27/02/2025: It's certainly nice, refined and good but I have to say that for the area it's the place I expected a little more given the reviews! It's all a question of expectations... very good food, good service. A little expensive and a little cold in terms of environment

02/02/2025: Oggi siamo stati a pranzo presso questo ristorante situato a Cartosio, appartenente al circuito delle "Premiate Trattorie Italiane". Locale elegante e sobrio allo stesso tempo, molto ordinato, dove si respira un aria di tranquillità e pacatezza. Il titolare e lo staff molto premurosi e cortesi. Materie prime semplici ma di grande qualità, il tutto cotto al momento sulla stufa a legna. Carta dei vini molto fornita sia con bottiglie dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo che grandi etichette dal costo importante. Noi abbiamo scelto un ottimo Barbera "Monleale" 2015 dell'Azienda Vigneti Massa di Monleale (AL) che ben si è abbinato alle pietanze assaporate. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto misto che abbiamo condiviso in tre, comprendente insalata russa, acciughe al verde, una ratatouille, salame e frittata di cipolle, tutto molto buono. Abbiamo proseguito con taglierini al ragù per due e dei maltagliati di farina di farro con carciofi e guanciale, entrambi squisiti! Inoltre abbiamo preso anche il pollo alla cacciatora per due davvero valido. Infine i dolci (elencati a voce), abbiamo scelto il gelato all'arancia per due e un semifreddo allo zabajone. Un'acqua e tre caffè per un conto finale di 182 Euro in tre, da ritenersi corretto per la bontà dei piatti assaporati e le materie prime utilizzate, anche se il costo di alcuni di essi (in particolare il secondo e uno dei dolci) è un po' alto se rapportato alla porzione servita. Nota di merito: non si paga il coperto. Locale consigliato, ritorneremo!

05/05/2025: We had lunch yesterday at this restaurant. Excellent food, a lot of attention to my allergies, a truly relaxing and clean environment. The manager is very courteous and welcoming. I chose the vegetarian alternatives and they were truly remarkable. I 100% recommend going there.

04/06/2025: Sunday 1st June, lunchtime, I look for a suggestion of places with traditional cuisine and Bon Parej catches my eye... We go in, I ask if they have bagna cauda available because I wanted to let my wife taste it and obviously also enjoy other delicacies of the place. They made us sit in a more private room, very beautiful environments, top service with suggestions on the dishes, fast and well organized. Delicious food, we had meat tartare, risotto with medlars, bagna cauda, ​​zabaglione with biscuits, bonèt and coffee in a moka, all delicious! Prices proportionate to the quality of the food and also to the place, considering that it is right in the city center. Thanks

12/05/2025: Credevo di trovare una pizzeria con giusto due o tre commensali visto che siamo in un paesino e invece entrando mi sono ritrovato in una moltitudine di persone. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza e l'uunica pecca è che abbiamo dovuto aspettare ma non poteva essere altrimenti visto la quantità di persone da servire. La pizza era ottima, ben cotta e molto ben farcita, inoltre era enorme e sottilissima proprio come piace a me. La consiglio a chi si troverà a passare da queste parti e se non siete da queste parti veniteci lo stesso perché ne vale la pena.

Not to mention a very fine REAL MOZZARELLA worthy of being called such! The excellent tempura, crunchy, delicate and tasty, is expertly cooked by those who know how to convey passion. Delicious strawberry tiramisu that I would have appreciated even more by embellishing it with a few more decorations. Congratulations also to the very young waitress in charge of the room, expertly trained by the Maitre, with patience, good WILL and attentive eyes you will find joy in serving and making these delicacies appreciated. 02/06/2025: We had a Sunday lunch at this restaurant in Regione Cornapò and we were super pampered by the service and the kitchen. Almost all the traditional Piedmontese dishes with some innovative and interesting proposals. A special veal with tuna sauce, equaled by the homemade agnolotti with roast sauce, but surpassed by an amazing "all pulp" guinea fowl braised in red wine and with blueberries: truly exceptional! We ate really well, compliments to both the kitchen and the staff: thanks for the excellent lunch and we will definitely be back soon!

Le pizze sono sempre molto buone, preparate con ingredienti di qualità e cotte alla perfezione. I prezzi sono corretti e proporzionati al servizio e alla qualità offerta. 13/05/2025: Thin and huge pizza, with quality ingredients. Each pizza comes out of the pizza plate so big but it is very good and well cooked. The toppings are abundant and of quality. It is not easy to find a pizzeria like this. Low price. I recommend this place for those who want to eat a pizza different from the Neapolitan pizza. The staff is friendly.
