant is the right place if you like good food. Prices are reasonable. I recommend the tasting menu + wine tasting for €55. You'll be completely satisfied. The cuisine is refined and full of flavor, very tasty.
Excellent wines. The service is excellent.
Definitely worth a try.

Very attentive service; it was my boyfriend's birthday, and they were thoughtful enough to bring a candle at dessert, without us even asking.
