02/06/2025: In una vecchia borgata di Pragelato, La Plagn,si trova questo splendido locale. In un cortile, che in estate viene usato per gradevoli aperitivi, l'arredo ci ha affascinato da subito. Legno e pietra, calore e fascino, una giusta atmosfera. Per quanto abbiamo gustato con piacere, la cucina ci ha dato modo di apprezzare i giusti sapori proposti nel menù. Una varietà equilibrata, con una materia prima ottima e con qualche proposta fuori menù. Il servizio è impeccabile, il titolare ci guida nel percorso gastronomico e il suo personale è pronto e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste. Ottimo il vino. È stato un piacere e ne vale sicuramente la sosta. Proveremo le proposte estive,non ne vediamo l'ora.

Graditissime le coccole della cameriera Anastasia e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, e della cucina cosa dire...favolosa, ottima qualità dei prodotti usati e soprattutto professionalità nell'assemblea e cucinare questi prodotti. 25/05/2025: The service is kind and attentive. A little slow but also due to the fact that we all had different dishes and there was attention to bringing all the courses together, but it was certainly not an annoying slowness. The appetizers were all excellent, as were the dishes listed under "while waiting". The rest of the dishes, even listening to the opinions of the people who were with me, were discrete. I would not call them 5 stars, certainly good dishes but not unforgettable. All in all a good experience.

18/05/2025: Customer selection, they don't need money. 1 hour before closing, under the pretext that everything is full and eating at the better-rated neighbor, no customer took the two remaining tables on the terrace or the other two inside. Michelin poster 2021 only, we understand that this is no longer relevant

01/06/2025: Che dire.... tutto perfetto dai piatti al personale. Avevano ben 3 comunioni e sono comunque riusciti a coccolarci a dovere. Complimenti a chef e personale. Tornerò sicuramente

13/06/2025: Siamo stati a mangiare all'antica casa Rava domenica scorsa. Intanto l'accoglienza gentile e premurosa della signora, la cuoca, ci ha piacevolmente colpito. Io ho optato per un menù con 4 scelte; mio marito ha preferito scegliere 2 piatti singoli... La cucina è ottima, gustosa, leggera ma soprattutto sana. Siamo abituati a mangiare vegano, pur non essendo lo, per motivi soprattutto di salute e questa gastronomia non ci ha affatto deluso. Ottimi anche il calice di Barbera che ha accompagnato i nostri piatti e il Tiramisù, per concludere degnamente il pasto. Certamente ritorneremo quando nuovamente saremo in Piemonte, in zona di Alessandria, per una gita o piccola vacanza.

04/06/2025: Bad experience not to be returned. Lunch break… 2 plates of ravioli €28 with exactly 8 in one and 7 in the other counted. I asked the waitress for an explanation, she replied that she had no time to waste and that she had other people to serve. If you want, I can tell you everything in detail, no problem. The menu you are talking about never arrived at our table, and the girl serving seemed to have rather confused ideas about what was available for lunch. Bread? Never seen it. Cheese? Only on request, and what's more, retrieved half empty from another table… a creative touch, I suppose. As for the portion: if it had really been 250 g, we probably wouldn't be here talking about it. The phone call, which lasted exactly one minute, could have been the occasion for a simple "we apologize", and it would have ended there. Instead, we found a welcome that was anything but courteous. Ah, mostly with that price, maybe we were hoping for non-industrial agnolotti Best regards.

02/06/2025: Excellent restaurant in the municipality of Barolo. We had lunch starting with the appetizer. The sweetbreads were excellent and tasty, as was the very delicate vegetable. We continued with the veal cheek (sublime) and the classic taierin with ragù. The price was adequate for the quality of the food. The service was attentive. Recommended.

31/05/2025: My partner and I went to lunch. The service was poor. We sat at a table and weren't served, so we had to go inside to find the waiter. He ran down the menu to us, seemingly lacking in attention. The food is delicious but very limited in quantity. We ordered wine by the glass to try several varieties, and they served it to you just enough to wet your lips. The place was beautiful, the food, the service, and the experience were bad. Maybe if you got out of a Ferrari, they'd serve you well.

15/06/2025: Second time I return by mountain bike. Always a beautiful route for those who love mountain biking. Very tiring, but getting to the top is truly spectacular! Unlike two years ago, however, something has changed in the service and cuisine. Menu €18 (a first course, dessert, water, coffee and service charge) We asked for “a cutting board” (cost €12). It arrived as follows: 1 small bowl with honey, a small bowl with about 10/12 walnuts, 8 slices of salami, 3 of mortadella, 3 of speck, 5 slices of one type of cheese, 5 slices of another type of cheese. 1 Coke, 2 small beers, 1 medium beer. Total: €106 We were SHOCKED and asked for explanations. “You had 3 cutting boards” but how??? I asked for one. Yes but there were 3 of you so we did it for 3. “But who ever asked you???” Always excellent food, anyway! But they have become a little more crafty. Let's say that with a sum like that, as others have already said, at least the courtesy of offering a bitter or some sugary treats would certainly make us look good.

25/03/2025: Locale informale, ma raffinato nel servizio e nell'accoglienza. Siamo stati ospiti del locale in una giornata piovosa, sicuramente in primavera-estate il gazebo all'esterno è la scelta giusta per un pranzo o una cena al top...quindi ci torneremo. Buona scelta di vini, propone un menù piemontese rivisitato e di ottima qualità. Complimenti allo Chef e a tutto il personale di sala.
