18/07/2025: I had breakfast and also picked up takeout for lunch that same day. For breakfast, I had hazelnut coffee and a vegan muffin. Very good, with chocolate and jam. For lunch, I had four slices of pizza. Wow, as soon as I paid, the carbonara and gricia pizza came out of the oven. It looked so inviting. The slice is a bit pricey, but the quality is excellent. They use a semi-whole wheat dough that rises for over 48 hours. I also tried some chocolate bread, which they only make on weekends: it was amazing. I'll have to go back and try the cookies in the window!

30/07/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pizza was very good, the rest of the menu is extensive, and the prices are reasonable.

06/08/2025: The place is well-kept and the food is very good, although it left me a little hungry! :D (but that's a personal preference). I recommend the battuta a taglio with truffle and the tajarin with ragù, both really good!

02/08/2025: We were at the restaurant and had made a reservation for the next day in the outdoor area. Unfortunately, they couldn't remember the reservation, so we left. Very disappointing, but apparently they can afford it.

11/07/2025: A mid-June dinner featuring asparagus alone, excellent and plentiful in the numerous courses, all very Piedmontese. Given the unique nature of the ingredient, the chef might try unusual pairings, as he did with the ice cream that closes the series of dishes featuring this prized shoot.

08/07/2025: Trattoria in the village of Giaveno, I have no criticisms, the place is a trattoria only by name, it is a restaurant in all respects with prices decidedly above the average of a restaurant in the heart of Turin, the portions and the quality of the dishes are abundant and excellent, the service impeccable and very attentive therefore surpasses everything with excellence, I repeat to be fair, Trattoria is not the most appropriate name

17/05/2025: Antonio, for me the best pizza chef in Turin, is a great professional, the pizzas are SUPERLATIVE!!! Moreover, an exquisite person, very friendly. Clean, welcoming environment, very kind staff. Go there if you want to eat the real Neapolitan pizza!!!
