08/02/2025: A happy surprise: good food at a moderate cost; nowadays it is much easier to find the opposite, especially in cities. Everything delicious: appetizers, tortelli, dessert and... limoncello. We sincerely hope to return.

09/03/2025: There were two of us plus a newborn. Virtually empty room, we asked for an appetizer, two pizzas and a small plate of ham for the child. The starter never arrived and the pizzas arrived within twenty minutes of each other. At the checkout not even an apology for poor service and above all we notice the price of the ham on the receipt (€12 for normal cooked ham). Not recommended.

25/01/2025: The first time I went to this restaurant was for a birthday, I remembered how well I had eaten, so this Saturday evening I decided to go again. As a first course I took taglioli with prawn and lemon tartare, very tasty with a good lemon flavor at the right point. Afterwards I had an excellent fried fish, just as I remembered. To finish off the pastiera cake, I was brought a nice large slice (which was greatly appreciated). Friendly waiters, good service. The only thing I can say was that the pasta could have been a little heavier, otherwise nothing to say. I will definitely be back!

04/03/2025: The restaurant in the historic center of Carmagnola is attractive, but as soon as you sit down a stained tablecloth (see photo) doesn't put you in a good mood. Holding one's nose for this serious shortcoming, overall the food is good, and in any case in line with the overall expense (moderate). Too bad that...

28/02/2025: Expansive resort with multiple beautiful slopes for sky, bob and snowboard. With different levels of difficulty and heights. There are also 2 shelters in the complex where you can eat and do various activities and a space to rent equipment. The landscapes are beautiful in any season and you can enter for free for trekking or other activities.

25/12/2024: Pranzo di Natale Osteria al numero 1 è un ristorante accogliente in cui si propone la tradizionale genuina cucina piemontese. Il pranzo di Natale consisteva di 4 antipasti, 2 primi, 2 secondi, dolce, frutta, acqua, vino e caffè. Tutto è stato basato sull’ottima materia prima e squisita preparazione. Il servizio era efficente. Il prezzo è competitivo. La proprietaria aiuta anche coloro che hanno problemi di intolleranze. E’ stata molto gentile in questo rispetto. Si siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo vivamente questa osteria.

04/02/2025: Delicious Sunday lunch in this small restaurant, hidden among the streets of a tiny and charming village in Valdisusa. We tasted original and very tasty dishes, prepared with impeccable skill: from the "capunet" (rolls) of dark cabbage, filled with chestnuts and fondue, to the artichoke with confit cherry tomatoes, to the risotto with cod and candied orange, to the "gobbi" a sort of elongated ravioli, of ancient local tradition, with leeks and black carrot cream, and then a veal cheek in civet that melts like butter... not to mention the desserts (what a wonderful eggnog!) and an impressive wine list, especially Piedmontese but not only Excellent raw materials, recovery of traditional recipes reinvented with creativity, impeccable service, a welcoming and refined environment make this our first experience at Matilde's an opportunity to certainly be repeated. The bill is absolutely in line with everything else. Valuable!

26/01/2025: Delizioso pranzo domenicale in questo piccolo ristorante, nascosto tra le viuzze di una minuscola e affascinante borgata della Valdisusa. Abbiamo gustato piatti originali e gustosissimi, preparati con maestria impeccabile: dai "capunet" (involtini) di verza scura, ripieni di castagne e fonduta, al carciofo con pomodorini confit, al risotto con baccalà e arancia candita, ai "gobbi" una sorta di ravioli allungati, di antica tradizione locale, con porri e crema di carota nera, e poi una guancia di vitello in civet scioglievole come burro... per non parlare dei dolci (che zabaione meraviglioso!) e di una carta dei vini, soprattutto piemontesi ma non solo, ragguardevole Eccellenti materie prime, recupero di ricette tradizionali reinventate con creatività, servizio impeccabile, ambiente accogliente e curato fanno di questa nostra prima esperienza da Matilde un'occasione da ripetere senz'altro. Il conto è assolutamente in linea con tutto il resto. Pregevole!

29/12/2024: Cibo di livello medio, antipasti buonissimi , tagliata dura (per metà avanzata). Il voto , come già successo in precedenza, lo attribuisco al conto: assurdo che la signora non permetta a ognuno di pagare il suo. A Persone che han mangiato il Tartufo, non è stato permesso di pagare a parte , comportando per tutto il tavolo un notevole aumento della spesa. Non tornerò

18/02/2025: Passare da 2 euro a 2,50 euro a pezzo di tavola calda è una cosa assurda. Andavo in pausa pranzo con colleghi. Noi siamo lavoratori e a noi non hanno aumentato la paga. Scegliero un altro posto meno caro. aumento ingiustificato. ci vuole rispetto

25/01/2025: Stasera dopo anni che vado da loro a ritirare le arancine e non solo,sono rimasto deluso. Prezzo anno nuovo è passato a 2.50 contro i 2e di prima. Paio di anni fa era passato da 1.80 a 2. La cosa che mi piaceva di più che le arancina si sa sono fritti nell'olio,ma la cosa che ci è sempre piaciuta che erano asciutti non unti. Stasera giunto a casa oltre l'amaro del rincaro di 0.50 centesimi sul singolo è stato l'arancino in se,trovato inzuppato di olio! O hanno cambiato metodo oppure hanno rifatto saltare d'olio gli avanzi del giorno,anche perché passando di presenza un'ora prima per prenotarli ho notato la vetrina una decina messi li e mi ha fatto strano sabato alle 17 avere ancora residui mai visti esposti. Non vorrei che hanno preso 4 di quelli e ripassati nell'olio per la seconda volta. Risultato rincaro non indifferente e non croccante e asciutto come li hanno sempre fatti.
