05/05/2026: The garden and tables give you a true trattoria feel. The food is delicious; I recommend the veal with tuna sauce and the rabbit salad, which are exceptional. The young and friendly staff is still getting accustomed to the experience. The location near Carmagnola Park is perfect for a relaxing family lunch.

28/04/2026: No wonder everyone is posting a photo of the Tagliere Mare! Not since our time in Sardinia have we found seafood conserves so good. Plus all the classics like Pane carasau (traditional flatbread from Sardinia). We cannot wait to visit again, feast on a plate AND order more to go.

27/04/2026: I can only give this restaurant top stars. The food exceeded expectations, which were already high, and the wine list is excellent. Service was prompt and the atmosphere welcoming. We had appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all delicious. We'll definitely return. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food.

15/02/2026: I rarely leave online reviews when I dine, but when I do, it means I'm truly blown away by the place!
My family and I were welcomed into a welcoming and lively vintage-style setting, full of themed elements and an interesting creativity. The dishes were all delicious and promptly served, and the staff was equally friendly.
In short, a relaxed and high-quality evening. I recommend anyone who's never been before to check it out.
01/02/2026: We usually go for the burger, but once we've tried other dishes, I have to say it remains one of my favorite places. The owner's friendliness is unmatched.

15/03/2026: Piedmontese lunch, 6 starters, risotto with Castelmagno and speck, roast and baked potatoes, dessert all excellent, generous portions, seconds, good house wine, price €31: the only downside is that if you dine in the large room the noise of the diners becomes almost unbearable, but as in many other restaurants, perhaps I'm too sensitive: I will definitely return.

03/01/2026: The pizzas are delicious and arrive very quickly, hot, and with fresh ingredients. The guys are friendly and helpful, and ordering from them is always a pleasure. You can tell they really care, and for a quality takeout pizza, this is the place I'd always choose.
The prices are more than fair, excellent value. ❤️

06/03/2026: I believe there are only two restaurants in the entire Susa Valley that truly deserve to live up to their reputation, and one of them is Baritlera.
A guarantee: seasonality, craftsmanship, tradition with a touch of imagination, courtesy, and, last but not least, musical selection.
We will always be happy to return to Andrea and Giorgia, and we hope they continue to do so for many, many years to come.

27/04/2026: I went there for a business dinner with my colleagues. It was such a positive surprise! It is located in ordinary-looking farmhouse, but don't let yourself be mislead. Interior is perfect both for relaxing evening and business meetings. Family ambience makes you feel like home but excellent cuisine and service makes you feel really special. Federico is a fantastic host, he describes all details of the meals also in English. He also recommended very good local wines. I appreciate the fact that they use local ingredients for all dishes. I will return there for sure!

The rooms were perfect, clean, and spacious.
The breakfast buffet was simple but had everything, and very good.
We were satisfied with our stay; highly recommended.
