29/09/2024: Rifugio carino con una bella zona dove rilassarsi all'esterno. Il menu è da rifugio, pertanto con una scelta limitata tra 2 primi, 2 secondi e qualche antipastino.Il personale è gentile ,ma il rapporto qualità prezzo non propriamente adeguto

24/01/2025: Restaurant perched in Settimo Vittone, not very easy to reach between narrow streets and hairpin bends, but worth it for the landscapes. The possibility of tasting many small plates of hot and cold appetizers at really competitive prices, perhaps to share, is fun. The carpaccio with chestnut cream is delicious. Very particular wine list with vintage wines, kind and friendly owner, welcoming atmosphere!

14/01/2025: A fixed annual event, for me who am not from Piedmont. Excellent food, very friendly and quick service, absolutely accessible prices (obviously the wines raise the price, the cellar is well stocked). Nice and well kept place. Possibility of buying various delicacies at the entrance, from sauces to risotto preparations, from polenta to biscuits. A place of the heart ♥️

15/01/2025: Excellent food, in a trendy location, high-quality raw materials blended with wisdom in the kitchen, friendly and super efficient service, usually in a trattoria by definition, even if it has now added take-away service with delicatessen, the staff is minimal, in in this case I must say that instead it is capable and numerically available which makes the service also fast which doesn't hurt at lunch especially where time is always limited, furthermore the prices are absolutely in line and more than affordable also given the period of hardship with galloping inflation, plus I also found a range of good wine labels at correct prices, what can I say a discovery thanks to my friend Davide, who took me there, definitely worth going back .

16/02/2025: I'm back after a while ... 1h and 30m waiting for pizzas in an almost empty place. Table for 15 but we were served half at a time with half an hour between the first pizzas and the rest of the table. Rude pizza chef with a diner who had gone to ask for information. They didn't offer anything while waiting and didn't offer discounts. You could hear people screaming in the back. I know, we should have left earlier but by then it was Monday and it was late... Final touch ... Trying to blame the girl who took the order. Maybe she was a little inexperienced but in any case the problems were much more serious. It felt like being in an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

15/12/2024: We arrived with a sensational delay, we were welcomed with courtesy and availability. Given the time, we limited ourselves to the classic "pizza and beer", but it wasn't banal. Quality of the food, wide choice of variations were an excellent ingredient of the evening! Well done for the courtesy, for the pizzas, for the beautiful place. See you soon

14/02/2025: Restaurant that really deserves a stop! On our way to the sea we stopped for lunch for the first time: excellent, genuine food, with a simple and homemade taste. UNMATCHED DESSERTS, cooked in a wood-fired oven. Apple pie beyond compare. Thank you . Daniela and Mario Milan

14/02/2025: Mountain restaurant with typical furnishings, simple and clean premises. Our visits have always been on Sundays when a fixed menu consisting of four starters, two first courses, two second courses and dessert is offered. The cuisine is simple and homely but the dishes offered are decidedly good and plentiful, plus they review all the courses. The service from the young managers was very kind. At the end of the meal the cook goes out to go around the tables to check whether the food was liked by the diners. The bill is really honest. For us it is a pleasure to have lunch there when we go to Valmala.

26/01/2025: Kindness, traditional dishes (and lots of them!) in an already enchanting place, a fixed menu in which we often do an encore of courses out of pure gluttony. Well done everyone, very young owners, cook who spends her time at the end of service to pass between the tables.. Lots of friendliness.

03/03/2025: Let me start by saying that it is not the first time we have gone there and we have always found excellent quality/price. Good seafood salad and the right quantity, fisherman risotto, an absolute disappointment because it was overcooked, some forkfuls tasted burnt (probably the chef, busy with so many orders, forgot it) and you could only taste the flavor of the tomato sauce and/or water. Not very abundant fried but if good it's fine it seemed too greasy and not very crunchy. The staff always friendly. The two of us spent €85.00, we had 1 starter, 2 risottos, 1 fried dish, 2 sorbets, 1/2 liter of bulk wine and a bottle of filtered water.
